I gotta say. 3.5 stars does not do this store justice, at least not its staff. Sure, it's small and they had limited stock but they still managed to get us everything we wanted including figuring out that my son's shoe size matched the women's shoe size so he was able to get the sneakers he wanted even though they don't have any kids wear there (note to management, if you want future customers, best to get them while they're young). The staff was top notch! 5 stars across the board. Even though the store was busy they were very happy to help us with every request, answered all our questions and as I mentioned earlier, came up with creative solutions. Went in today for a simple return of an item I bought 3 days ago and is unworn. The lady who helped had the biggest attitude and claimed the pants smelled like lotion. She wouldn't return the unworn item and kept inspecting it like I was up in their scheming. Terrible customer service despite, she ended up disregarding my return and gave me attitude saying "we are not doing this today!" Like, what you mean lady? You're not doing your job today ? Poor planning at this location, I got a few items from Xmas, was trying to make a return at this location. But instead they were forcing me to make a purchase because they ran out of their merchandise gift cards. I live far away so it wasn't ideal for me to come back. It's after Christmas, shouldn't they have been prepared? You would think they would accommodate their customers for their mistake and just put it on a gift card, but they wouldn't allow it. I mentioned I lived far away and the cashier had the audacity to ask me which city...ummm...ok, doesn't solve my problem but most definitely didn't need a snarky response. This is one of Los Cerritos Center's latest additions. I found this store by accident during its second day of opening. It's pretty close to Footlocker but on the opposite side. I ended up buying a pair of shoes and they also helped me exchange a couple of shoes I had ordered online. Pretty good experience. SERVICE They just opened and their service is good right now. It's pretty much what I would expect from an Adidas store and similar to the level of service of a Nike store. And Nordstrom only carries the big kid sizes up to a size 3, I was told, so I couldn't find them in the kid section either. Boost for life, I visit this store often whenever I'm in the area. I was able to cop several pairs of ultraboosts, but never any nmds. I would recommend stopping by early morning for boosts, because toward the end of the day they will sell out. This location is very clean, even with the high traffic. There is a fitting room just in case you need to try on some clothing. They allow people to try on ultraboosts, unlike jordan's where your can't try any. Awesome, helpful customer service. I was the second person in line when the store opened. I only have to pick up one online purchase. They took 15 mins to get my order and deliver it to me. Mine was the only one that was a pick up order. Some customers are browsing around, some actually bought something, and some had returned items. I don't understand why one person cannot go to their storage room and retrieve my item, when there are 4 or 5 staff are present. 2 were on the cashier, 2 were on the floor as sales men and 1 was actually talking to a customer. 1 of the sales man was just standing there and the other one looking at his ipad. The store manager/lead employee needs to know how to delegate work to his/her subordinates. Send one employee to the back room and look for my item in under 3 mins. The person who is returning an item can wait. And the people who are browsing doesn't need a baby sitter..... unless they are afraid that those people might shoplift. read more

Came to the mall anticipating to buy a pair of Ultra Boosts, after hearing great reviews. As I was making my way towards Footlocker, I stumbled across the Adidas store and I was like "DAWG SINCE WHEN WAS THIS HERE???!??" I haven't been to Cerritos Mall in months, so I was surprised to see the new Adidas and a Uniqlo too lol. Upon walking in, everything is displayed nicely. The shoes are shown on shelves in the middle of the store, separated by shoe model families such as Superstar, Stan Smiths, Boost, etc. The store had a wide variety. I managed to get a pair of Ultra Boosts in my size and everyone who works there are very friendly. Everyone there is genuinely happy to be there and you can tell they care about customer satisfaction. I'd like to shout out Sabrina for helping me out and talking about Kanye West with me. I I took a pair of sneakers for an exchange for a different size to the actual Adidas store in Los angleles. The original shoe in the same box, brand new one and all I wanted was a simple exchange for a size bigger than the actual shoes. The store initially told me she will take the shoe and in exchange will pay $67.00 since I do not have the receipt. My shoe was purchased at for a total of $141.00 (the shoe price alone was $120.00+10 tax=11 for shipping). on line. I obtained the receipt from my son, and showed the receipt to the store manager. After seeing that she agreed to return my shoe to the shipping warehouse and wait for the warehouse of Adidas to refund, which may take 14+ days after they receive it. She also told me that I can go home and order another pair online and the store can not order it. I walked away and noted they do have another pair of my shoe size in the store and I have asked instead of going through the saga, they could take my original shoe and exchange it for another pair that they now have in their shelf? She agreed to do so. As she was completing the transaction, she told me I will need to pay an additional $10.90 more since shoe price went up to $130.00. I paid the difference at her request and walked away with the shoe at a total cost of $151.00. Is this appropriate? How did the shoe price of $120.00 went up to $130.00 in 1 hour? I went into the adidas store in Cerritos looking to buy the new adidas crazy light boost 2016 in the USA color way. As soon as I stepped into the shop I was formally and nicely greeted by a guy who works there, whose name was Nick. Nick was an extremely nice and cool guy who recommended the shoes and showed me others such as the d lillard 2's. After telling him I wanted the crazy lights he asked for my size and instantly got them for me. Since adidas usually run big he got me a half size lower in a jiff. The shoes looked and felt great so I decided to buy them. All in all, it's a great, clean store, with nice shoes, but the one thing that stands out the most about the adidas store is the great employees, especially nick who was a great help. I love this store! I'm so glad there's one close by me now. The Costa Mesa location is still a good ways away from me. I came in and purchased a few shirts during their 2 for $30 sale and I guess I picked one up that wasn't included in the sale but the cashier (I forget her name) was so nice she said it was okay and that she would let it bundle out but the shirt would be final sale. I'm updating my review of this location as I was contacted personally by the manager Tonbara, and she truly was the perfect illustration of someone who cares about her customers and her store. She took the time to listen regarding my previous experience and asked that I come in to return the shoes I had attempted to return in my previous visit. She was attentive, understanding and truly a pleasure to speak to and interact with. I will be returning to the store for all my future adidas purchases. They have a great selection of merchandise and everything is extremely well organized and displayed.
