But as soon as I got home, my phone started turning on and off constantly--I couldn't even unlock it. Later, I found out the motherboard had been damaged during the repair. What made it worse was learning this was their first time attempting a back glass repair. They clearly weren't experienced, and the parts they used weren't Apple-certified (confirmed by an Apple technician I spoke with). And this isn't the first time this repair shop has broken another peoples phone. Because the phone was stuck in a boot loop, I couldn't recover anything from it and had no choice but to replace it entirely. After a lot of back-and-forth, the owner did eventually give me a full refund--but that doesn't make up for losing my phone and data. I will NOT be returning to iRepair Crack Mobile, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. They are not Apple-certified, and from my experience, they lack the proper qualifications for repairs like this.

After that repair, the front-facing camera became blurry and would no longer focus properly, which had not been an issue before. Over the next month, we made multiple attempts to contact the shop and return during its posted business hours. Many times we received no response or arrived to find no one there, despite the business being listed as open. On our final visit, we called ahead and were repeatedly told, "Give me five minutes," but we ended up waiting about 30 minutes. When we finally spoke with the owner, he began talking about charging us to repair the camera. My girlfriend explained, calmly but firmly, that she believed the camera issue began only after the previous repair and that we had already spent weeks trying to get the issue resolved. Instead of working toward a solution, he denied responsibility, accused her of damaging the phone herself, and used profanity during the conversation. At one point he still had possession of the phone while the discussion continued. We repeatedly asked him to return it, and he eventually did. We then left. Another part of our experience that didn't sit well with us was that during our original visit, we felt pressured to leave a positive review while we were still at the shop. At the time, we believed the repair had gone well, so we left a 5-star review. Unfortunately, our experience changed after the follow-up repairs and the way our concerns were handled. I understand repairs don't always go perfectly, and mistakes can happen. What disappointed me most was the lack of accountability, responsibilities for his actions, the difficulty communicating with the business, the inconsistency between the posted business hours and when someone was actually available, him going out for 2-4 hours a day with no corrections on his website/operating hours, and the way we were treated when we tried to resolve the issue. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this business especially since this man, business owner and father who doesn't know how to fix phones properly, does not run his business during his operating hours correctly or know to speak to others especially around women since he has a smart mouth, stutters and raises his voice when he's told when he's wrong, and couldn't find his integrity anywhere so he became insecure which wasn't surprising. It's sad that some business owners like himself become too comfortable once they have customers. Instead of standing behind their work, they shift blame, avoid communication, and expect customers to pay again for problems that arose after the original repair. Pathetic and reminds me of how poor of a leader and business owner he is, possibly a good family man but a goddamn terrible business owner by far!
