Sohail thoroughly evaluated the computer and recommended replacing the logic board. In addition, they replaced the battery, display, lid angle sensor, and Touch ID board--all for half of what Apple quoted. Even more impressive, we had the MacBook Pro back in just two business days. What…read moreshould have been a simple warranty/return exchange turned into one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. On July 4, 2026, I purchased an iPhone 17 Pro and an iPad A16 from this location. The iPad was defective from the beginning--it became completely unresponsive and would not enter or complete recovery mode. After troubleshooting with Apple Support, I was specifically instructed to return to Best Buy to exchange the defective device. The exact replacement model was in stock. When I returned on July 13, 2026, the female supervisor I dealt with refused to exchange the defective iPad. She claimed she could not process the exchange because she was unable to activate the replacement device in the store. I repeatedly explained that I did not need the device activated and that Apple had instructed me only to exchange the defective unit. She refused to acknowledge this, became argumentative and confrontational, and insisted on processing the transaction as a return instead of an exchange. As a result, I left without the replacement product I was entitled to receive. Even worse, the installment agreement remained active on my AT&T account, leaving me financially responsible for a device I no longer possessed. This created unnecessary financial hardship that could have been avoided had store policy been followed. As a customer with a disability, I also left feeling profiled and treated differently. Throughout the interaction, I perceived the supervisor's demeanor, communication, and unwillingness to work toward a reasonable solution as discriminatory. While I cannot know another person's motives, the experience left me feeling that I was not afforded the same level of service and respect that every customer deserves. Consumers should not have to fight for an exchange of a clearly defective product, especially after following Apple's instructions. Instead of resolving the issue, this store created additional financial and administrative problems. I hope Best Buy's corporate leadership reviews this location's customer service practices, return procedures, and management oversight. No customer should leave paying for a product they no longer have because an employee refused to properly process a defective exchange. SHE SHOULD BE FIRED!!!!

It was slow when I went in on a weekday afternoon but it certainly looked like the service dept had their hands full of repairs. Customer service was excellent and knowledgable. I like the accessories they carry vs. the competition. They have a lot of quality keyboard covers, MacBook cases, iPad or iPod accessories, external HDs, and cables. Someone with good taste and knowledge of features selected them. They even have the older full size keyboards! In addition, they sell used Macs at decent prices. Granted you may find something cheaper on Craigslist, but like a used car it's best to buy from the dealer. I'll be going here for my next Apple purchases for sure, but I may stick with the Mac Mall for repairs. The only reason they didn't get 5 stars from me is because I needed at least a star more for the overall experience, look and feel of the place. It was dark inside of there, but I suppose that would be comforting for the coder nerd who rarely sees sunlight in all of us.

Last year she bought an iPhone 16 and they were very helpful answering her questions. Last week it was an iPad with the A16 chip. She thought she was only going to check out the new models, but realized that they have the color she wanted and it would be relatively easy to operate. Generally we're able to get help very quickly. Sometimes there are long lines during the holidays with sales. One time, I ordered an iPhone in advance and picked it up here. I didn't even have to set an appointment to pick it up. I just went once I received the notice saying it had arrived. Yes, I had to wait a few minutes because there were lots of people picking things up. But once I got my phone, they were very helpful answering questions while I got acquainted with my new device. They've always been very helpful with their support, being able to gear it to my mom, who is, admittedly, not very technologically savvy. Every person has been very patient with her and we always leave satisfied. It's a bonus that Manhattan Village is a relatively nice mall. The other stores here are decent and there are some nice restaurants. There's even a little artificial grass park with a fountain where you'll see lots of families letting their kids play.

Due to installation timing, I was unable to mount and test the TV until after the standard 30-day return window had closed. I reasonably assumed a brand-new, premium television would work out of the box. Instead of standing behind a high-ticket item, their customer service refused to offer any help, exchange, or support, hiding behind Amazon's minimum 30-day policy. It is unacceptable for a company to offer zero support on a defective $4,000 electronics purchase. Do not risk your money with this horrible seller.

I had the occasion to visit Bipro computers twice during my "residency" in El Segundo. For my…read morefirst visit, I went to have a "gaming computer" assembled using the high end parts I had purchased online. I have decent hardware skills when it comes to assembling computers, but I usually have my father in law on site, as he is a I.T. specialist and can talk me through it. However, I was all alone in California as a fresh transplant and needed professional help. El Segundo is a small town, and it didn't take long until I saw Bipro computers on Main Street. I brought my boxes of parts to Bipro and spoke with the owner (I think his name was Dave). He was a very polite guy, quoted me a fair price and told me my rig would be ready in a day or so. I got a call the next evening and was told my rig was ready to pick up. After paying for services rendered, I went straight home, plugged in my machine, did a few updates and voila; I was gaming. Fast forward approximately six months and I had just acquired a new motherboard CPU and memory. I did the install myself and the darned computer would not start. Ugh! I brought the computer back to Bipro and explained the problem to Dave. It was just 10 minutes before closing time and his technician had already gone for the day. Two days later, I received a phone call from the Bipro technician and was told my rig was ready. When I arrived, I was quoted a fair price and I asked what the issue was. He told me I had forgotten to install the insulating washers that fit between the motherboard and the case. When I advised him that my motherboard did not come with the washers, he became slightly confrontational and explained to me that he had never heard of a motherboard not coming with the washers. Getting slightly perturbed with his "tone" at this point, I told him that there's a first time for everything. Perhaps I was in a bad mood that day and read too much into it. However, the customer is always right and there was no real reason for him to get snippy. But the bottom line is that Bipro does good work, the owner is cool, and the place is locally owned and operated. If I still lived in El Segundo, they would still be my computer repair business of choice.

I broke my work laptop charging cable, and my old laptop doesn't hold a charge without being plugged in. I NEED a laptop for work. After panicking, I called a couple places which didn't have what I needed. I called C&A and immediately the own was like "yeah I have it, come by and bring the laptop." I drove over, showed them the problem, and was out the door in 5 minutes since I needed to get back to work. They took care of my huge problem in the span of 20 minutes. I really appreciate the help, the speed of service, and the low cost of the item!
