Operating out of a temp space. Approached a few times, people were friendly. Minus 1 star - the largest maple empire tote in maple was the last one, but was missing a shoulder strap. We decided to pass even though they offered to order. The line for women's side was fairly fast. I hope they make it obvious in the remodled space which items are outlet vs retail. read more

Stopped by the Coach store at Citadel Outlets while browsing for potential birthday and Valentine's Day gifts for my boyfriend, and it was a solid visit. The store is big and two stories, which was nice since it gave us plenty to look at--even though it was a bit busy. We skimmed both levels, and despite the crowds, everything was well organized, simply displayed, and very clean. The employees were super helpful, answered all our questions, and made the quick visit feel easy and stress-free. Although we didn't stay long, I saw lots of pieces I genuinely liked, and I'll definitely be back when I'm ready to shop more seriously. read more

jasmine was so kind to us!!! i knew i wanted a bag today and was 100% walking out with one. Besides the fact that the first 3 employees at the front might as well been statues because they didnt say hello AT ALL..... lol not a care in the world to stop their conversations. This location has such a wide variety that i almost walked out with multiple bags !! jasmine saw my indecisiveness and immediately helped me out. definitely look for her if you ever come in !! Absolutely love my bag by the way!!! read more

Found an item online. Great sale price !!! Size 9 black coach mule slippers. Was able to call several hours ahead and place an item on hold with Emily prior to arriving to the store. Parking was easy. Store was very busy. No complaints with customer service. One young lady offered her assistance while looking for an item upstairs. Was knowledgeable when I asked questions. Purchasing process was smooth and fast. Someone was able to locate the item on hold and ring me up in no time. I had a cool shopping experience. I will be back. read more

I came here to swap out a bag that I got sent to me from the Barstow location. After deciding to not risk being disappointed with a replacement from Barstow, I decided to stop by at the citadel coach to exchange in person. This location is 2 stories high and has a variety of things to choose from. I worked with JR to exchange the bag with no issues and my sister and I shopped around a bit and put a few things on hold. After about an hour, we returned to make our final selections. I ended up getting 2 items for my sister and a compact mirror myself. I appreciate that the workers spent time looking for the details such as stitching and scratches and even showed us additional styles. I feel like my concerns with the previous experience at coach in Barstow is now fixed after I decided to stop by here. read more

Disappointing experience at this Coach Outlet. I purchased a zip polka dot wallet on 11/29/25 and later noticed it had a defect--the letter "C" was missing from the logo. I returned on 12/15/25 to exchange it. Floor staff said the same color wasn't available but offered a swap for the same style in another color. At the register, the supervisor refused to honor the exchange or acknowledge the original pricing, even though the item was defective. I wasn't asking for a refund or upgrade--just an even exchange. Very frustrating experience. read more

Superior service from the moment you walk in. Very professional and courteous. Greeted you and introduce themselves to you for the best experience possible. Im very thankful for the warm welcome and hospitality. Talking about great deals and selections. 2 story Coach Store, well organized and great presentation throughout. Escalator for your convenience, yes, sir! Im glad they have the bag I needed and came here for. Let's go!! Let's dive right into the good stuff, but if my ways of describing things don't please you. Take a look at some of the pictures I've attached to this review. My items are, BAGS: 1. Ethan Pack In Signature Canvas Signature coated canvas and smooth calf leather Fabric lining. Its signature canvas and full-grain leather style features both elegance and functional versatility. 2. Klare Crossbody In Signature Canvas Crossgrain leather and signature coated canvas Fabric lining. With a chain strap that can be worn three ways: crossbody, long or doubled up on the shoulder. These items are amazing, and what's better is the deal. This Coach Store is a " must come check it out " luxury experience. I definitely recommend this location due to their outstanding customer service experience. Very clean and sanitized. There is plenty of parking around this outlet to Coach Store. This place is unique in their own way, from design and presentation, it's pretty nice. If you're in the area, stop by and say hi. Share your experience. P.s. Don't forget to smile cause you're beautiful. SYOY! read more

This review is for the Coach next to the Disney store. All of the floor associates were kind and very welcoming. Unfortunately who ever was on the cash register was not. I had placed an online order for a wallet for my father which is a birthday gift. I paid extra for the gift box and did not receive it. He showed me the wallet and threw it in the bag. I would rather make the drive to anywhere else but this Coach. read more

Service was horrible..This store has high end products and the customer service does not equate. Went to Kate Spade instead. They has excellent customer service and products that weren't being handled by a lot of people. Spent a good amount of money there! read more

If you're seeking a HORRIBLE shopping experience, head to this outlet. They have a line to enter the store, even when it's not full, and they have an armed guard that just makes you feel uncomfortable and less likely to shop. The staff is not welcoming, especially if you have a certain racial profile. They wouldn't even help with a purchase to be shipped out to my residence. I can strongly say I will not be shopping at this establishment nor will I be recommending this store. read more

I went to pick up a purchase that I made online. The service was quick and the process as well. In addition, I had already made some online purchases and needed boxes for those purchases I made, and the staff that assisted me was so helpful and kind. Manuel and Sofia both helped me. They both provided excellent customer service. In general, I can say that all stuff at the store is very courteous and helpful. Sophia definitely went out of her way to assist me and look for boxes everywhere in the sizes I needed. It was a great experience! read more

This was the biggest and best coach outlet I've been to! A few employees approached me and everyone was nice. Super busy store. I couldn't decide between these mini bags so I just got both lmao. This store is the biggest Coach I've ever seen . It's beautiful inside and out . It was extremely packed due to it being holiday season . All the staff at the store looked professional , put together and even chic , that adds to the atmosphere. A nice guy named John with a braid helped me with my questions and concerns about an exchange. It was easy . The product quality is still good, however there were no deals this year for Black Friday gone are the % off discount price sheets, you pay the stated price on nearly all the items that are supposedly reduced - very disappointing! Please note Coach's competition in the location gave a 25% off your total purchase. Coach for the last two years did not open Thanksgiving evening for a presale as in the past. Sadly after a 10 year tradition of shopping Coach on Black Friday I don't believe we will be back next year. read more

I went to this store to trade a lightly used purse in, based on Coach website. When the cashier didn't understand what I asked, she looked at my purse and asked what I wanted to do? I requested a manager, who also pretended not to know about this program. They didn't really seem to want to help me. Another customer spoke to me about my experience l, and confirmed i was right.I called Coach outlet in Ontario, and they knew exactly what I was talking about and how they could best assist me. I tried calling the citadel store, but there were a series of prompts, yielding no answer. While they appeared nice, no one likes being treated like they were making up policies that are clearly outlined online. I left to do business where I felt valued. read more

I went in today looking for a gift for my niece and I had an idea of what I wanted but I needed a ton of help. Service is Horrible. The employees look at you in degusting way. If you aren't dress in conservative way, be sure that the employees will treat you like crap. After buying a product that's around 30 days old and the warranty department from Coach sends you here to get a replacement, they treat you like dirt, and act as if you shouldn't be complaining for buying a defective product. The manager Maggie, don't get me started, horrible people skills, she's the worse of the worst! Such a crappy person with a horrible attitude. If you don't want to deal with client. QUIT!!!! and go work from home! Be aware people, if you want to give/throw your money away to a store full of idiots and imbeciles this is the store. I absolutely love Coach and have a collection of gorgeous bags. I also love discounts. So I finally made the decision to go to the Citadel for the first time since the start of the pandemic. Was not disappointed at all. Impressive variety of bags, wallets, and other accessories. Very generous discounts. (I got the tote that I really wanted for waaaay over 50% off). Great customer service. I dread going to outlets because it's usually so busy, but when I went shopping at the Citadel on a Saturday morning...I had no issues with parking or crowds. read more

They stated that they close at 9 but no! They close at 850! I arrived at 855 pm and the staff called Charlie saying they are closed. There is so many Charlie and I want to make sure that this is the bad Charlie that needs to be trained again! I strongly believe that it is because I am doing returns not buying anything from them!! He also said they only have two registers. There is a line inside. And he blamed that I returned stuff. So coach, are you only letting people to purchase but can't return? Then please state that on the receipt! Also, Mr Charlie asked the colleague to support his statement that I arrived at 8:58 Please check the cameras! It should show that I arrive at 8:55! And please state on yelp that you guys like to close the door whenever you want! I will also report this to California Department of consumer protection! read more

WARNING: IGNORE ALL the fake lying positive bots reviews that the employees posted here. This is the WORST coach outlet location. And hardly nobody shops there that's why this location has to post all those fake lying positive bots reviews, to pretend to make it look like they have "thousands of customers" when really they hardly have no customers. You can't believe positive reviews because they're all so fake and nothing but bots written by companies. I went to this location to visit as i was on a short vacation trip few weeks ago, and placed an in store order for an out of stock bag, that no location and online didn't have either, so they told me i could place the order with them in the store and they said that they will ship out the bag once they receive shipment of the bag at their store and would ship it out. And I waited few weeks hoping I would receive my order, but I never received my order. So I contacted them and the manager wrongfully refused to do anything about this and regused to help me, her mean, rude, unprofessional hateful a** refused to issue refund for the package i never received and all the b*tch told me was to go through ups to file a claim and I told the dumb ignorant b**** that going through ups won't solve anything and ups can't refund nothing, theres nothing ups can do and i told her ignorant rude a** this but she literally did not care. I did not appreciate how she did not want to step in to help provide a solution for me for the order I never received. Just because she hates her job doesn't give her a right to wrongfully mistreat customers, especially when the customer did not receive the order. And when I contacted coach outlet customer service, they also said they contacted that location and said that location also wrongfully refused to help even when they said they tried to help me with trying to get my money back for the order I never received. So all customer service said they could do is issue a dam store credit. This was the words that came out of that rude managers both mouth from that location when I called on the phone, b**** said "I'm not going to refund this order just because you didn't receive your package, go contact ups instead, I'm not going to do anything about this." And nobody else at this location didn't care to help me about this either about the order I never received. So WARNING: DO NOT shop here at all unless you want to deal with hateful, miserable, ignorant, mean unprofessional and rude workers and cashiers that don't care about helping customers at all. Also, notice how this location doesn't respond to none of the honest negative reviews they have? It's because they DO NOT care about the customers at all. Also the pictures online for terrible crap location, are photoshopped and fake, that's something this location is faking as well, along with the fake lying positive bots reviews! DO NOT get fooled or deceived by this terrible unprofessional location! read more

Called because a bag I received (that was packaged poorly; shoved in a plastic bag, no filler, and no packaging to protect the tote), and have not yet used, had an issue where the threading on one side of the strap had come loose. Considering I had not used the bag, because I hadn't decided I wanted to keep it, I thought I might sell it, and that's how I noticed the manufacturer mistake. The bag is still under warranty. But when I called the outlet store itself in Commerce, CA, the representative told me to take it to my nearest outlet store so they could look at it. I explained the nearest outlet store was about 2 hours away; I asked if I could just ship it back, and she said it wouldn't be a good idea because it would cost me shipping (I guess 2 hours worth of gas would be better than having to pay a small shipping fee, but whatever). The Coach Outlet in Commerce, CA, needs to direct their representatives again to make sure they understand how things work. If the bag is under warranty, and it's their mistake, it's NOT my job to drive two hours away to have the bag LOOKED AT. So I thought, what a hassle. Just lower the cost of the bag and put it on Poshmark. Then today I thought, "No... Let me Google the Coach Outlet Customer Service number, and THEY were helpful. Guess what... They have a repair number [(866) 262-2440] who absolutely agreed that it was up to them to send out a pre-paid return label, which they did via email. Now I can go ahead and drop my ruined bag off at UPS. See how simple that was? Commerce, CA, Coach Outlet, retrain your reps! It really irks me that this girl was so blase about helping me. A lot of customer service is like that these days, but she was wrong, as most poor, unhelpful customer service reps are these days. read more
