As a Macbook and iPhone owner, I follow Apple stuff online, but periodically enjoy going into one of the stores to see stuff in person. Even when I'm not intending on buying. Currently I have a iPhone 16 Pro Max. I bought it maybe three months before the iPhone 17 came out. I was checking out the specs and differences and chatted with one of the staff members on duty. And he actualy discouraged me from upgrading as new versions were on the horizon in the near future. I appreciate folks that give you the quick and dirty about merchandise. It made me want to visit this store again. Lack of upselling = good value in my opinion. I would give this store a five but my policy is to never give chains more than a four. So you'll have to live with that.

Before doing so, I wanted to address a previous experience and clarify information I had been given on an earlier visit. Instead of acting professionally and treating me with respect, the opposite happened. Steffon avoided directly answering my questions and kept redirecting the conversation with unrelated inquiries. I was trying to resolve a clear discrepancy between what I had previously been told and what I was now being told. There was no effort to reconcile the difference or provide clarity. When I realized the conversation was going nowhere, I asked to speak with someone else. I was told no one else was available. I then asked if I could speak with another associate at a different time, and Steffon stated he would not find someone else for me to talk to. Refusing to escalate or provide another point of contact is not acceptable customer service. I own almost every major Apple product and have been a loyal customer for years. I walked in prepared to spend money and left feeling dismissed instead. This review is the beginning of my escalation. I refuse to accept subpar service, especially from a brand that positions itself as premium. I expect this to be reviewed and addressed appropriately. Customers deserve professionalism and respect. This experience did not meet that standard.

Anyways I called up Mac911 ....Gentleman by the name of Felix answered all necessary questions and went out his way to make recommendations .... The "Other" Repair Stores would All Basically say: Uh Sorry You just going to have to Bring it in ...... Apple Company , the Other Service pairs all lack pure simple HONEST Customer Service ...... Super easy to get an appointment. I turn in my laptop and they said within a day they will diagnose and confirm the issue. I get a call within 24 hours, that the issue is a fault IO logic board, they have it in stock, and can do it for a very reasonable price, within an hour! I was dreading paying a ton since they charge $145/hour for diagnostics if you do not have Apple Care+, but it all worked out with very reasonable labor charge and a very very cheap part that's officially from Apple, that also comes with a 90 day warranty. Ali was great and very responsive. We approved the estimate and got everything done on text. Pickup was easy, no lines, no wait. If you have an issue with your Mac, you may be better off avoiding the lines and parking issues (park for free on 3rd street and walk) or get easy metered parking in front of shop. I am pleasantly surprised and will recommend them for any out of warranty or within warranty Mac issues!

    Well, my friend Jenny's laptop and iPad were no longer charging and 3 places couldn't fix them…read more However, one place recommended MY TECH WORLD. I met her there Tuesday afternoon for her dropping off her devices and hopefully, they could be fixed. Pascal, who is the owner was extremely kind, technically savvy and reasonably priced and told her they were fixable. She picked everything up today and every problem was solved perfectly!!! Well, this gem is a mile from my home and I couldn't be happier to know that "help" is sooo close. Parking lot holds many cars so double yay! My friend said it was a wonderful experience for her, especially with the removal of stress that had been hanging over her head... ( remember, 3 places could not fix her devices)... She felt confidence in Pascal. He said he could fix the issues and he did!!! Bravo to a person of integrity and mad skills! Highly recommended!

    I spilled half a mug of coffee w. milk on my Mac M1 Pro work laptop. I was panicked thinking it was…read morefried. As soon as MyTechWorld opened, I called and spoke to Paskal who quickly cleaned my laptop and let me know what the damage was. He explained prior to the cleaning the possibilities + costs (motherboard replacements, keyboard, etc.). He called me a couple hours later to let me know the damage was minimal and only a keyboard replacement was needed. I was able to get my laptop back basically brand new the next afternoon. He was so kind and informative. Easy to talk with. Would 100% recommend coming here.
