My rating is based solely on my experience with JOANNA. I went in looking for help a while back because I needed more data. She explained to me there was a promotion that I qualified for that would give each line on my account 10gb of 4g data AND would be $20 cheaper than the bill I was paying! She was able to put me on my new plan and have it start up on my next billing cycle. Some time goes by and I get an email for another promotion T-Mobile is having for a free tablet as long as I add a data plan to it. I go to the store and was lucky enough to have Joanna help me again. I'm so lucky because she was so helpful the last time, I was sure she would help me out greatly this time. She showed me the tablet they were offering and explained I can get a "match my data" plan for it, meaning it would match the data I have on my cell lines to the table, up to 5gb, for only $10. Which was such a great deal because the other plans cost more and had less data. She was able to get me in and out of the store with a brand new tablet in such a short amount of time. If I ever need to go back to the store, I'm going to call ahead and make sure Joanna is working so she can help me. She deserves a raise for being so helpful :) read more

Went in there few weeks ago, was looking for an employee who is always willing to help anyone and very helpful, I think his name is Jay of Johnny but I was told by the employees that he does not work at this location anymore, this is very disappointing because everyone here have attitude especially the ladies that work here always rush me out and that gentlemen helped me with my bills questions or always helps me to transfer my data. Please do not waste your time coming here they really don't want to help. I had walked in for a trade in at 7:30pm, a young man put my name on the waiting list I told him the reason I was there was for a trade in. He then mentioned we can go ahead and proceed with the trade in and just take my old phone and the new one home so I can transfer everything over. So finally it was my turn I did not wait long the person who "helped me" her name was Brianna. She right away said no that a trade in takes up to an hour for the phone could transfer everything over to the new one like if I was unable to do it on my own. She kept insisting for me to come back the next day with "Time" because everything on my phone would be erased. At this point I just told her I wanted the phone that it did not matter if whatever I had on my phone would be gone. She kept telling me no. I went to another T-mobile store the next day literally took them 30 minutes and I was able to take my old and new phone home to complete the transfer and turn off my find my iPhone. DO NOT get help from JOHANNA! She screwed me over the second she started doing paperwork! I sign up for 5 phones and she put the wrong phone to the wrong numbers. I told her about it immediately and had me write it on a post it and that she'd fix it. Fast forward 3 years and every time I have a problem, it takes forever to get to the root of it because i have to explain why my lines are still screwed up. NOW I tried to set up my PRIMARY line for payment plan, to be told I can't because it doesn't include that on that specific line... the primary! Been going to this store for years and every time I've walked in Service has been good. Today was a different thing. I called and asked to speak to the manager regarding my situation but he was on a conference call according to the employe that I spoke to (BS) anyway I left my number/name and haven't received his call since 8am it's now 1:14pm exactly. I called corporate and they called the store to remind the manager to call me but not even that works. Every time these big companies take your money they act nice but once you need something they give you the run around. Dam I miss the old days when you dealt with the owners of the business and got treated with value! The manager should have time to return a phone call no matter what. We walked in and notice that this store is so busy, but in about 10 minutes we were acknowledged by Denise C. and began to help us out, long story short I needed a phone, and was offered a good deal with accessories. And an up sell that was pleasant and was not being pushy in any way. I believe she answered my questions in detail, and looked like she had a permanent smile, because she had our attention and made the sale with little effort. Wow! SUPER pleasant service from start to finish. I didn't get the girl's name, but she walked to my mom and I as we entered the store. Looking around, it was very busy; Saturday afternoon. The girl maintained her attention on us as we told her we were looking for a cheap, nice smartphone. She took us over to the phones and we decided on the Alcatel. She was helpful in breaking down payment methods, and everything else. This girl has given me the best service that NO OTHER T-MOBILE employees have EVER given me, in my 8 years of being a customer. I was a faithful customer to AT&T for over 11 years (never thought twice about changing companies) yet I didn't hesitate to switch the moment Ana began to help me. Her customer service is unmatchable. I have never had someone go the extra mile the way Ana has. She explained everything in detail to the point where I didn't have to worry about anything. I was persuaded to purchase a device that I can connect on my car with 2g of internet. All I had to do was pay 35 dollars up front for the device, and the internet line would be free if I get automatic payments. I decided to agree on the deal, and it turns out that I'm paying 10 dollars a month for the internet, and I'm paying for the device as well, because the 35 dollars I payed up front was not the actual price. The price is 140. Talk about ripping me off so they can sell. That's shady! read more

Like every store there are bad employees and good employees. I am giving my 5 star rating to the Sales Associate RICARDO GOMEZ. My family has had MANY problems with the company all ranging from payments and stupid errors from other employees. But ultimately Ricardo has helped us. Here are my bad experiences with other employee(s). My boyfriend and I went in to get the Tablet promotion when it was going on; we went in to see what all the fuss was about and we talked to an Associate named Steve (or was it Steven?)he painted a beautiful picture of how we will get the tablet a lower monthly bill and well got my boyfriend and I all hyped up. Told us, we'd have to change the current plan to one where we would be saving money and with that we'd have to get new sim cards. We were told my the numbers would be same and everything would be the same just new sim cards.And the switch would happen in the next three hours. BUT He didn't bother to ask us what kind of phones were owned so he can cut the sim card to the appropriate sizes and that later caused an issue.(I'll get back to that in a sec). So the main thing he told us was "You will not have to pay this month". Here we were thinking how great! We save a months worth of money towards the phones and when the new plan kicked in we'd have a lower payment. NOT THE CASE. Not only did we STILL have to pay that months payment but we also had to go back because the sim change never happened. He explained to us that in three hours (from the moment we changed the plan that same day) we'd have to change the sim cards because the old ones were NO GOOD. So of course we had to go back where more issues were found. We went back to the story and we spoke to Ricardo who had no idea what our problem was but was very caring enough to look into it and eventually finding a solution... Side note: I do remember that day, Steve(n) was there and Ricardo was asking him of what he did and what he didn't do and that guy just shrugged it off. Granted he wasn't on duty (assuming since he was not in uniform) but couldn't he have cared a little more that he screwed up? So turns out that Steve(n) guy did not submit the forms or what ever it was to his manager or who ever it was so that my boyfriend and everyone in his plan could keep their exact same phone numbers, leading to the sim cards not working and making the whole account CRAP causing Ricardo to make phone calls in order to fix my bf account. Ricardo fixed it. He was patient enough to fix it and did not get annoyed, not once did he get frustrated and maintained a great attitude through it all making sure we were satisfied at ease with this whole situation the OTHER GUY had created. Ricardo even made sure we got a little data for all the inconvenience for a month and made sure he brought it up to his manager about what Steve(n) did and didn't do. That guy just really didn't care. Even when Ricardo said he'd mention it to him to submit the forms. VERY IRRESPONSIBLE. ----- I'd also like to mention that the bill stayed the same. Nothing changed. He did not make it "lower" for us like he promised ------- That same Associate (steve or steven not sure) helped my family (mom and dad) with their plan. AGAIN he painted us a pretty picture of saving money and getting a tablet and BAM. He Convinced us and told us we'd be paying a lot less and thats what got my parents hooked. Saving money. The bill came and nothing changed. So disappointing. I personally dont think he should work there. Throughout our time with him as he was "working" on my parents account he did not make eye contact, was not engaging and was not comforting about anything. I'm no expert about customer service but I am pretty sure thats not customer service. He just got his commission from helping us but didn't bother to get to know us...the customer who helped him get that commission. Fast Forward to today, both my parents and boyfriend went in to talk to Ricardo about their account(different times). He broke it down in sections and he was very clear and concise. My parents were not lost and they felt comfortable. My parents, boyfriend and i were very impressed. He knew what he was talking about. Handled the situation with ease and stayed cool, calmed, and collected. LASTLY, I do want to add when my boyfriend went in today to talk to him about his account about the payment being so high we spoke to this other associate maybe his name was MAX? not entirely sure but we spoke to him and all he said to us was "sorry i can't help you you have to call 611" and I was so upset!!! Thats it? Recommend to call 611? And thats when i said "Is Ricardo here" and yup he fixed it. That other guy was just so ugh!. Thank you Ricardo G. You is the bomb. Keep up the good work. read more

Most unprofessional and incompetent people ever!!! Came here on May 21, 2017 was given horrible service by Justin who was more concerned about the speaker he had hanging on his neck rather than providing good customer service. Failed to lower his music and tried selling me a plan with a package that included a case and headphones and he said it would cost $3 more per month after he said my plan would be an additional $26 per month for my phone. He completely lied because how does that now add up to $33 per month, isn't $26 + $3 = $29. I'm telling you thieves and incompetent. He also mentioned anything wrong with the phone I wouldn't pay restocking fee. Well this phone is horrible and I took a screenshot of what is failing. I go back on May 28, 2017 now another incompetent person. Aly, who is also trying to charge me the restocking fee and claims they don't have the phone I want, how convenient!!! Besides that she said there's nothing wrong with the phone, then I show her the screenshots and she replies with "oh ya that's not supposed to happen" DUH!!!! I've reported this store to T-Mobile so that they are aware the lack of knowledge and customer care these employees have! The worst T-Mobile ever!!! We were supposed to get reimbursed months ago for 8 of us switching over from Verizon and sprint. It has been 8 months and our issue has only been partially resolved. Worst customer service experience of my life. No one in the call center can give you an answer and just transfer you again and again. I came back to this store where we purchased our phones. When they want to take your money they're nice and friendly but once you have a problem it's a different story. We spoke to AILEEN and she was incredibly rude. She didn't want to help us. She kept cutting me off. She refused to grab the phone and had the nerve to say "I'm not customer service" when I asked her if she could speak to my sister who was on the line so she could further explain to her our problem (because she didn't seem to understand what I was explaining)I kept explaining to her that a check they sent out was for my sister not for me and she was unbelievably rude. I then asked to speak to a manager (Maricela). I wish I could give 2 separate reviews. Maricela was totally the opposite, helped us tremendously and PARTIALLY solved our problem. She is spectacular. Beyond amazing customer service skills. I cannot give this store a better rating because our issue is ongoing, and I was treated poorly by Aileen who, by the way, messed up on our payment the first time we were there and I let it go, but I won't let it go again. If you come here make sure you get a receipt for any transaction and agreement, you will need it to dispute any disagreement (you don't want to be in our shoes). I could not think of the best way to express myself about this visit!! It was amazing! Ana was very knowledgeable of what she was doing. She was very friendly and clear about everything. She made everything so easy and made sure i had no doubts about anything. She went out of her way and beyond her expectations to satisfy my needs and made sure i was very well taken care of with what i needed. She took her time to check the available offers they had for me and never was in a "rush" to make that sale. Not only did she help out during the transaction in the store, but she also kept in touch with me, days after to check if everything was going well and if i was satisfied and happy with my service. This store visit was just amazing! I walked in, to initiate (1) service line with T-mobile and i left out that door with a family plan! Total of (5) lines with an amazing deal, no other provider can beat! And FREE phones!! Who says no to FREE!! I thought it would be hard to let go of the 15 years of service that i had with my previous service provider but honestly i dont regret it! Bad service. Went for a cell phone replacement last Saturday ( Warranty ) because it stopped charging. Showed salesman the charging port was broken. He ordered a phone for me told that it takes 3 business days. Finally go in there Friday and phone is reinspected and new salesman tells me I can't give you the phone because it has physical damage. So now I need to call insurance and waste more time without a phone because they couldn't tell me this the first time. Very unprofessional , I understand policy's but it would of been nice for the first guy to take the time and inspect phone and let me know this information the first place. Now manager doesn't have answer on why he ordered the phone in the first place. Very bad service , looks like they are not properly trained .
