Paul REALLY knows his stuff and gets the job done. My hard drive was in the process of failing. It is my work computer. I cannot lose everything on my work computer. I might have panicked a little... Paul was immediately available, diagnosed the problem, and even though he gave me a two day turnaround, he had it done in less than 24 hours!! He replaced my hard drive, cloned and transferred over all of my information, upgraded my RAM and even diagnosed a hardware problem I DIDN'T know was going on! I got my computer back better than when the drive started to fail. All of my information was there and I was back up and running from the time I plugged it in after bringing it home. I can't say enough positive things about Paul and his help in fixing my home's networking issues. He made himself available late into the evening to get us back online and worked until he was sure he got it all right, including 9 TVs, 2 computers and a printer all networked. I was visiting Hermosa Beach and had a major problem with Outlook, which I compounded by following repair directions I found on line. So, I lost access to all my emails, including the ones with appointment and travel reservations, on a Friday afternoon. Paul called me back quickly, let me drop my computer off that evening, and was working late on it (test messages proved that!). He ended up spending a few more hours the next morning with me sitting there until he was sure that he saved ALL of my emails. I still use Outlook, despite his advice, but he set me up to retain records of emails in multiple places. Paul saved us! I was very thankful to find him when our computer network went down. We are a very small company that needed help fast and he was here within a 1/2 hour of our distress call. (Geek Squad quoted us 5-7 days!) He is very knowledgeable, his technical know how beats any other tech I've had to use in a pinch. He is now our GO TO GUY! Very friendly and he gets the job done! Paul is as good as it gets. He was able to fix my computer problem within a day of the onset of the problem. Just give him a call and he showed up the next day. I don't know if that is always the case, but he places a priority on his customer service. He diagnosed the problem and explained everything that was needed. He even went to get the part and make a return visit an hour later. Who does that anymore? He even followed up the next day to make sure that everything was running properly after he fixed it. Paul is absolutely the best experience I have ever had with computer repair. He completed a diagnosis of my laptop's power issue for me. He was able to narrow down what was wrong with it, but does not do repairs for what was wrong with my computer. Instead of stopping there, though, he reached out to the factory that made my laptop and setup a repair ticket for me. He got it all price checked and recommended what I do. Highly recommend: My USB drive lost power and i could not access my files. After taking it to a big professional place, I was told that nothing could be done and that my files were permanently lost. Paul was great! I had a really old computer and the whole OS was super messed up. I had another computer guy take a look at it and he pretty much told me that I should just get rid of it but I just wanted to give it one more shot before I spent $700 on a brand new laptop.
