She explained to me there was a promotion that I qualified for that would give each line on my account 10gb of 4g data AND would be $20 cheaper than the bill I was paying! She was able to put me on my new plan and have it start up on my next billing cycle. Some time goes by and I get an email for another promotion T-Mobile is having for a free tablet as long as I add a data plan to it. I go to the store and was lucky enough to have Joanna help me again. I'm so lucky because she was so helpful the last time, I was sure she would help me out greatly this time. She showed me the tablet they were offering and explained I can get a "match my data" plan for it, meaning it would match the data I have on my cell lines to the table, up to 5gb, for only $10. Which was such a great deal because the other plans cost more and had less data. She was able to get me in and out of the store with a brand new tablet in such a short amount of time. If I ever need to go back to the store, I'm going to call ahead and make sure Joanna is working so she can help me. She deserves a raise for being so helpful :)

This store got many new employees and replaced old ones so disappointing that they hire lazy people. The lady even laughed at me and said good luck finding that employee?

He went above and beyond with my parents and make sure that we had the best deals possible. He was able to answer our questions as we were going through the update process. He even gave me tips on how to activate the phone once we got home. Really happy with Julian's service with us yesterday!! We were in and out of the store in 35 minutes or so.

Went in yesterday inquiring about downgrading my service, and the lady with red hair in the front…read morelooked like she hated her job, didn't want to help me, not enthusiastic, and told me I have to call. She wouldn't tell me what number, wouldn't tell me what to ask for, so I had to ask her several times to help me out until she decided to. She started off with, "You can't lower your price if you downgrade", and by the way, I did. She didn't even look at my account before starting off with that answer. I get you guys are trying to save as much money as you can, but that was scummy of you guys to not even check my account before saying that. She didn't explain what plans I could get after I asked her, claiming I'm"It wouldn't matter, you would end up paying more". She kept trying to dissuade me from doing what I wanted to with my plan. One of the worst experiences I've ever had downgrading a plan. Again, really felt like you guys at Verizon don't care about us individuals. I will most likely be looking for a different provider just because of this experience I had with that lady. She didn't even introduce me to her, so I don't know her name. I do know she worked at this location yesterday 9/23/2025 around 2pm.
