The gentleman said to me, "Maybe another 30 min, maybe you would like to set an appointment next time. I responded with, "I have an appointment, 30 min. ago! I used to buy inserts for New Balance shoes. These helped but they didn't last. I came here on the recommendation of a friend. Like a good pair of shoes or the right bed, this will make a difference to your day. The arch supports go with you from shoe to shoe. They make any pair of shoes comfortable to wear and on your back at the end of the day. Yes, they are quite pricey but what is the cost of a sore back? Sore feet? Reduced stamina at work? Since getting my inserts, I feel so much better. I've had 3 back surgeries and I reduced pain from being on my feet all day. read more

I give them 5 stars cause the people there are very helpful and knowledgeable and polite and the shoes, orthotics, massagers, socks, and other stuff are professionally high grade quality and this is for your feet something a podiatrist is supposed to do (yet Kaiser Permanente doesn't). Ya the orthotics did cost me $500+ but if they fail I can bring them back and get new ones cause they have a lifetime warranty on them the $160+ shoes don't but are Brooks which are diabetic shoes of high grade quality and the $15+ wool socks I wanted to try so I bought 7 pairs, the shoes and socks are not lifetime warranty but they are high grade quality so are guaranteed to last than regular shoes and socks . Overall a great caring team and a great store in which I needed for my diabetic neuropathic feet (once again my Kaiser Permanente neurologist can't do what they are supposed to do). read more

I want to start this review by first thanking Rebecca for all of her patience, time and genuine energy to find what works best for me. Maggie, thank you for your generosity and motherly kindness. I came into the Good Feet Store in Long Beach with high expectations from family members and they were absolutely met with superb service by Miss Rebecca. Walked in with no appointment(don't do this. They're busy most often and it's helpful to make one before so you can have the time to talk about the product and have your questions answered) and spent an hour and a half getting to know the Good Feet Store. Using their CareCredit payment plan, I walked out with three custom-fit insoles designed to strengthen, maintain and relax my feet. They helped relieve the pain in my overpronating foot! I started to feel some changes in my body and it was uncomfortable after a week but there's an adjustment period. Despite this improvement and probably to your surprise, I decided I wanted to return the product. I'm 25 years old and after doing my own research, I decided that I didn't want to rely on foot support to walk without pain. I want to go down the physical therapy path to solve the root cause in my gait that caused the overpronation in the first place. And so, I'll say straight out that the product wasn't for me due to MY fitness goals not aligning with what I believe to be true about supportive shoes. I tried them out, saw results but, not the results I wanted. And they respected that. I am not a doctor and I emphasize that this is MY OWN experience. Someone else could have a different age, weight and fitness level than I do and may need this more than me. I was worried I wouldn't be able to return the product after reading some bad reviews but I returned mine! Maggie really wanted to help me and urged me to try them longer but in the end, I was firm with where I wanted to go with my feet. Thankfully, they respected my decision to go down a different route. I returned them within three weeks so be mindful of when that return cut-off date is. It could be a month. I'm not sure. Out of respect for their time and efforts, I recommend coming in with the mentality that you're going to use these. Once again, my experience was different. Be ready to spend a bit. But be ready to have your life changed with lifetime support. They genuinely want to help you and will spend the time to meet your needs. Our feet are all unique and it's not an overnight fix, but with time, I really do think their product could help. read more

After listening to the reps presentation and opening my pocket book for about 2K I wore the supports for about a month but unfortunately the pain remained. I went in to trade in my Strength inserts. Maggie, the manager, evaluated my inserts, and recommended replacing them. It costs me $20, which is a great deal. The Good Feet store is a scam plain and simple. The people working there seem nice and all but don't be fooled. The script they go off of makes it seem like they're feet specialist but they're not. They're salesman. The product they sell are shoe inserts. The shoe inserts are just varying pieces of hard plastic that go in your shoe. That's it. There is no customization to YOUR specific size and shape, it's already made inserts for different size SHOES, not feet. Do not fall for their sales pitch. It's all bs to scam you out of $1400. And btw SALES ARE FINAL. If you swipe your card that money is gone. They only offer exchanges for the exact same inserts just different size or in store credit which you can basically only use to buy inserts. Disappointed and concerned. The sales person tried to hypnotize me but was unsuccessful. Was offered magic shoes and Magic insoles and Magic molds made out of prints of my feet... was offered magic socks, for hundreds and hundreds of dollars.. and there must be some magic because they're from "THE GOOD FEET STORE" !!!! I cannot yet comment on the effectiveness of their products since I just purchased today. However, I can comment on the business side of this particular location. Shoe inserts kept me pain-free during my last 3 years of letter carrying (2006-2009), so I decided to give the Good Feet Store a try today (July 2021) since I now have a weak hip getting me further "off-kilter." I was helped by "Q" and decided to commit to their 3-insert system (3 inserts, 2 overlaying cushions). I additionally committed to 2 pairs of shoes and 1 pair of socks, 8 items total. Because 8 items were purchased, I wanted to check the receipt before signing it off. I am still confused that there are 4 charges for the 2 overlaying cushions, and I was charged for 2 pairs of socks even tho' I clearly communicated to "Q" that I'd be willing to TRY ONE pair before heading to the register. My advice to customers is to check your receipt and have each item explained to you, so there'll be no surprises after you leave the store. Putting an unapproved pair of $15 socks on my bill - I consider that underhanded. For that reason, I would choose an employee other than "Q" if I needed to return for further assistance. 8/10 update: Potential customers, see the store's response to my review, requesting me to email them. I did so, and received no reply. Their response to my review is to give you the false impression that they care that an employee tried to slip an unapproved item into my shopping bag and charge me for it. read more

I tried them on and off with same result. Except pain came back after 2 minutes. Never had this knee pain before. The doctor and physical therapist said don't wear the arch supports. Gabby said she would give me my money back after refitting. Now she says I have to have a doctor letter to get my money back. Do NOT purchase these products. I called customer service 2 weeks ago. She told me someone would call me back within 2-3 days. No call yet. They want to sell you something expensive and do NOT stand behind the product. They don't care whether it is the right thing for you. They just want to make a sale. How can they look themselves in the mirror every day? I walked in to the Good Feet Store experiencing severe pain on my feet. The sides of my feet were hurting. It was painful to walk for extended periods of time. I have painful plantar fasciitis on my right foot. I had a whole slew of problems. Gabby from the good feet store took very good care of me. She was able to recommend inserts that have completely changed my daily life. I am 90% free of the pain I was experiencing. I still have plantar fasciitis but the pain is greatly reduced. I can actually participate in fitness activities without having to stop and shake my feet out. The inserts are expensive but for me it was an investment in my daily happiness and comfort. I have been experiencing foot pain for quite some time and struggle to get out of my car after work. I went to the good foot store and was helped by Joanne and she was very friendly. I purchased the 3 step program $1347! Very expensive but I qualified for 0% for 12 months . So far my feet feel much better and I am exercising more. However after three hours on the Strengthers or S model my foot hurt but I was told I need to break them in and used the Maintainers for the rest of the day. One positive is that when I can home I had no feet pain and more energy tbis is week one and will keep you all updated as the product is very very expensive and they are not custom made. After a Month my hips and joints are in pain I feel like a sucker as I overpaid for a product that's not custom. I would never reccomend this product as I was ripped off. No one is a Dr!
