I found Just Tech Solutions on Yelp and took my iPad over. Despite a few snafus in the beginning that were uncontrollable, Fred went above and beyond (the guy came in right before he left for vacation) to make sure my concern was checked and the issue would be taken care of. So I have been trying to get an iPad Mini 2 fixed, the LCD screen was broke, but not the glass, you know that is just my luck hahaha anyway I called many shops starting up in Washington State, I'm coming down through Oregon and all down the coast of California. Either no one had the actual screen in stock so it would be a day or two to order one or they told me I would be better off to just buy a new one? Maybe they didn't know that my angel had bought me that one when I came out of my coma? I don't think they'll make a new one that is ever more valuable than that to me! So needless to say for the last fifteen hundred to two thousand miles and month or so I have been trying to get this fixed. And today I decided to try using Yelp communication to see if I could find some way to get it fixed! The first place that contacted me oh, that I actually contacted back and made an appointment through Yelp, when the appointment time came and went, I called them, when I spoke to the person on the phone whose name had been on the messages between the Yelp communication and myself, he said he had no idea who I was? But they could fix it? I've already had to wait mini time so I didn't want to take a chance and I moved on to the next one on the list. As it turns out, if Sam had been first on the list, I could have already been in San Diego by now hahaha. I spoke to Sam, the actual man who was replying to me through Yelp. I was amazed when he actually knew who I was and knew exactly what we had been talking about!! And my experience only got better from there. He had me clearly explained to him and show him what I wanted and what was wrong, he gave me a price that, well, if I hadn't known how good he was going to do prior to him doing it, he could have actually charged me twice as much and I'd still been just as happy!!! It's rare when you find someone in the electronic field, especially the repair electronic field, who actually leave you feeling much much better once they've talked with you. So it is with wholehearted exuberance that I would recommend Sam, I don't know if it's his business or if he just works there, so I don't know if I can endorse everyone's work, but I can sure endorse his!!! Thank you my friend, I will think of you often on my travels. I also want to point out that I snuck back in and ask Sam if I could get a picture of him? Just so everybody would know who to talk to!! Amazing is all I can say. I have an iPhone XS Max and parts are very hard to come by. I recently tried to teach my phone how to swim and it unfortunately did not survive. I brought my phone in after another store said it's a lost cause. Not here, I was told we'll try to see if we can get it to work. Worst case it doesn't. After tinkering with it for about a week they brought it back to life. Replaced the battery any dried it out. Cost to fix it was fair in my book as well. Hopefully I do t have any more issue with my phone but if I do this is the first place and only place I will bring my electronics to. You will not be disappointed if you bring something here. read more

Sam was great to deal with. Others quoted me $450 to walk in the door to save my hard drive, and told me it would take a week to get done. Sam quoted $95-125 and came right in the quote when all was done, and helped me load the saved drive onto my new computer. He was done the same day I brought it in. read more

But as soon as I got home, my phone started turning on and off constantly--I couldn't even unlock it. Later, I found out the motherboard had been damaged during the repair. What made it worse was learning this was their first time attempting a back glass repair. They clearly weren't experienced, and the parts they used weren't Apple-certified (confirmed by an Apple technician I spoke with). And this isn't the first time this repair shop has broken another peoples phone. Because the phone was stuck in a boot loop, I couldn't recover anything from it and had no choice but to replace it entirely. After a lot of back-and-forth, the owner did eventually give me a full refund--but that doesn't make up for losing my phone and data. I will NOT be returning to iRepair Crack Mobile, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. They are not Apple-certified, and from my experience, they lack the proper qualifications for repairs like this.
