Everyone was super nice and knowledgeable. They were able to fix my iPhone 12 pro it had a speaker and microphone issue and a charge port issue. It's not working perfectly price was reasonable and service was done in about an hour and a half very nice to have my phone back quickly. It's appreciated. I called yesterday evening and asked about having the back replaced for my black iphone 12 pro. I was told that they had the back piece in stock and to bring my phone in today. I brough my phone in and was told they could replace it with a blue back and that the black was not in stock. They told me to "come back tomorrow". There was no apology. There was no offer to leave the phone now and come back when it is fixed with the correct part. It was just come back tomorrow so that I have to make an extra trip. Had a horrible experience with them. Promised that my phone could be repaired and if not data could still be transferred to a new one, no problem, but first a new battery... Went back numerous times to find out what was happening and was given excuse after excuse. So and so was at a warehouse - etc. By the time one man angrily told me that the other man "made a lot of promises" not only had I lost data, but the phone number. Other people tell me got deals but I think maybe wheeler dealers. Was my experience a set up to get me to buy a new phone and service? These people started out at a flea market. Nothing wrong with having family members babysitting the place but that's the mentality. read more

I got my phone fixed today by Jonathan. My speaker was broken & so was my charging port. It was like a lose butthole, anything that I would insert would easily fall right out. My screen would sound very cracky. The prices were SO affordable & the service overall was great. He didn't clean off the chillie stain on my white phone case but that's okay! Have been here before for a repair but on my second time coming for a screen replacement all seemed to look well upon pick-up only until a day later I noticed some problems with the repair. I noticed that my speaker grill was off centered(not normal) and at the very bottom of my screen...the screen wasn't actually flush with the edging of the phone causing the screen to lift(again, not normal). So I decided to keep it for the benefit of the doubt and not even two days after getting it fixed...the bottom part of my phone cracked...in my pocket. So I came back to voice my experience not expecting anything free but just to give feedback. After explaining what happened, I was told that the screen they ordered was defective and there wasn't much they could do and that's the way it is. (Basically telling me tough luck) I then tried to reason with the guy that fixing a phone just to have it break shortly after or even putting in faulty parts in for a repair isn't fair to the customer...again...tough luck. One time the guy even laughed at me while I was explaining things to him. Hopefully nobody else has to go through this but a heads up, from my experience and what I've been told is that "YOU AREN'T GUARANTEED A QUALITY REPAIR". If you want to roll the die on fixing your phone..this is the place to go. read more

Went in to repair my laptop screen. They said they had to order the part and it would be there in 5 days and that they would call me when it's in. after 5 days, no call. Waited two more days before calling them, they seem to have no idea what happened. They said they were going to send me the tracking number of the parcel, which they never did. Finally after waiting two weeks, I went back into the store to ask them what was going on. They looked up the tracking number while I was there and emailed it to me. While I was still there, I received the email and looked it up only to discover the parcel will be delivered one month later. Had they called me at any time, I could've found the part myself and brought it to them to repair and I would not be leaving this review. Very poor service. read more

I cracked the display of my iPhone X and needed the glass to be replaced. I contacted the shop via FB message and received a nice, friendly reply within a short amount of time. The shop is an adorable small business in Downtown San Pedro, plenty of parking is available, and if you don't want to feed the meter, there is free parking just a block away. It's a family run business, and upon entering I was greeted with warm smiles. The person who assisted me was very friendly and professional, and started my repair immediately. 30 minutes later I was out of the door, with a fixed phone for an incredible price. I would have had to pay much more in an Apple Store. I can highly recommend this place, everyone was nice and accommodating and very professional. They also offer a large variety of accessories, such as phone cases, tablet cases, chargers and charger cables and dash cams. I didn't like how they left my phone if anything They left my phone with more problems and they blamed the software even though the software was never acting up before I try to get a fix by them. So I think that's the excuse they never actually help me.and they use cheap or defect screens , they also give out a warranty that does not help whatsoever, So bummed out about that as well . wouldn't recommend to come back or recommend anyone. And also horrible customer service and they have 3 people in stand and only one of them "knows " what's going on the rest are just there for show read more
