I'm happy to finally find a place that sells trendy plus size clothes. However, their selection is pretty small for plus size. Also it was almost impossible to shop with a stroller since everything is so close together. Definitely not wheelchair friendly. read more

Very modern clothes and amazing prices! I walked in during my lunch as I work close by and loved the selection! There were plenty of flannels, sweaters, bodysuits, rompers, dresses, jeans etc. (Anything you can think of) I got some very cute long sleeve tops for only $6.99 each and some thick and soft cardigans for only $15.99. The lady at the register was super sweet and asked if I was sure I didn't want to try on any of the items. This will definitely be my new to go spot if I need any clothes. I was in and out in 15 mins and scored awesome finds. read more

So, they decided to close the plus sized sister store across the northgate parking lot after they expanded this store. Now its a combined store with plus sizes. You'd think its great but: a.) The selection of plus size section is a tiny fraction that you had the old location. b.) The plus size section has small, med, large clothes in the plus size section. c,) The parking is terrible. You have to park in the heart of Northgate traffic. You had great thing going for 10 years, why????? WHY!?!?!? read more

I love this place !!!! LOVE LOVE LOVE. I was seriously in depression while they were closed during covid. They have really good clothes, even plus size is cute, and it's mostly for a fair price. I usually go there for their $5.99, $6.99 specials on shirts. They last me very long and they're so cute and effortless. Today I came in and spent nearly $50. So worth it. Got myself cute shirts and even got two for my mom. I love it here. Wish they had more of a shoe collection but it's okay. I come here usually for casual clothes, but they offer a variety of stuff Thank you Fashion Island, best one in town! read more

I love this store . very good with services and ALWAYS neat. The bras here last a long time have good quality and only $5.99 well the ones I get some are $9.99 and others are cheap $3.99 . very comfortable as well. They have very good styles and the manager is super nice and loving to not only me but my mom I go all the time and will not stop any time soon. read more

I love this store! The girls are always nice! I love the manager Dianna she's always so helpfull! I love their jeans always a great fit at $20-25 and I love how I find the cutest stuff I wouldn't see anywhere else. People are always asking me where did I get that top or jeans! Love their shoes too! Its kinda a small shop but with good stuff! I have been going there for years since high school and even though I've moved when ever I'm in the area I will stop by! Ask for a frequent buyer card and when you spend a certain amount you get $10.00 back! Love it love it! read more

Went to the tree lighting for Christmas, 2016. What a terrible experience! Crowds not well controlled, almost got caught in a fistfight between 2 men while I was holding my toddler. When we went to see Santa we stood in line for over an hour then the completely worthless security allowed 20+ people to jump the line then did nothing about it when people in line complained. Security just stood there & said they couldn't control the situation. So unsafe! For the prices charged at that mall I expected better crowd control & security. I'll never attend a large event there again. read more

The only reason why I gave it a one star is because the clothes are cute but the price and the service are terrible here The price are way too high for the material and compared to other similar stores. I went here with my husband and went to the fitting rooms to try on. The Asian lady opened the door for me and when I went in, my husband (behind me) wanted to go in with me. She pushed him and closed the door before he even got in. That was so RUDE! I opened the door and got out and she said "he can't go in". She should of said that in the first place and not push him nor close the door in front of him! I was so upset that I put the clothes back in the rack, didn't even tried them on and left with my husband. As I was leaving she said something to the other Asian lady in her language and laughed out loud. I will never be coming back here again! So unless you don't care about the service, quality and high prices come here read more

The return policy has always been super strict and a little unfair. For starters, you can not return something and get your money back for any reason, however they do allow you to exchange. Please make sure that the tiny little price tag is still attached to the dress because they will not allow you to exchange the dress even if the little price tag is not on. To me that is an extremely petty reason to not accept an exchange on an item. Also do not mention whether or not you wore the dress even if it was for 30 minutes because they will not accept it. As far as value, most of the items there are worth the price. For the store to be there for so long they don't really offer many discount options and they don't have many sales.... Just marked off prices on items that don't sell.
