Since I was adding a line for my son, I understood that I would be paying about $30 per month for the new line plus $2 per month for the phone on my existing account. However, nearly two years later, I discovered that there was an additional line on the account that I was unknowingly paying for every month. When I contacted T-Mobile, I was informed that I had signed paperwork agreeing to add two lines in order to receive the second phone for almost free. As a result, I ended up paying $30 per month for this extra line and my son's line+device &32 total 62 for almost two years. The total amount paid for this line exceeded the original $699 value of the device.

I had lunch takeout nearby & thought I could make this quick to turn in my manager's new iPhone (she mistakenly believed the camera lens cracked on her old iPhone but it was the case that had the crack, not the lens). Due to mailing trade-in issues previously, I handle my manager's AT&T issues in-store. I had a hard time with Blanca looking up V's info to submit the return, & wasted 30-mins. waiting for her to tell me that. Not only wasting my time, my lunch takeout has been sitting for 20+ mins. Aaugh... ＼(｀0´)／ I think their service plan prices are on the higher side & their AT&T Protect Advantage for 4 program takes advantage of the customer instead of being an advantage for the company; had issues making claims for damaged iPhones that requires a non-refundable deductible. Shannon told me that I had to wait my turn. I told her I was number one in line and just waited 2 hours. She then started arguing with me and gave me a dirty look. I had to make it clear that I wasn't arguing because she was very hostile to me. There were also a few other employees who had just opened up, one staring down at paperwork not helping. There was no sense of urgency even though there was upwards of 20 people waiting.
