Ok first of all, this is one of the worst stores I've very been to. My phone screen broke and I called another store. They gave me a pricey cost and said it would be done in 20 minutes. I chose not to go and the went to this boost mobile location. They charged me $70 and said it would be done in an hour. I thought it was ok since it was cheap. Anyways, an hour later I came to the store and they said it would be done in half an hour, so I drove around to kill time. I came back 30 min later and said it would be done soon. They asked me if I wanted to wait around so I did. I expected it to be done in 10 min, but instead it took about another hour and a half. I waited there in total for 3 hours and they charged me an extra $20 for a new battery and a home button. So it was $90 in total and took 3 hours, hey it still wasn't fixed. They then said the motherboard crashed so the phone was useless. They then charged me $15 for "maintenance" even though I didn't get anything fixed. I know that they should charge because they did work, but I waited for 90 min and they didn't give me anything. On top of that there were about 4-5 people in the store. Only one person was working on my phone and he was also talking to other people making sales. I mean he could have put someone else at the front counter to talk to the customers but they didn't. The store is also very disorganized and dirty. I saw about to 2 roaches and ants on the floor. Then this lady walked in who I think was a friend of the owner. Two employees in the store stared talking to her and were cursing like there was no tomorrow. He then told her to bring two of her friends so he can show her "how much really of a thug he was" since they hosted fights in the back and I thought that was a little inappropriate. The owner then started to smoke right outside the store while I was waiting. He then got into an argument with one of the other store owners and also started to curse when he was gone. The owner also received a knife from the lady who owned the smoke shop next door and the woman who I mentioned earlier said "that means she was t to suck your di*k". I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone. They don't how to prioritize their customers, how to behave in front of people, when to fix people's belongings, or how to speak. I was in there for 3 hours and in the 3 hours the man probably helped 5 people before me. Go to the other boost mobile store in PCH next to wing stop and it's about 2 min away from this location. This place doesn't even deserve a 1 star review. Worst store I've ever been to. Juan was the only employee in the store. It's like he had to run the store. Sadly. He doesn't how to prioritize. Then I decided to buy a brand new iPhone from the store. In pretty sure, almost positive, they broke my phone even more so they can make a higher profit.
