Almost makes me feel like a criminal in the sense that they think i am there to steal, and they like can't even hide it. They're not friendly at all, they lack that welcoming environment so much. I went today to see if its changed and it has not. Its safe to say, we are done for good with them. I rather pay more and drive further out to buy our sports gear. If theres anything they can change is; don't assume people are just going to rob you, and if you do assume do not make it obvious, still be helpful and friendly because you don't know if someone might be a loyal and returning customer, smile and be friendly, customer service is one of the most important things in keeping customers! I went one of those 3 times about 5 yrs ago. 5 months pregnant, with my 2 sons (aged 4 and 6) to get my husband a father's day gift and even then, I felt that way. They have a nice clean store and set up. We usually like to help mom and pop stores, but this is just ridiculous the lack of customer service.

My experience with IDC ended with a positive outcome…read more It started rocky as the instructions I gave to J.J. as to where to place the patch were not followed. This resulted in the shirt being stained with the adhesive from the patch after it was removed. Yesenia then took over and she helped to bring the project home. She did not charge me for the digitization of the new patch I created to cover over the stain on the shirt. The new patch produced by her was high quality, vibrant and was applied in the correct spot. Ultimately I was happy with the outcome and feel that I would trust them with another project in the future. During my visits to IDC, I have seen happy and energetic customers eagerly creating or picking out patches that they want for their projects. I wish them continued success.

I was okay with that however they never called me or asked me for approval for the patch they went ahead and embroidered it without asking approving it. We had to go back and make changes because the patch didn't meet our expectations. Nothing like the artwork we submitted. We had to go back and forth because they didn't want to refund us so we decided to give them another chance... it is October now . I called yesterday for an update and was told I'd get a call back from Jose the owner , not surprised I haven't received a call or an update. I will not be coming back here. The lack of communication for what you're paying is not worth it for getting charged twice after they charged us almost $1000 for 3 jackets . Ridiculous.

I only asked for one pack, but he seemed unsure about selling it and explained that he was transferring the items to another store. I told him that if it was too much trouble, not to worry, and we left. Unfortunately, my son was very disappointed and started crying afterward because he had been looking forward to getting the cards. I understand that stores have inventory rules and employees may have limitations on what they can sell. However, the interaction was confusing and left us feeling unwelcome and disappointed. I hope the store can communicate more clearly with customers in the future.
