UPDATE after the business response: The first invoice was not received because my email address was entered incorrectly on their end. I had already emailed my label artwork from my correct email and specifically asked that the invoice be forwarded to that email. When I finally received the invoice, it did not contain a payment link or instructions. I emailed asking where I could make payment and received no response. I was actively trying to pay. I was also specifically told my order would be ready Friday before 12 PM. This is why I disagree that this was simply a matter of 'expectations not being aligned.' My review is about the lack of communication and follow-through Really disappointing experience. I contacted this company a couple of days ago to have labels printed for my small business because they're local and only a few minutes away from me, and I really wanted to give them my business. From the beginning, the communication was unorganized. I was told I would receive an invoice, but I never received one at first. I followed up and even stayed on the phone trying to get everything handled. When I finally received the invoice, there was no option or link for me to actually make the payment. Despite that, I was specifically told my labels would be ready Friday before 12 PM. I called Friday morning because I was planning to pick them up, only to be told my order hadn't been done because they "never received payment." I explained that I was never given a way to pay. Only THEN was I told they could send me another invoice with a secure credit card payment link, and now suddenly my order wouldn't be ready until the end of the day. That was the last straw for me. I had already followed up multiple times and was trying to PAY them. I shouldn't have to chase a business down to give them my money, especially after being given a promised pickup time. I ended up telling them I would take my business somewhere else. I really wanted to support a local company, but unfortunately the lack of communication, follow-through, and organization made this experience way more stressful than it needed to be. read more

" if you could do the work then why don't you do it your self " like really ? On May 20th they delivered a roll up sign that wouldn't roll up or stay standing on the table! They also had an error on the flyers that was a repeat print! For some reason the e-mail address was missing a word! We brought it to Marco's attention and he promised to re-print the corrected flyers as well as order a real roll-up sign with some weight on the bottom to keep the sign stay standing. He never delivered and kept promising to do so. We asked for our art work to go else where for print work but he hasn't returned our request. His level of customer service went form a 5 to 0 when he made a mistake! He also made a comment that he finds it incredible that we are not satisfied with poor work! read more

Called for an emergency wall sticker. Asked the guy to give me a price I'm willing to pay over 100 dollars on just a simple black and red 30" x 80" decal. He's response really busy! Can't right now.
