Our washing machine broke down and the repairman said we needed a new motherboard, but our machine is more than 10 years old and the motherboard is no longer available. We ended up taking the board to wireless planet, and they were able to diagnose and replace the bad component on the board. AND BROUGHT OUR MACHINE BACK TO LIFE! I contacted this company to help with my computer windows crash issues. I was told by Nate that he could help. Knew what may be causing the crashes of my peripherals. Free diagnosis so I decided to leave my computer with him. I was told he would have an update for me the next day by 4p but more than likely closer to 12p. After three more days I was told he was unable to load a clean version of Windows 11 and my hard drive was also failing contributing to the problem. I agreed for him to swap out the hard drive. I told him when I dropped it off originally that I thought is may be caused by a Windows 11 update containing device driver conflicts. Since he was unable to load windows 11 he reverted back to windows 10. Meanwhile I did some investigating on my own and found solutions on the Internet. I picked up my computer, charged $276 for the new hard drive and labor confirming he could not load windows 11! Once back in my possession, I was able to load windows 11 successfully! I was also able to permanently stop windows updates so I don't have to deal with the conflict again. Something I was also told he could not do. Bottom line if you have a windows issue go elsewhere! If you are wondering, yes I told Nate everything that I have posted here. The installation of the hard drive was also incomplete and required him to remotely fix the hard drive to enable the full amount of storage! There was no offer to reduce the original charge even though I have proved to them that solutions were out there and readily available once I got the computer back and able to work on it! read more

Brought wife's iPhone 11 Pro Max in with a cracked screen and opted for non-OEM replacement. I was warned that facial recognition would no longer work and I agreed to save ~$100. Fast turnaround but the phone never worked quite right afterwards but we were too busy to bring it back. Nine months later I want to trade it in for the new 15. Our carrier inspects the phone and says the "moisture indicator" was damaged and they couldn't accept it for the trade-in. I had my laptop repaired here, and that was satisfactory. They recommended a new (used) charger so I had them order one. When I received the charger it was in terrible condition, twisted and worn. When I went back later to pick up a better replacement charger from them I found out after leaving that they gave me the wrong type. I did not have a chance to go back for months. Not only was David able to salvage the data but he was able to repair the circuit board that had the damage. So not only do I have a data back up but I also have a working computer. and the data back up is a Time Machine drive that I should have set up before. My 13in Dell laptop suddenly would not start. I brought it in and they quickly diagnosed the problem as water damage to the motherboard. I do remember transferring video from my GoPro camera and resting the camera on the keyboard. The camera was on my sailboat but if any water was coming out of it much after I sailed it could have only been a drop or two and I would think there would be some kind of a membrane to protect the keyboard from leaking that but whatever. They sent me pictures of the motherboard. They ordered a new one and installed it and the backlight on the screen wouldn't come on. That's well over list price for the repair (this repair takes under 10 minutes and he wanted $35 for the labor alone, that's too damn greedy) and to add insult to inujry, they didn't even stock the common part ~ it's not like this is an obsolete 'phone FGS . Very happy with Wireless Planet's service. Wife's old ACER desktop computer died on Monday - it would try to boot but the screen remained blank. Called Wireless Planet and David arrived that afternoon, diagnosed the problem as a dying hard drive, took the computer to the shop, replaced the hard drive and added some RAM (which I approved), and returned it and set it up Wednesday morning.
