I have suggested to them over the years that they need to have a better way to provide your purchase history at the end of the year and they always tell me to save my receipt or take pictures. The problem is the receipt paper is so low quality that by the end of the year, it already turned black and pictures, It's impossible to find all your pictures of all your receipts with all the pictures that we take throughout the year, they just need to update their system, to make it easier for the customer's to be able to see their purchase history of each year. I have this problem with them for years.

Despite my…read moreattempts to explain the issue in detail, I was met with a lack of empathy and understanding. Overall, my experience with Customer Service was frustrating and left me feeling unheard and dissatisfied with the company's handling of my issue. I hope that in the future, they can take steps to improve their customer service and make it a more positive experience for customers who require their assistance. Ive been to many other salon centric stores and I have never had issues with them. This store never fails when it comes to horrible customer service, this is just one of many times I have been meaning to complaint. To be specific there is this young girl with blue hair and lash extensions that lacks lots of training .

I'm extremely disappointed with my recent experience with Le Labo…read more I placed an order for pickup at the 744 E 3rd St. Los Angeles location and received an email on Saturday, August 15 at 7:34 PM explicitly confirming that my order was ready for pickup. Based on that confirmation, I made roughly a one-hour drive to the store the following day. When I arrived, however, I was told that they did not have my order. I had received no email, phone call, cancellation notice, or other communication indicating that there was an issue with my order. The only communication I received from Le Labo was the email telling me it was ready. What made the experience even more frustrating was the way the situation was handled once I arrived. I was not given a clear explanation as to why an order that had been confirmed as ready was suddenly unavailable, and I actually had to ask whether I would be receiving a refund rather than having that information proactively explained to me. I understand that inventory or order issues can happen. However, sending a customer a confirmation that an order is ready for pickup when it isn't, especially when that customer makes a significant trip based specifically on that confirmation, is a major inconvenience. For a premium brand like Le Labo, I expected much better communication and customer service. A refund simply returns the money for a product I never received; it doesn't address the unnecessary time, travel, and inconvenience caused by the incorrect pickup confirmation. I hope Le Labo looks into what happened and provides an appropriate resolution, because this experience was far below what I expected from the brand.

She told me if that wasn't the right one to bring it back with receipt for a full refund even though they don't do refunds. It wasn't the right product. I took it back the next day she wasn't there but one of the older worker with her nasty attitude didn't want to try and help. All she kept saying was no refunds after I told her what the owner said. Then I asked to call her and she didn't. I cussed her out. The other lady proceeded to help me. Even though we never got a hold of the owner she helped me exchange for other things. But rest assure I will never give these types of businesses my money again. This is what happens when I go out of my community based (blk owned bus) and is pretty much why our people don't get along. They try and treat us light dirt. But I'm hear to tell you you will never succeed with that attitude and why your store looks like an outlet instear of a supply store. So thumbs down to this messy store. I'm stopping no one from doing business with them but I wouldn't suggest them to a dog. Have a nice day. ps yelp made me post a star but they don't deserve that one star. Also the reviews that you see that says they are good are dated more than five years ago. This store looks like an outlet peddling fake products. Don't believe do a comparison with a product from another entity with the same one from here and notice the difference. Trust me I've done it. Same name and label. And yes I'm very p o'd at them. Third time is a charm.
