Please NEVER bring your business to this place. The worst customer service I have ever experience from a business. The original woman who helped me was very sweet and insanely helpful as it was my first time purchasing scrubs and didn't know my size. After trying on multiple sizes and brands I set on one. The lady assured me that if it does not work out for any reason please bring them back form a refund. Cut to today, a new woman was working the front who (at first impression) already had an attitude with zero smile to greet me. I let her know I would need to make a refund because these did not work for me. Gave her the clothing, tags, and receipt. She looked at it and said sorry we can't take this. And pushed them back to me. I let her know the other lady said that was okay to bring them back as long as I had everything. And she said "can't take em, especially in this condition" and I looked at her completely confused (mind you the items are brand new with zero wear) and told her they are completely untouched so idk what condition you are talking about. She then asked if they were worn, I let her know yes I tried em on to move around in them hence why they did not work out, and then they were put in my closet. She then grabbed the piece and then dropped it on the counter and stated " I can smell detergent. Can't take em" I am now stuck with $156 worth of items I cannot use and have work tomorrow with no scrubs to go in. You would think a location that serves people in the medical field would be more helpful the same way we help them when they are ill. Imagine getting that type of customer service when you come into urgent care? Never again will I bring my business here and I will make sure to tell everyone in the clinic and local clinic to NEVER come here. read more

First time here today. Girl at the desk was helpful but didn't know they carried other littmann parts at first. Thats okay. Lots of selection in scrubs but the gentleman who was at the counter seem pretty off set. Just asking questions to find out more information seem a bother to him. I ordered a package from Uniform Advantage. The package was supposedly delivered to a locker system in my apartment complex. There was no package in the locker when I went to retrieve it, the locker was empty. I have been in contact with the locker company, the apartment complex management, fed ex, and Uniform Advantage, no one has been able to find my package. The "proof of delivery" photo fed ex provided is of the outside of the locker, no photo of the package itself. Uniform Advantage refuses to refund my money or replace the lost items based on the "proof of delivery" fed ex provided. I was instructed to file a police report, which I did. I hope this helps prevent this from happening to anyone else. read more

I was looking for a new set of scrubs for work, I am a pharmacist at a retail pharmacy. The set I have is too hospital style so I was looking to update my scrubs to a more stylish scrubs that I can wear anywhere and still look good in them. I searched online first but couldn't find any I liked because I lack imagination and they all look pretty much the same. I went to a medical uniform place near my house and they only had a few different ones that were the plain looking scrubs with no pockets or rings to attach my ID. Then I went to Uniform Advantage in Lakewood just to check it out, the place was much larger than the place I just went to. I was greeted right away and walked to where the men's scrubs were at. The employee said these five sections here are the premium name brand sets, which is what I was looking for, not the plain generic ones. I said, this is what I was looking for, a bunch of good brand name scrubs all in one store where I can try on then buy. I found the perfect set of Grey's Anatomy scrubs that looked very fresh and updated for today's professionals. I bought the set without even looking at the price tag but still got out of there for less than $90. I will be sending my pharmacy techs to pick out their scrubs. read more

Placed an order and I never received any of my items. I finally went down in person over 3 weeks later to get a refund. I even called twice to check in the status of the order. Update: my friend also ordered uniforms the same day and I went to get a refund for her too. They processed it then called me back saying they cancelled it. The lady on the phone was arguing with me about the time to process saying it was business days. The order was placed 10/30. Today makes it 16 business days so beyond the time that it should have arrived. ADDITIONALLY and more importantly, I ordered 5 tops and 5 bottoms from UA. My total was $396.79. I went home and went to the manufacturer to order and ordered 6 tops and 6 bottoms and my total was $290.60. I got more items for over $100 less. I thought I was wrong so I called UA to confirm the items I ordered through them and it was the same tops and bottoms. Plus I already have a shipping confirmation and it's 4-6 business days not 10-14 like they quoted. Plus I'll actually get my order!!!! read more

Beware if you are ordering online. I purchased nearly $300 worth of clothing as I need to replace multiple scrubs I currently wear to work and they have one of the largest selections. I received a notification saying my package was delivered 3 days before the delivery date and was skeptical because I had been in front of my house during the delivery window they gave but still went to check. There was nothing in front of my house (or my neighbors houses because people are always delivering things like one door down) and when I checked the photographic "proof" submitted by the carrier to see if I could figure out where they delivered it I discovered it was just a picture of the inside of their van. I immediately reached out to customer service and explained the situation and was told they were going to reach to FedEx for me for them to either find and deliver my package or to deem if I would just get refunded. I was told it could take up to 3 business days for FedEx to do whatever investigating they needed to do but received an email in 2 letting me know FedEx had done an internal "investigation" and found they had delivered my package and someone must have stolen it and therefore I needed to file a police report and submit surveillance video of the packaging being stolen if I wanted a refund. I then repeated to 2 more customer service reps that I do not have proof of the package being stolen because it was not actually delivered to my house and was told without that they are not able to give me a refund. So I am now down $300 and still have to replace multiple pairs of scrubs from work. This has been hands down the worst shopping experience I have ever had and the customer service is extremely lacking read more
