I was very frustrated, as they'd never been able to fix my husband's computer (been over a year since it started having problems), and then, when my own computer got viruses, they didn't seem to be able to fix it either - it kept on turning on by itself...). But the owner personally called me, and they had me bring mine in again and fixed it for free (solving the turning on issue). We've agreed to bring in my husband's computer again (we'd given up on taking it in, as they didn't seem to solve the issue - ironically, it turns itself off all the time). AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Read the reviews, I wish I had. Poor customer service, no communication, and careless work. After my experience, it's not surprising to see how many low-rated and "not recommended" reviews this business has. Filter the reviews and see for yourself. I brought my laptop in for a screen replacement and expected basic communication and service. Instead, the process dragged on nearly a month, and I had to reach out multiple times just to get updates. The wrong screen was ordered, and at no point was I informed of the delay. There was no proactive communication from the store at any time. When I later shared my concerns, the owner continually flip-flopped, first claiming they had called me, then saying they were too busy to call, and later insisting employees had explained that damage can occur during repair which simply did not happen. Despite serious reservations, I agreed to allow them to continue after being told the business would "take a loss" by reordering the correct screen and covering international shipping- a problem entirely of their own making. I believe in second chances and supporting local businesses, but when I finally received my laptop, the condition was unacceptable. The frame was chipped, glue smeared around the screen, and there were scratches that were not there before. Instead of taking responsibility, the owner continued to deflect blame, claiming the damage could have been pre-existing then insisting the laptop was too difficult to disassemble properly. The owner's pattern of contradictory statements demonstrates a lack of accountability and a willingness to manipulate the narrative to avoid blame, which is extremely unprofessional. The owner offered a boilerplate response citing a 30-day store warranty for labor and installation, which does nothing to address that my laptop was returned in worse condition than when I handed it over, or that I had to repeatedly chase them for information. Their response completely ignores the physical damage, the lack of communication, and the stress caused. I paid $600 for a repair that left my laptop worse than before and caused weeks of inconvenience. Mistakes happen, but continually flip-flopping, gaslighting customers, and refusing accountability is a choice. Save your time and money, take your business elsewhere. read more

Let's start with the Salesman. Really Nice guy, The rest is a Nightmare.. I came in with a broken screen on my phone. The screen was replaced for $240+. That new screen was Defective and they Honored there warranty and replaced the screen. that night the new screen was hard to swipe and the bottom of the screen started a dark spot. And that expanded. Today I took the phone back and "HE BLAMED ME FOR INTERNALLY CRACKING IT" What is that... There was No damage to the phone at all. He Refused to Honor the Warranty. I took the phone immediately to another phone store and they took the screen apart in front of me and they showed me that the screws had been installed incorrectly which caused the damage. It's that simple...They Made a mistake and wouldn't honor it . Then the repair guy at the other shop told me they put on the cheapest OLED Screen which cost $120 total to replace but they ripped me off and charged me $240+ The new screen was thicker and the image was not up to standard. I was really hoping they would be able to help me. Instead I feel like they made the situation worse. I came in on a Saturday to come and repair my Nintendo Switch. I had called ahead to see if they had experienced such a problem and they said they would be able to help. So when I came, I was explaining the issue to the guy who was present at the time. He was obviously not the person I spoke to on the phone but that's fine. I was trying to explain to him that the switch turns on and it's not the charging port (which they repeatedly told me is usually the problem) I told them the light in my screen just no longer lights up brightly. Like it turns on, you can hear it. You can touch the screen and hear the clicks that moves to different pages. You can see the screen at specific angles oh light, but if you're not staring hard enough; you'll miss it. Also the right side of the controller recognizes the connection but doesn't read it to function. (It's not the controller, I tried it on our other switches and it worked fine.) Anyways they said they would charge me $25 with a diagnosis. And give me a call on Monday when they diagnosis the problem cos they are closed on sunday. Which is fine by me. Monday came around, no call. I called for an update and they said they would look at it right now and give me a give within an hour. No call.. I called ten minutes before they closed, a woman answered and when I asked about it. She hung up on me. I repeatedly called back at least seven times, no response. Wow.. very professional guys. Called back the next day they said they haven't had a chance to look at it. I told them what's wrong with it and they said they would call me back tomorrow. Next day no call.. I called back, the guy said they aren't sure what's wrong with it. They said "it could be the screen or it could be the motherboard" He said he was going to call his guy and call me back with prices for both. I gave him time to get back to me with a response. By Saturday, I got no call. I called them back. The guy was like oh yeah I was meaning to call you. And basically repeated what he thought was the issue. Either the screen or the motherboard. He basically said he would have to try one and if it isn't that, he would try the other. But I was looking at paying at least $200 minimum. He asked if was even worth fixing. For a minimum of $200? When a brand new switch is $300... no it's not worth it. Especially if they cost could be more since you're not even sure if it is the problem. So I asked to come pick it up. He said to come pick it up by Monday before they closed. I called Monday and they said everything was still open in like 100 pieces and needed to be put back together. So pick it up the next day. So I called on Tuesday and they said I could come pick it up. I come to grab it, and the guy said I owe him $25. "It's written on the receipt" I asked "don't I have to pay if you diagnosed the problem? You guys don't know what the problem is." And the guys said no I owe him $25 cos it's the motherboard. There is no other problem. Okay whatever, I paid because I'm not going to argue with a grown man who thinks it's okay to yell at a customer. I got into my car with my switch and tell me why my controllers now have water stains on them. And the screen shows no light at all. Nothing is visible. They literally made it worse: and who knows if they put everything back in. Do not waste your money here guys. I should've read the previous review prior to trying this place out. I only came this far and took the chance cos of the pandemic and most places are closed. read more

My 10 year old IMAC had died completely , JTS was able to change hard drive , update system and load my huge SVG files from Time Machine.
