Went to replace my screen and it was done very fast and there was good service. good price compared to other repair stores.

Kyle was great. Set up the new SIM card and replacement battery while I waited. Cost was very reasonable. This little shop was busy, but quick counter service kept things moving. I'll be back next time any phone work is needed. read more

no thank you, the staff was pretty knowledgeable but I went for a battery and came back with a broken phone. That's what I get for being cheap read more

rought my iPhone XR in to get repaired. Back glass, front camera and replacement battery. Cons: they were busy and the repair took longer than quoted 4 hours. Also, some pixels on my front screen went black after the repair. Pros: staff is friendly, polite and really helpful. After I pointed out that the screen was damaged, they said they can't confirm it was damaged during service. Then offered to swap it out for $20. That was a generous compromise considering the time they've spent on the repair already. I am glad they worked that in because I really wanted to leave a good review. I would come back here again and would recommend them to friends. Back story on the phone. The glass on the back has been cracked for a while and I took the phone snorkeling with a "waterproof" case on it. The phone fell out of my pocket and sank to the seabed about 20 feet under. Later that day, the FaceID camera stopped working. I'm not one to throw away working electronics so I looked for places that could repair it. Shattered Cell Phone Repair was the closest place with more than 4 stars, so here I am. read more

This place is Amazing to say the least. Miguel is my guy. He went above and beyond to do his best to help me with my broken screen. I explained to him that I needed my phone fix ASAP due to me needing my phone for work. He order the screen for my phone because the store didn't have any in stock. Thank God he was able to place a temporary screen on my phone until my original screen arrived. He was so nice and proactive. Thank you again for your A plus customer service, I am forever grateful. I highly recommend this place because they are nice, reasonable and do really good work. read more

Horrible customer service. They do not care about you. Ignored us when we walked in. A simple "we'll be right with you" would go a long way. Nope. I've tried to go back but nothing has changed. read more

Called ahead to ensure they had the parts needed for an iPhone I was returning for an upgrade. They confirmed an extremely reasonable price and I was off to the location. Parking is slim, I believe street parking only. I parked and whole screen repair process took about 20 minutes. Best price in the area without an appointment. Will return when I need their services again. Thanks guys. read more

First time here. Good service and good price. Much more affordable and reasonable ($75+Tax) than a repair booth in Del Amo Mall (they wanted $100 for small cracks!). The guy took about an hour to fix my phone so I sat in the waiting area with my laptop. Call in first for the price and the item (screen, etc). They may take days for the item to arrive bc mine wasn't available. Be sure to double check and confirm the correct item (mine took weeks bc of miscommunication). The store is small so I drove pass it the first time. There's a parking next to the salon. Anyway, I recommend it. Will come back! read more

Fast, friendly and FAIR pricing. The tech was very thorough in explaining my repair options and once he found out the issue was a simple in-house fix, he asked for an incredibly fair price whereas other shops have charged me a premium for the exact same service. WAIT - I haven't reviewed this spot!? Lies! Ugh. Ok! Still, five stars! I've always come here to get my iPhone fixed. They've been here for a decade or more. Angel doesn't work here anymore but Walter helped me out. I appreciate their service, honesty, and feedback. He was able to take a look at my phone, troubleshoot it and even gave me some free advice about the screen on an iPhone 12. I'll definitely recommend this place to anyone and everyone. It's my go-to place for phone needs. read more

Rapid accurate service. My battery was in stock. Made a no cost repair to my other phone that was not charging properly...rather than make an unnecessary repair. Thank you! read more

Great service! I called in advance to see if they had two IPhone 8 batteries in stock and could I come in to have them replaced. He said yes, come on down. The owner was working on another phone, as soon as he was done he fixed both of our phones. We left in about an hour and the new batteries work great. So nice to have a great owner working diligently while answering the business phone. So he could provide great customer service. And the price was great too! Two new batteries installed for under $100. Great service! Great value! We'll be back if we ever need any iPhone repairs. Thanks!! read more

I needed help with my Samsun phone. It is a new phone and I couldn't figure out how to get out of some of the features...I must have accidentally turned something on. I can't remember how I found this place, several years ago, but in several encounters over time I have consistently been met with an attitude of helping the customer in whatever way they can as a clear first priority... an approach exemplified by the owner, Kyle. Of course, they have to make a living, but, even in term of observing how they treated other customers while I was in the shop, I have never seen anything other than good and thoroughly honest service, and really fair rates for repair work and fair pricing for phones, etc. read more

Almost 5 months ago I replaced my iPhone 12 Pro screen with their most expensive option because I thought it was the better option but recently the phone started flickering at random and the screen in general is unresponsive. $100+ down the drain just to buy another screen and waste more money. Please don't go here to get your screen replaced. read more

These guys don't rip you off. They're quick, they're calm, they're cool, they know what to do. I've been going to them for quite a long time and I have sent couple people to them as well. Got one of my friends a free phone! Love these guys. read more

Left my iPhone in a Lyft one dumb drunken night and have been tracking it for about a week. Then one day found that it was at this location. I figured the idiot who had it was trying to hack into it to use it for themselves. I called the store not knowing what to expect and the owner had his suspicions of what was going on and helped me get my phone back... This guy saved me $1200 so i'll definitely be back to support his business. He was nice and super professional. Thanks again for helping me out! read more

Always have taken my iPhone here to get repaired for years. They are quick, easy, and simple.

The service here always goes above and beyond. Had another great experience here, my phone bugged out, shut off, then was stuck at the apple screen. Kyle and his team made quick work to help update and restore my phone to a back up I had from last night and everything is in working order. I have an event coming up this Saturday and being without a phone would have been devastating. Thank you Mobile Case Co & iPhone Repair. My son also bought some bearings. Great deals of skateboards and accessories including shoes! read more

If anyone were to ask me to describe this cell repair shop with just one word, I'd have to say MAGICAL I've been coming to Shattered Cell Repair for several years now, and each and every time I am beyond ecstatic with the service they provide and my newly repaired cell phones that I am CONSTANTLY dropping and shattering. Dude, for example... I was just there like 5 days or so ago, and my phone was so jacked the screen Wouldn't even turn on. When I arrived there was no line I had to wait in, and Kyle was behind the counter busy of course, but within 2 minutes he had given me a quote and an estimated time to return which was 30 minutes. Stoked, I VERY happily began to look through the bins of AMAZINGLY DOPE STICKERS they have on their counters for customers to search through that are honestly like the coolest stickers I've ever seen and that I'm ALWAYS excited for and look forward to doing every time I go there =D So I'm standing there for LITERALLY about 5 minutes and Kyle goes "Okay, it's ready." I'm like, huh? No way that just happened. I couldn't believe it! THIS DUDE IS STRAIGHT MAGIC!!! I couldn't believe it and was so happy I bought myself a bunch of dope stickers and an awesome new phone case as well. The whole process took no more than ten minutes, I kid you not. If that's not magic,I don't know what is. Oh yeah P.S. - Shattered Cell Repair is also a SKATE SHOP they have SiCk decks of all types and all the gear you need to tear it up. Mad gear for your cellphone too, they even have a credit program I've signed up for that gives you money towards buying a new phone from their in-store selection for RIGHT ON prices!!! Seriously, I will never go to another cell repair shop as long as this place is up and running. Kyle, you the man Thank you for always providing such great service and for being of, and maintaining, such miraculous status read more

If your iPhone is in need of repair, make this your first stop (Seriously)! I needed to replace my wife's back screen on her iPhone after she had scratched the portion of the back screen that acts as a lens for the phone (all of her pics were distorted as a result). I went searching for a repair shop that was competitively priced (I can't emphasize this enough) in the South Bay and came across Mobile Case Co. I called and spoke to Kyle who let me know he had the replacement parts and could take care of it for me right away. Just as he said, I went in, they replaced the back screen and off I went... I couldn't be more satisfied. Four weeks later, my wife's iPhone slipped out of our baby carrier and this time her front screen shattered instantly. Again, I called Kyle who let me know he would have the screen I needed. Although they were busy, Kyle's shop was efficient in getting to my phone ASAP, installed a new front screen, and again I went off a satisfied customer. I would highly recommend them if your looking to get it right the first time at a affordable rate. read more
