    So disappointing!!!!! Came to this location and the employees were so rude. We waited outside and they just were laughing. waived their hands for us to leave. Instead of coming to the door and saying we are sorry we are closed. So unprofessional. Rude youngsters.

    Although the phone signal and service (in general) was pretty good, I decided to switch to T-Mobile because Verizon just got way too expensive. Plus they were giving me less for my trade-ins and their in-store service (from another store) was disappointing, so I felt they weren't worth it anymore. My account with them was naturally cancelled, but I do remember still having an outstanding bill. I came through this store to see if I can pay it off. There was only one worker available, but she just got done with a family when I walked in. I sorta gave her a second to regroup before I approached her and told her what I needed. Off the bat, she said, "I can't do anything on closed accounts. You'll have to call customer service." Why are they called an authorized retailer then!?!? It wasn't so much what she said, it was how she said it. It came off making me feel like I'm no longer important because I'm no longer a customer. And mind you, I was with Verizon for years, if not over a decade. I walked outta there as quickly as I walked in. I guess ex-loyal customers aren't worth diddly-squat. (FYI: My new bill with T-Mobile is $20 more a month, but it comes with 2 new iPhone 12 Pro Max's AND I got to keep my old iPhone X and iPhone XR. Who wouldn't go for this? And signal everywhere I went is so far, so good!) I should have made the switch a long time ago, but as the saying goes, better late than never.

    I was looking for a location in the South Bay that could provide data recovery. I had an external…read morehard drive that wouldn't mount. So, I had numerous files on this drive that I wanted to recover. I bought a new drive to hold the files and took both the old drive and the new drive to Westcoast. I explained what I wanted and they provided a rough estimate of the cost that depended on how damaged the old drive was. They would look at the drive to see what the issue was and call me within 3 days. I got the call and luckily the old drive was still accessible so they would be able to transfer the files to the new drive. The cost was less that I expected. I had checked several businesses in the Los Angeles/Orange area and there services were a couple of hundred dollars more for basic data recovery. The new drive has the files and I am glad I found Westcoast. They also repair computers and mobile phones.

My MacBook Pro stopped working out of nowhere. I've had it since it first came out, about six years ago, and everything was on that computer. My businesses. My properties. Student and work-related information. Personal documents. Photos. Things I never backed up because I never imagined something like this would happen. When it stopped turning on, I tried everything. Different chargers. I went to multiple repair places. Geek Squad couldn't help. Apple couldn't help. I made several Apple appointments, walked in early, stayed late, and had multiple employees try. They were kind, but no one could get it to turn on. The light would come on and shut off. One Apple employee even described it as "CPR," like the computer was trying to come back to life but couldn't. Eventually, they told me the computer was basically done and advised me to focus on data recovery. I was devastated. To be completely honest, it caused so much stress that I had to talk through it in therapy. That computer held my life. That's when I found this data recovery company online and met Abraham. From the moment I spoke to him, he gave me something no one else did: hope, without false promises. He calmly explained different scenarios, walked me through possibilities, and told me to give him a few hours. I tried not to get my hopes up. A few hours later, Abraham called me. Not only did he explain what was happening, he texted me pictures of my actual files. When I saw those photos, my heart dropped. I cannot explain the relief. I don't think he truly understands what he did for me in that moment. Abraham didn't just recover my data he brought my computer back to life. On top of that, he advised me to get an external device to safely store everything moving forward. I went out, bought one, brought it back, and he helped me transfer everything. He truly worked with me every step of the way. He kept me updated throughout the entire process. He was patient, professional, honest, and genuinely caring. I never felt rushed, dismissed, or taken advantage of. I felt supported during one of the most stressful tech situations I've ever experienced. If you're reading this and you're stressed, scared, or think all hope is lost go to Abraham. Period. This man didn't just fix a computer. He restored peace of mind. Thank you, Abraham. I will never forget this! I'll be back for tomorrow iPad

    HORRIBLE "customer service" i tried to accept their…read more"lifetime warranty" as stated on their products here's my email to them for a 3-pack produce i purchased ***** i LOVED the first application - smooth and perfect. today i decided to change it and unfortunately, the original one left so much goo that i couldn't get the second one to attach properly - even though i'd cleaned it several times and it looked clear so - i cleaned it again and got the third one to at least stick with one piece of dust (even though i'd used the dust stickers) and was going to be ok with that. however - when i pulled back the #2 tab, the WHOLE THING came off... so now the second and third dust covers are useless how do i get a replacement? should i send in all three pieces to you guys for verification? **** they emailed me back saying that i had to go through the original store i bought them from, and that if i wanted a replacement through them, i'd have to pay for shipping and STILL prove where i got it from. they DO NOT KEEP THEIR WORD. their warranty is USELESS and their products are not good. i attached a photo that i sent to them showing it was their product and all the pieces from the package. it doesn't show the dust or bends or sticky goo, but it shows that yes i used their product according to their instructions and still it didn't work.
