I came in on a busy Wednesday afternoon and Jereme was there helping up to 3 people at once. He was extremely kind and patient with everyone, and despite being super busy, took the time to walk me through the available devices and phone plans, answered all my questions thoroughly. Jereme, THANK YOU. Update: Just physically picked up my phone from Rachel and she was great too! Very patient in dealing with my annoying 2FA issues + took the time to break down all my monthly chargers for me. She was also super friendly and professional and got me out of there in a jiffy. Never come to this location the employees are so rude and don't know their own product. I went in the other day and had the worst customer service, I was asking for rates and the staff could not give me rates of their own products. Not only that, a guy with a slim build and gray/white hair had a very condescending voice when I was asking him questions, he got so upset that he didn't know the answer to the products they are supposed to know how to sell that he started yelling at me, I left never coming back. Why is there only one person working on a Sunday? I hate how businesses think this is ok in order to save a couple bucks. It took 3 hours for me to trade in my iPhone for the new iPhone simply because there was only one guy working. We even left and came back and when we came back we were last in the queue (we weren't aware that we'd be pushed to the back of the queue when we left). Zero stars if I could! Run away from this location. I do not like dishonesty and the salesperson should have been honest that they weren't a Corporate store. Make sure to only go to a corporate Verizon store. This is NOT one and we added a line to our acct and they charged a BS $50 in store and I got $35 activation fee on Verizon bill as well. They said the $50 was an in store Verizon charge. If we had gone to the Corporate store in Torrance, we would've saved $50!!!! Don't go to this store unless you want to pay more in fees. They also upsell and made us get 2 lines instead of 1 line. Had to call Verizon and tell them what a scam it was. Add a line online or At a corporate store. Although the phone signal and service (in general) was pretty good, I decided to switch to T-Mobile because Verizon just got way too expensive. Plus they were giving me less for my trade-ins and their in-store service (from another store) was disappointing, so I felt they weren't worth it anymore. My account with them was naturally cancelled, but I do remember still having an outstanding bill. I came through this store to see if I can pay it off. There was only one worker available, but she just got done with a family when I walked in. I sorta gave her a second to regroup before I approached her and told her what I needed. Off the bat, she said, "I can't do anything on closed accounts. You'll have to call customer service." Why are they called an authorized retailer then!?!? It wasn't so much what she said, it was how she said it. It came off making me feel like I'm no longer important because I'm no longer a customer. And mind you, I was with Verizon for years, if not over a decade. I walked outta there as quickly as I walked in. I guess ex-loyal customers aren't worth diddly-squat. (FYI: My new bill with T-Mobile is $20 more a month, but it comes with 2 new iPhone 12 Pro Max's AND I got to keep my old iPhone X and iPhone XR. Who wouldn't go for this? And signal everywhere I went is so far, so good!) I should have made the switch a long time ago, but as the saying goes, better late than never. read more

We came on a weekend to merge our phone plans because we can't come during the week without jobs. There was one employee helping a couple. We were the only other ones in the store. We waited 1.5 hr plus to be spoken to. Three other couples came and left while we waited because the line was so long. It's insane to me that you only have one employee working on the weekends. Not to mention that we were never addressed or helped in that journey and half. So much business was lost for the store that day. This is why people avoid coming into store at all costs these days. There's genuinely no service for the customers and it's a waste of time. Do not recommend coming here on a weekend. I wish I could rate this store a 0/5. read more

...horrible customer service. Passive Aggressive. This dealer would not honor their written exchange policy for ear buds. Unprifessional and embarrassingly desperate. They weren't even interested in providing a solution and offered no assistance to resolve my faulty equipment problem. I could barely state the issue before they told me to call the manufacturer. Again, I was within the stated window for exchanging defective equipment and they kept looking for excuses not to honor their own exchange policy for defective equipment...at one point the salesperson told me with a smile on his face I just voided the exchange policy when he saw putting my ear bud in my ear. They just weren't interested in helping. Thirty day window to exchange defective equipment printed on receipt and I was within 30 days but they were defensive, full of excuses and not remotely interested in assisting a customer who has been using Verizon for over 15 years...hello other vendors. what a shame with this dealer. I would never recommend this location. I came in because I needed a new SIM card. I was told I needed to pay $50 for a new SIM card. While I was there I decided to call another Verizon store to confirm the pricing and was told that SIM cards are free. On the phone I was also told about an option for an ESIM when I asked the individual helping me in the store about the ESIM he said "yeah that's an option." If he knew about that option why would he recommend I pay $50 for a SIM card???? Wasted my time and tried to steal my money. I will never go back to this store! read more

If I could i would give them zero the experience here was a bad one we fist of all we didn't know this was a retail store because it's set up just like a Verizon store the sales rep who helped us came of pretty nice but we later figured out how deceitful she was we actually went in to see about trade in and internet service we talked to her about trading in our iPhones because Verizon has a commercial that says trade in ANY iPhone in any condition and they will give you a iPhone 15 she said it had to be a certain phone and they will give you a 13 so we decided to not trade in but since we were unhappy with our carrier we asked about a bundle with internet and we signed up with them getting two new phones without trading in we had the items for a few days and we were already unhappy we had a lot of buffering with all components and dropped calls so we decided to take components back and cancel everything before our thirty days we took the phones back to the same store we purchased from and they had the nerve to tell us that they would not be returning the taxes we paid for the phones of course when we asked to speak to the manager she was not in so it has been about a week since this has happened needless to say during this time we have been trying to get in touch with the manager of this store still have not heard from her we have called the customer service number to get in touch with that store and they said they have reached out to her but we are still waiting on this call I am ready to seek an attorney because the last time I checked it is illegal to keep our taxes we paid it's just wrong because they charged us taxes on those phones we returned and then they will charge taxes again on the same two phones when they resell them we have reached out to Verizon customer service and are getting no where Verizon is a very shady business just be aware read more

ONLY COME HERE!!! Nav Sami is amazing and doesn't try to add thing to your account, and I walked away with a new iPhone XR for under $60! He did everything for me. I had gone 3 months ago to the other Redondo ( by Whole Foods) store to get a price to upgrade and was told around $200 and the guy was swarmy about upgrading my account when I use very little data. Nav showed me all the way I could save money, and actually made sure I was using the data I had now. Nav also noticed my account was being charged for a HUM device that I had been given by the other store 2 years ago, but I had been told it was a gift with my phone! I never used the device, and never thought to check my bill for another device. That again was at the Redondo store by Whole Foods. This store is amazing. I went to the store to buy a mifi hot spot. It took 4 emails to get the pin so she could get in my business account and the last time she sent to my colleague so I had to call her to get the pin. Then Esmeralda sent my receipt to an incorrect email. I had to call twice to get the receipt and when I did I noticed I was charged $29.85 for case wipes that I did not purchase. I called the store AGAIN and was told I would have to go back to the store to get the credit. I am 73 and I already went to the store once and wasn't going back. I would recommend going to an "Actual Verizon Store" because I have never had the problem there. read more

Well, it's that time again. Time to upgrade my phone. After doing a quick search for Verizon stores, I came across this one. I made my way to the large shopping plaza in which this place sits. Parking was not too big of an issue to find, as the plaza has a sizable lot with plenty of spots. The plaza sits off Hawthorne Blvd, which was not busy that morning as it was a weekday. I walked in and chatted with the sales guy. I told him I was considering several options, and he looked to see what he could do for me. He threw some typical salesman spiel, but I knew better. I told him I buy my phones straight cash, to avoid all the BS when you finance the phone. Come on, pal, there is nothing in this world for free. I checked out my options for both Apple and Android. They didn't have any SEs that I considered for my business line. I did see some phones that I liked for my personal line. It's supposedly mandatory to finance some of phones, which I was not up for. After talking with the sales person for a while, I decided to sleep on it. I was not too impressed with their options, nor the fact that they kept trying to take me off my current unlimited plan and into a new one. I'm fine where I am. I moved on to a corporate store, which was several minutes drive from this location. In my personal experience, corporate stores are less likely to jiff you. I also get my full credit card points at corporate stores, so that is another plus. read more

I went in today to pick up a new iphone and left disappointed. The manager on duty immediately asked me to put on a mask when I walked in...I indicated I was fully vaccinated and had my cdc card....she insisted ... so I offered to wear a disposable one (like she was wearing) if she could provide one. She indicated that the store policy was not to provide them to customers. I get it ...we all survived this thing and people should feel ok to continue to wear masks based on their risk profile but let the rest of us who are vaccinated move on. I cannot believe my experience today!!! As you can see 2-3 ago I had a terrific time with this particular Verizon. WOW! What a couple of years does!!! I went in there today to talk about my upgrade and the prices and one of the workers whose name is Navine. He was as lazy as hell! No one greeted me, they were in the back chatting. I felt as if I were bothering them! The whole experience consisted of about four questions. Is my phone ready for an upgrade, if so upgraded to what, How much would the phone be, and what is an XR. I'm sorry if I am not sure of the iPhone upgrade language but he looked at me like I was a total idiot. He never told me how the upgrade would work and how much I would pay today! nothing in fact he never even got out of his chair!!! My final question was is there another Verizon!!!!!
