I ordered online so that after work I can just pick up and go. I walked in and the associate at the front let me know to walk to the back and let them know I'm picking up an online order. I get to the back and walk up to someone at the register and said I'm here for an online order pickup. She then says," yeah online pickups get in the line too." I was taken aback. I have to wait while you scan and charge these people ahead of me (like 7-8 people) when my order is complete and paid for?? That made no sense to me considering the huge rack full of online orders. After leaving I check online and it shows I should've been helped at the front ! Not made to wait in line! Everything I ordered was there so nothing bad on that end but that was terrible service. People order online and ahead of time for convenience and efficiency. Likely going to other locations after this. read more

My daughter and I went into the store today to check out the 40% off sale. This was my first time at this location. The associates were on us in an overly helpful manner. It made me uncomfortable. We were looking at room sprays and someone asked what fragrance we were looking for and I shared that we were looking at the variety in an attempt to get a few new scents. Another associate came and nearly stood in front of the display stating her manager wanted her to close the drawer that was open and proceeded to be overly helpful with the fragrances as well. I felt like I couldn't choose on my own and like we were being profiled. It was a horrible experience. We purchased our things and will not be returning. read more

Would have rated zero stars if possible. I came in here on candle day (12/7/24). I came in here trying to take advantage of the deal and receive the candle day bag with my purchase. I was notified that these bags are given to each customer as a token of appreciation. At the cash register I was told that I had to purchase 6 candles to receive the bag and it was "policy" that the manager was enforcing. I went to a different location in the morning of this incident and bought 3 candles and still received this bag. So their "policy" was self made by this store manager. It was not much of receiving this bag but more on how rudely the staff maneuvered this issue. Will not be coming back to this location as it tainted the image of this company for me. read more

The service was phenomenal, one of the workers helped me pick out items and was sharing all the promotions that were happening in store. She was very attentive and would show us different products and offers. They say the care about Covid but they don't have a store pick up option or free shipping during their Semi Annual Sale. I looked and looked. Even though they say they do have store pick up. Some people will do anything for a sale even risk their lives. B & BW needs to be more responsible during these times and do better with their buying options. Example give free shiping. Very long lines with too many people too close to each other, definitely not worth a lotion. read more

They were already closing by the time I got there. From the outside it looked very clean (it's a new store) and I asked one of the employees what there schedule was and he said 10am to 9pm. IF YOU HAVEN'T SEEN LUKES REVIEW GO LOOK..... So let me start by saying most all employees working here are all sitting around chitchatting in a circle while you literally walk in and try to find somebody to help you and yes they all turn to look at you but nobody ever walks up to you. So then you finally get attention from one of the employees and they just blow you off and walk away without asking if you need any more help back to the chitchat session. In all reality I should've gave this place two stars but I went up to three because it's actually a very clean store and there was at least two employees that were doing their job and had that customer service we all look for (now keep in mind there was about 8 employees this particular day) I hate that they had the audacity to keep looking at my plus one to make sure that they didn't steel anything. Come on People you should be helping your customers instead of chitchatting with your co-workers so that your customers are in and out (especially in a pandemic) and also maybe you would stop accusing people putting things in their pockets if you have them in front of you helping them. Love that all the staff took their pride and time to keep the customers safe, healthy and happy. Thank you for providing umbrellas and water for us the customers while waiting in line. Best costumer service from one gentleman he has a tattoo on his neck and had like a man bun going on. So I'm here shopping and I'm sick by the way. Customer service was not consistent among the associates. Wonderful cashier but horrible "watch dog" out on floor. This associate accused my son of stealing a dinosaur sanitizer sleeve on our way out even though the cashier rang it up and was nice to let my son carry it (since he was fussing over it when he had to let it go in order to be scanned/purchased). Simple mistake that the other associate thought he was walking out with it unpaid for. Not a simple mistake when you look at my receipt and STILL say "you didn't pay for it!" Look closely numb skull- it is in black and white $10.95 listed on the receipt, matching perfectly with the price tag. There are only 6 items on this receipt- it is not a "Where is Waldo" picture hunt Plus no apology? And the associates are paid to socialize in a corner and ignore the handful of customers in the store. When I worked there at their age, my manager made sure we engaged customers and had a good shopping experience. I will take my business elsewhere 100% read more

This store gives me anxiety!!! I've been here 3x and today will be my last. As soon as I walked in, I got greeted loudly by 3 different associates within 5 seconds. I took 2 more steps in, and an associate comes up to me and asks what scents I like and starts showing me all these items. I tell her I'm just there to look. She kept following me and whenever I picked up an item, she'd come up to me again and tell me they have other scents, products etc. At this point, I ignore her because clearly she wasn't getting the picture. As I kept shopping, ANOTHER associate comes and does the same exact thing. Again, I tell her I'm just looking. Minutes later, I finally had a question. I asked a young girl for help and the first associate that was following me cuts off the young girl and tries to take over to answer my question. I thought that was rude, so I ignored her and continued making eye contact with the young girl as she answered my question. All this happened in less than 10 minutes. I grabbed some products and ran out. I felt suffocated in here. I don't understand why this small store needs like 20 employees to either follow customers, push products down their throats, or stand to the side in a group to loudly greet customers. It was exhausting just being in there. Felt like I was getting attacked by a flock of seagulls. read more
