This place as the same as most I've been on is for sure, they lack common sense to give a call to the client in case they will take longer than expected to repair their device. I walked in on Tuesday the June 9th to get my battery replaced on my iPad. Gentleman there told me he would have the part by then next day and more likely have it all done by afternoon. So I waited for his call the next day. It so happens that he never called me not once. Wednesday came, Thursday came, Friday came and still no response. I literally got the worst experience and luck apparently, I took it before to another store just to have them babysitting my iPad and say they didn't find anything wrong with it. They told me they ran a check up on the device and my battery health was around 98%, when in reality it was at 82% and so happens that they "ran a check up" with iPad asking for my passcode. They point is I went to the store on Saturday to retrieve my iPad and the guy at this store begins to tell me that it's not done because supposedly the battery replacement didn't come in till Friday. Blaming the delivery people. He said to give him an hour and he would call me once he was done. Very interesting thing is I came back after an hour and a half, just for him to tell me because of clients he hadn't started on my iPad. Wasn't I a client as well, which should've been more of a priority since my repair was already delayed many days? To put the cherry on top he said he'd have it done by Monday, and he would call me. To my very interesting luck. He never called me a single time so I was determined to pick up my iPad regardless if he worked on it or not the next day. So far service performed was good but just the lack of communication and ghosting me literally for 8 days on an iPad he said be done by next day. If only he would have just notified me it would take a bit longer I wouldn't have mind and put 5 stars. But this is just ridiculous. I'm kind of debating now if I should take my MacBook Air for diagnosis here. Idk maybe this guy will take 3 months to check it out this time. read more

Came in to get my pc diagnosed. He said he would contact us within an hour. No call back, so we called back an hour before closing and he said he hasn't worked on it yet. Next day and still no updates. We called back at noon and he mentioned what could be the problem, but says he will update us in an hour. By 3 pm still no update, so we go to pick up the PC. First tells us it's the CMOS battery then claims it needs a BIOS update. We refused further service and took back the build with no solutions.
