I have to sit in my car to get coverage and have a conversation that won't drop. When you place a call it takes about 20 seconds to finally hear a ring that it's going through . I called costumer service a few times and all you get is "I'm so sorry" for costly information I was never given. I'm paying off my phones and going back to Verizon. To a company that is trustworthy and all around amazing. Please, rethink before you plan to switch to this company.
