Terrible customer service. The guy at the store by the name of Jeff was rude and unprofessional. He has no people skills! His supervisors need to start watching how he treats people because he will cause this business to lose customers. I definitely won't be returning. I expected much better from this Verizon Wireless store. read more

Rachael was amazing thank you so much she helped us to switch to Verizon from tmobile it was so easy thank you

Went in yesterday inquiring about downgrading my service, and the lady with red hair in the front looked like she hated her job, didn't want to help me, not enthusiastic, and told me I have to call. She wouldn't tell me what number, wouldn't tell me what to ask for, so I had to ask her several times to help me out until she decided to. She started off with, "You can't lower your price if you downgrade", and by the way, I did. She didn't even look at my account before starting off with that answer. I get you guys are trying to save as much money as you can, but that was scummy of you guys to not even check my account before saying that. She didn't explain what plans I could get after I asked her, claiming I'm"It wouldn't matter, you would end up paying more". She kept trying to dissuade me from doing what I wanted to with my plan. One of the worst experiences I've ever had downgrading a plan. Again, really felt like you guys at Verizon don't care about us individuals. I will most likely be looking for a different provider just because of this experience I had with that lady. She didn't even introduce me to her, so I don't know her name. I do know she worked at this location yesterday 9/23/2025 around 2pm. read more

Customer service is horrible. Items are over priced and were not the correct items went back to the store to return and get a refund and I was given other options that I wasn't happy with tried to explain that the card I used to purchased the items doesn't allow refunds. I was in the store for over an hour. Trying to get a refund I'm livid because I have other things to do and this is holding me up big time, if your ever in this city walnut park do not come here it's the absolute worst Verizon the general manager is (Victoria) she is no where to be found. The store number is 213)271-1790 the store is located in a shopping mall on alameda and Florence read more

ADRIAN IS AMAZING I was having a problem with my service not working for a whole 24 hours and I talked to 2 people on the phone and was texting 4 other people through Verizon's Mobile text support and no one was able to help me out at all. I went into the store the next day and ADRIAN the amazing worker was able to find the solution and get me out of there within 15mins max. Amazing working, out going, welcoming, just an amazing worker over all. read more

Jeff did an amazing job assisting my wife & I with our phone transfer. Quick, effective communication and overall great customer service

I had an appointment and it was not honored. They made me wait . What is the point of having an appointment?

Customer service is trash you wait hours just to pay a bill the workers are to busy talking about other things besides phones and when you say something they get smart mouthed today I was told I wouldnt be getting any service done because I was in a rush I mean I have been waiting for more than 45min what do you expect me to be calm they deserve 0 stars read more

The Slim and Slimy Verizon Chronicles: Customer service here is enraging. My daughter, mom and I were waiting there for almost an hour. I needed help transferring one of my family plan lines BACK to Verizon as I was experimenting with another service provider given Verizon's $#!tty service in my mom's neighborhood. The service from this new provider was not any better, so I tried it out for 1 week and was ready to come back. Thanks to my experience in this store, and with Verizon's 611 service, I'm now switching my 16 year family plan away from Verizon, completely. Say adios to five loyal lines. So what happened at the store you ask? There were only two staff in the office. A third customer service rep walked in and started helping a recent walk in who wanted to buy something. When his colleague told him I was supposed to be next, slim guy tells us he'll be quick, that he's almost done with that transaction. We say it's ok, wait around some more and notice they are done with said transaction, but now this customer starts asking questions about a phone upgrade. I know this second transaction isn't a quick one so I walk over and remind him that he told me it would be quick (which wasn't as he had to walk back and forth to the back room at least three different times). With an attitude he tells me, "he asked another question " in a defensive tone a little brat would use when he gets caught doing the wrong thing. The customer's wife recognizes that I'm next and tells them to help me and that they will wait. So slim guy now is supposed to help me, but ofcourse he has an attitude through the process and doesn't disclose the true reason the other service was not working well (all I needed to do is remove the Verizon SIM card! This I figured out the next day as I was requesting a transfer pin from the other carrier). Had slim boy had a different attitude and better communication skills, I would have stayed with Verizon and even upgraded to a new phone. When I was still at the store asked slim guy about what it would take to trade in my phone for a new one. After numerous and rushed questions, we realize this upgrade would ultimately cost about $600... I didn't go through with it because I was already feeling icky about this guy, so I go home and go through the Verizon.com website to compare. I realize he was trying to get me a phone with a huge amount of gigabytes that I don't need without giving me options. This store used to have great service several years back, but quality has decimated. Tristeza. read more

6 month update: I'm still fixing issues with Verizon because of Samantha. They didn't properly submit my phone to receive a trade in credit so its taken months to remedy this. I've been paying an extra $50 since the trade in promotion wasn't submitted properly. Please find a corporate Verizon location or order online/over the phone. Do not go into a VECTRA or authorized seller!!! They WILL rob you read more

Stay away. Nothing but crooks here. They are filled with lies and deceptive behavior/statements. They also try to add options to your plans without your consent. and most of all, they are incompentent. Arrived today to pick up a phone from an online order. Upon entering, 2 reps were sitting down behind the counter just chit chatting while the store was completely empty. i only arrived in store because they were unresponsive with phone calls when i called to ask for an update on my order. The sales rep Rachel was promoting an upgrade to my plan, adding a new line and even having a savings of about $20 on my monthly bill. I specifically stated that i don't have 4th phone nor do i wish to add one. She stated i can add it to an existing line which was convenient for me. I gave her the specific phone line to add it to. Not only did she not add it, she screwed up without telling me. She added the new line to the new phone i was upgraded from my existing line. 1st red flag. I then said i'll fix it at home myself. she did not offer to fix her mistake knowing what she did was done on purpose to make the sale. 2nd red flag. she failed to mention that my phone was incompatible with a 2nd line. 3rd red flag. I had to find this out through verizon support. 4th red flag i spent several hours with verizon support fixing the mistakes. Never again will i take my business here. read more

There are a few times in my life where my visits to a Verizon location have been smooth and simple. However!!! Im glad to say that my mother and I were assisted with our trade-ins and new purchases with great efficiency. The manager on site was Brenda she helped make my check out process quick and efficient. An employee named Andrew also gave me a great suggestion for a new speaker, I walked out with that added to my bags too. P.s. I also noticed both employees had great smiles and greeted all the other patrons that walked in. The location was clean, organized and well stocked. :D read more

DO NOT be shy to ask any and all questions you have BEFORE you pay anything. Working at a phone retail store I know how a transaction should go. Rachel F thinks shes so slick and her excuses sounded so rehearsed. FIRST OFF I was told they had a phone in stock and it was going to be put on hold... all for me to drive 40 min down and they don't have it had to get another phone. Second she changed the plan without telling me, she told me the taxes on a $940 phone is 120 tried hiding the receipt and random "Device set up and go charge". Keep in mind they already add $50 to the phone price at apple it is $899. ANYWAY continuing on with her completely trash customer service Confronted her about changing my plan stuttered and tried saying it was because I'm trading in a phone and left it at that wouldn't answer my questions about it just gave me the run around with her rehearsed responses. Im all for helping out with commission but dont lie and try to finesse people. Made sure she didnt add any of the streaming feature which are an extra charge, had her tell me exactly how much the bill would go up and had her remove the insurance "bundle"... SPEAKING ON BUNDLES. Tried telling me she can get me a bundle deal on case, screen protector and wall adapter for $280 out the door but thats literally the retail price of them anyway she just put the price together. I WILL be checking to make sure she didnt try adding in anything else. Treat people with respect and stop taking advantage of customers. VERIZON do better. ASK ASK ASK PEOPLE keep in mind it hurts THEM NOT YOU to sell a -phone without accessories -not change your plan -removing insurance or not adding it read more

Went it to purchase a new iPhone X. Juan Cruz went out of his way to give and other options. I ended up purchasing a Samsung Note instead, not to mention he helped knock off $600 off the original price of the phone! He was very helpful, smart and patient and made the 4 hour process worth while lol! They even gave us water and offered restrooms. Michael the manager came in and assisted in the final process of the purchase. Super kind, great attitude and very willing to help my mom understand her new Samsung phone. Kudos to you two for going above and beyond! Will come again with the same guys for another purchase! read more

So we went in on Sept. 14th to switch from at&t to verizon.. spoke to David G. We pre ordered the Xs Max also the Iphone 8+, and 2 iphone 8's he said it was BOGO...he also said the 3 iphones would be in on friday 9/21 sx max on oct 3. We were cool with that! So we go in on Sept 21 and no iphones. My husband got emails saying they were shipped to the store (they got there sept 28th sx max & sx didnt order) so my husband drove all the way from Barstow yesterday 10/1 so we can pick up the phones! Well we didnt get our phones why because they sold them Michael said they called the people who pre ordered the phones (no call we had to call ourselves) we werent getting the BOGO "it ended on sunday Sept 30th" and they couldnt do anything about it! Even thiugh we had confirmation that we pre ordered when the BOGO was going on! Worst experience going to that store Now they wanna lie and say they did call us! LIERS be real about it read more

I have had good and bad experiences in different locations. My husband and my daughter went in yesterday, to get a new phone for my daughter. I have to say this was one of the best experience I have had in a while and I have been with Verizon for many, many years. We had the pleasure to have been helped by Amber, she was really nice, helpful and not trying to sell us what we didn't need. We told her what we were looking for and she suggested and never pushed for anything else. If you guys drop by ask for her, she's really cool and got our goofy jokes. Thank you Amber! read more

I loved the customer service. Clean place. Happy faces. And are willing to help you with all questions one has

I went in there and they treated me so kind and had a lot of patience to explain to me everything I needed to know.

Never had an issue with service. Today I went in to pay my phone bill and the new girls were trying to charge me $150 extra on my phone bill... and they didn't want to give me any explanation or details of why. I call customer service department and they explain everything and told my actual amount due. Witch was $150 less than what the girls were trying to charge me. And she gave me an attitude when I asked for the details of the charge saying I was wrong and she was right. She didn't want to give me their names. read more

Honestly, I'm not sure what's up with the reviews. I had a lot of issues with the big Corp ones, like the one on Pacific or whatever. They get really cocky because their "bigger stores." They ruined my account and kept applying charges to my account. I found these guys out on Google Maps and Yelp, the dude with the motorcycle Supervisor which got transferred helped me out so much! He explained to me why I was being charged, the anonymous charges the other stores kept applying and literally saved our ass, saved us so much money! I will forever be grateful with this location, super friendly and yeah sometimes cocky but always put the customer first. Thank you. read more

Literally spent 30 minutes waiting to be helped and wound up leaving after waiting and waiting!! The 2 guys there both were taking their sweet ass time in even acknowledging my husband and I even after we told them we wanted to buy 2 phones! No customer service skills at all! They both were helping customers I get it sometimes things take longer than expected to resolve but for neither of them to show the slightest interest in helping is beyond me. They obviously didn't want our business seems like they were more eager in closing time approaching and didn't want to stay late. Unprofessional. read more

Walked in here trying to purchase Iphone XS Max And didn't walk out with it, why? Because the incompetent Rep that helped me in the beginning was trying to slam me with crap I didn't need. He stated that all IPhones must walk out with either A tablet or $300 bundle of accessories. Apple never implements such a thing so I told him he was wrong and then he kept saying OK let me talk to my manager. His good for nothing store manager never came out or had the guts to come talk to me. Then all of the sudden the phone they had for me was reserved for another customer and they kept giving me the run around. I work in sales and the level of unsuccessful sales skills of the rep and store manager is beyond me. How are you in an environment where you can't satisfy a customers simple request. If they were good at their job they would ask life style questions and create a solution to a customers need based on the information gathered. Ended up going to the corporate store on pacific and walked out with the phone no problem. read more

I am never going back to this store! Was told it was mandatory to get insurance for the purchase of the iPhone. Offered different options but was not told how much it would cost for each, wasn't even offered different types of plans. Don't have much variety of phones or cases. Update: Went to another Verizon store on Crenshaw to pick up a phone, Jose was so much more helpful than Samatha at the other store. We were able to return the accessories that we had been charged for and not wanted. He also told us that they would have delivered the phone to the other store which Samatha failed to tell us. He even mentioned he would bring it up with their manager. Yeah never going there again. read more
