Brought phone in for front facing camera repair, face ID still worked. The repairman confidently told me he could repair it. I came back for him to tell me he could not fix it. Then realized not only was the camera unfixed but face ID no longer worked. He said he put the original camera module back in but my phone is giving me messages in settings about not recognizing the part. Seems a little shady! THIEF!!!! Do not go here!! This place "fixed" my brothers iphone screen (had a blue strip going down the screen) and charged him $80. Whatever. 2 hours later after picking the phone from the place my brothers phone screen somehow reverted back into the same problem but even WORSE this time with two blue strips down the screen. My brother went back and they did not want to take accountability and repair it again, they would only charge him another $80 to repair something they didn't even fix the first time. Beware! Went here to fix a crack in my iPhone screen. Had issues and went back 2 times to repair multiple issues. The final time I went back because the Face ID wasn't working. Was told he couldn't fix it. The repairman said he told us the Face ID wouldn't work once the screen is repaired. He also said the ear piece wouldn't work (which it does). He never told us either of those things. I asked for our money back he said sorry. Now I have to buy a new phone. Waste of time and money. Very disappointing! read more

Came to clean out my charging port since I was having trouble charging my phone from all the dirt and lint stuck inside of it. Found this place on yelp and it has good reviews. Kind of hidden in the back parking lot of a building but once you read the signs it's pretty easy to find. Yan was great and super quick to fix the issue with it and didn't even want to charge me for it since it was very simple for him. Young is the freaking man!!! He saved me from a specific iPhone problem in a very efficient and cost effective manner. My iPhone 15 Pro's screen got smashed and was completely useless (green lines across the screen, touch screen not functional at all). However, the phone itself still had power and seemed to be working fine as it would send texts/notifications to my Apple Watch. Upon getting a replacement phone through insurance, I found that my new phone had not been backed up and was about to lose months of data, photos, etc. I first went to the Apple Store, who said they couldn't help or fix my screen, but could refer me to some data recovery centers (who would charge thousands of dollars to try to rescue my data). Here comes Young to the rescue! Young was able to transfer the working screen from my replacement phone onto the smashed phone. In doing so, I was able to get back into my broken phone, back everything up to my computer + iCloud and rescue my data for a mere fraction of the cost the data recovery centers would have charged. Not only that, Young was willing and able to then transfer the working screen back to the new phone and said he would do it as a courtesy! I am beyond thankful for his help. Great service and a great price. I had two iPads repaired (cracked glass) and when we brought them home they still needed minor fixes. One of the camera's needed to be shifted for a clearer view and the home button was a little "sticky." I took them back in and they were fixed quickly at no charge. The gentleman that works at this store knows what he is doing and was very willing to fix some minor issues. The cracked glass was repaired and we are very happy with the outcome. I was having a bad phone week, I dropped my phone and it died. Went to 3 places prior, one said I had a software issue, the other said I needed a new battery. Even the Apple authorized place said I needed a new phone but needed to wait a month as there was no inventory available.
