I am working with RSC group from last around 1.5 years especially with Robert and because of him only, we have grown so much. In every meeting, he gives at least one such idea which solves big business problem in a very simple way. I highly recommend coaching from Robert. Thanks! - Ajay | D read more

Robert has an incredible ability to get straight to the heart of the matter. When we first met, I was facing major challenges and I remember being asked this one (of many) powerful questions: "Does your life work?" My answer was no! With his guidance, I transitioned from a broken business built on sweat equity and no pay to a life and business focused on what truly matters--creating real results, wealth, and success. Attending his group workshops and one-on-one sessions was a game-changer. The workshops provided fresh perspectives and personalized feedback for all participants, while the one-on-one sessions gave me clear, actionable steps. If you're ready to do the work and create a life that works, Robert Chun at RSC Business Group is the coach for you. read more

Working with RSC Business Group has been so helpful! I was skeptical before meeting with a company who purports to know how to grow my business (especially because I work in a less common field), but after just the first meeting, I started to benefit. From working together, they have 1) given me simple, powerful direction, allowing me to take small steps that would make big changes, 2) saved me time and resources by directing me away from mistakes I might have otherwise made, and 3) motivated me to take necessary steps I had been pushing off. I found great value working together. read more

Robert has been great for us. We started a few months ago now and have already in my opinion received 10x value-wise. He's also been working with two of my admin team members to help get them to understand their roles and have them provide an even more significant impact on the law firm. The fact that he's local is a massive plus. My prior consultant was out of state and provided limited availability. Robert has been much more interested in understanding our current immediate challenges so we can strategize how to solve those challenges. I have recommended him to a friend. Every small business owner can benefit from the role of the business consultant as a coach. read more

I came to RSC with my vision and immediately Robert got me on track with a plan. I had no idea where to start and I kept waiting for all the right pieces to fall into place. Robert showed me how to work with what I had on a very limited budget. He also has a knack for connecting like-minded people and helped connect me to my business partner. I'm so amazed at the exponential growth I've experienced over the past year and I'm excited to compare next year. read more

If I can give extra star to Robert, I would. Robert is a very strong business coach for small, medium and large size businesses. Being a great listener, he can assess the situation quickly, even you came to him with the ready strategy, he provides a very honest and educating feedback. Sometime people are taking a wrong direction in business with so much enthusiasm, and then end up wasting time and money, and Robert takes time and patience to educate customers from get go, help them to see big picture, logical milestones, and work with you until successful outcome, either you start a business or scale it. He stands for people's success with no doubts. Thank you, Robert. read more

I've been working for Robert for almost a year now, and it has helped me grow as an individual and into my position as an operations executive, and as a result, has majorly benefitted the company that I work for. It has been a slow process of learning how to view and accept my position for what it is, and becoming the person that can successfully help the business grow. Without the personal growth that Robert has guided me through, I would not have been able to see the business with a bird's eye view well enough to identify the changes that needed to be made. Coaching isn't an easy process if you resist, which I definitely was in the beginning. But once you adopt an open-minded perspective, anything is possible and Robert can help you move forward with your issues! read more

Robert Chun of RSC Business Group is changing my life. Pure and simple. After 18 years as a small business owner I sincerely realize the importance of creating a passive income structure in order to break the time for dollars barrier. But try as I might, for several years I've been stuck in this two steps forward, one step back scenario. For years I've been doing this frustrating dance. With the years passing I realized I had product ideas that I needed to bring to fruition, otherwise I would be stuck on the wheel of time for dollars indefinitely. This year I decided to change that and based on an outstanding referral, hired Robert Chun. By far the smartest decision I've made in quite some time. Within only a few months I have already surpassed the dance I had been doing for years. He has been able to assist me to clearly see where I've sabotaging myself, provided valuable resources I didn't even know existed -- to assist me in finishing my product, and has helped me create an effective framework that will allow me to take my product from thought to income generating, this year! What's even more outstanding is that he has also assisted me in improving my day to day operations such that I have increased my income while decreasing my hours. Reviews of Robert's business are are spot on. Robert is an amazing coach, guide, business GPS and so much more. They helped me change the way I approach my sales and that is starting to work a little bit at a time. There isn't one area that Robert & Greg aren't willing to tackle and try to come up with solutions. It's only been about 3-4 months and my monthly revenue has already increased by 30%!! Robert is an actual business coach. Through our work together, I have re-factored my business around profitability and more than doubled our revenue. One way we achieved this was by creating a better "menu" from which our clients could "order". Another, was that we have "tooled-up" our business so that we can be ready for higher volumes, in effect "planning for success". So many more things as well. I could have never seen or understood these things myself without a coach who was interested in my success. It just wouldn't have happened. I'd give only the highest recommendation to RSC Business Group! - Ryan read more

In a pinch, and in the dark, my business needed a second look from an outside perspective. Most corporate consultants I spoke to weren't a good fit--out of touch, too 'theoretical' with possible solutions, not critical enough. RSC came recommended to me through my network. Robert took the time to hear my concerns, soothe my anxieties, and deliver not hope, but specific and actionable suggestions to me to improve my business. Solutions that were not only realistic, but sensible and in consideration of our circumstances and capacities. Our initial meeting was great, and I am now on a renewed path of success and growth. read more

RSC Business Group is an incredible and unique consulting team full of wonderful advisors. I have been working with Robert Chun since 2010, he has not only helped grow my business, provide structure, offer amazing insights, tame my emotional side as a new business entrepreneur, made me laugh along the way, but also has become a dear friend. I am beyond grateful to promote and share how powerful this amazing experience has become. Robert and team are in full support, integrity, and very hands on with learning the details of your business and truly coaching you to be a strong independent entrepreneur.
