    Took a bad fall and broke screen of phone. They fixed it for reasonable price when they said it would be ready it was ready :-)

    Wasted my time unfortunately…read more Gus came out on 3/31/21 to give me a quote on an email migration and he was pleasant and professional. He told me he was willing and ready to take on my project and that it would be 6-8 hours of work. I thought that was a little high to move 2 email addresses and wanted to get other quotes so I let him know on 4/1 that I would be back in touch shortly. I didn't end up having the time to interview other techs so 5 days later on April 6th, I texted Gus to let him know that I wanted to proceed with him. I knew he had amazing reviews and came to the conclusion that even if the price was a little high it would be worth it to know I was getting someone knowledgeable and available. And time was of the essence so I needed to move forward. Gus never responded to my text. Yesterday, (13 days after receiving no response) I followed up and Gus' reply to me was "Hi, sorry swapped at the moment". I presume he meant swamped and that he is now not available? I honestly feel that Gus was offended that I questioned his pricing/time necessary to move 2 email addresses from hostgator to Office; but I feel as consumers, we have the right to ask questions and make the most informed decisions possible. Now, 3 weeks later I'm back to square one. Feeling frustrated and defeated. Time is our most valuable resource and nothing upsets me more than having mine wasted! Leaving 2 stars because I do feel Gus was knowledgeable and could've successfully achieved what I needed.

Look no further, you won't be disappointed…read more I didn't know where to start my search for a managed service IT vendor and since I basically go to yelp for just about everything, why not? I started working at a company that had the worst IT vendor and I wanted a quick change. Kevin at CyberDuo reassured us that they would be able to help us smoothly transition over to them. 2.5 years later we are still very happy with the service they provide us on a regular basis. Just recently, our 20 employee business was purchased by a very large public organization and they have put Kevin and the team through a whirlwind of requests, demands, etc., and they are just as responsive as ever. For example, if you call their toll free 24 hour support, a human actually picks up. If you send a service request, I'd be shocked not to hear back within 10-15 minutes. Cyber security...they know it well. Migrating to new email platform, a non-issue. VoIP phones - easy transition and held our hands through every step. My team and I are very demanding clients and the Cyberduo team goes above and beyond, even outside of what they are paid to manage for us. I highly recommend these guys for your business - they support both small and larger organizations. Let me address what every business cares about - pricing.
