I brought in an iPad Pro that wouldn't turn on. They took a while to diagnose it because it wasn't charging. The owner even sent it to a friend to look at since the power wasn't running through the iPad. After a few months, they said they couldn't fix it. At least they tried. I appreciate the effort! My son went there to replace his iPhone screen. He was offered a LCD screen, an oled screen and an oem screen. We opted for the cheapest one (LCD). I want to recommend John for exceptional customer service.  I had an old Virgin Mobile phone which stopped receiving calls and texts when the 5G towers went up.   Catch-22:  broken phone can't receive PIN, I can't get a new phone and keep my current number without the PIN.  John spent hours trying to get the phone to accept a text, and talking to Boost, Sprint, and Virgin Mobile.  We worked on the problem for over 3 weeks.  John was outstandingly supportive and tenacious.  Even if we had been unsuccessful, I would highly recommend him.  But I now have a new phone with my old number.  Thanks John read more
