Super responsive. I brought Cody and Martin two desktops. One was completely dead. The other I needed the hard drive cloned. Here's what happened. The dead computer was back up and running within minutes of my arrival. It was amazing. Dell had told me that the desktop could not be repaired for a reasonable price and that I needed to buy a new one. It turned out that a Dell bios upgrade had gone bad and literally burned up the two video cards in the PC. Martin had it booted and running before Cody and I were even done talking. The clone job was to take a couple of days to get the new SSD drive and clone it. In fact, Cody called the next morning and said it was done and ready to be picked up. I had a CD-Rom drive issue with my old Mac and took it to a nearby competitor. (Hi-Tek) They agreed to replace the unit and replace the hard drive with a solid state unit. When I picked up the "repaired" laptop, no programs or apps opened and CD reader didn't work either. I called Cody's Technologies and they were able to redo the competitor's mistakes and make everything work perfectly. They were easy to communicate with and did great work. If you have issues with your laptops, MAC, or PC, they solve your problems better than you can explain your issues! That's what happened to me. I brought in a MAC and a PC and informed them that both needs to be ready for me to start running some softwares and update to the current updates. Good experience overall, brought my PC here unable to boot with the blue screen of death after a Windows 10 update, Martin and Cody, both great people, explained the recovery process and what changes will take place. They were able to recover my files, and get me up and running in 24 hours, as a healthcare worker working from home I appreciate they go me running and operational right away and my PC is running perfect, Thank you Martin as well for all your advise and reassurance. When looking to upgrade my iMac's HDD to a SSD, Cody's Technologies was straight and to the point. They provided me with an estimate and nothing about a diagnostic fee like some other companies I reached out to. I turned it in Friday afternoon with the SSD I wanted installed and they finished the job Saturday morning and it works better than new. Cody and Martin did a great job on our laptop repair. They were honest about the required repair and quick to get it done when I brought it in. We dropped our laptop and thought the hard drive would be damaged beyond repair. Even worse, we thought we would lose all the data. Martin quickly opened it up and discovered that is was just disconnected. He fixed the connection and had it up and running in no time. All good now. I usually go to a computer repair all the way in Westwood. I tried Cody's technologies today and they were great. I requested a quote last night and they contacted me even before they opened today to schedule an appointment. My mouse trackpad wasn't working.
