They handled everything and kept me informed about the progress and expectations, including that it could take a long time.. Four months later, the manufacturer bought back my EV at a fair price, way more than I could have gotten were it just a trade-in. The entire case cost me nothing, win or lose. I could have rejected the offer had it not been acceptable to me. Had I lost, I'd owe Conn Law nothing in spite of their time and expertise.
