She had asked me about what I was looking for, she waited on me and size my feet. I don't know any other shoe store that does this kind of stuff. I don't even know if these kind of shoe stores exist besides Lucky Feet Shoes Store. Also, Sadia was very knowledgeable and her and Tina they're just exceptional and their customer service. If you're looking for a good shoe store this is a place to go in Seal Beach. I decided to get me the Hoka shoes. Considering I have back problems and knee problems and I walk my puppy twice a day. These shoes feel so light and they feel great on my feet. These are wide shoes and my toes are not feeling squeezed in. So if you have wide feet, they got a variety there for you too. Keep up the great work young ladies.

I cannot understand why there aren't lines waiting to shop at this place…read more My Podiatrist told me to ditch my old Sketchers and get better walking shoes. I asked a friend where he got his Hokas and he said a shoe store in the Ralph's shopping center. I knew the place as I live near that store on Seal Beach Blvd. Tina asked how she could help me and I told her my foot doctor wanted me to check out New Balance shoes. Tina took measurements of my feet and went to get me four pairs to pick from. I'll bet she spent a half hour helping me and basically telling e the same things my podiatrist said. Ultimately I picked a pair of Hokas and some Olukai sandals. And then she blew me away and asked me to come back in two weeks just so she could follow up. If you have sore feet, go see Tina, she really knows her stuff.

Immediately I felt in love w the shoe, I'm a shoe gal ‍ I also ordered a set of bracelets. My shoes arrived at the store super fast, my pick up due date was 9/17. Two days passed n then I noticed that on 9/15 they have refund me my money n my order was cancelled due to the fact that i didn't picked my order. I reach out to customer service immediately and they give me a lame excuse due to lack of space in the store to which my order was cancelled. Mind you, my expected pick up date was on the 17. I had already bought a matching jacket and I was soo genuinely excited. NOW, I've decided not to pick up the rest of my order. My pick up date was on 9/17, today's date is 9/26. Why does the bracelet have no cancellation rush as my Dr.Martins shoes?!? They canceled my shoes before the expected pick up date, but they haven't canceled my pick up order after 8 days past due date. That's incredible insane!!! Manager should check if any employees bought Dr.Martens lately because honestly, that was really sketchy

They took my return in a very nice professional manner and I ended up buying some stuff for my nephews while I was at it. I will never go back to Lakewood store but only come to this one! I have never been in the retail business but I can only imagine that this store out performs the Lakewood store by a lot and it's all because of the staff members!
