William on the other hand? no. I called him with a potential Lemon Law case. The ONLY reason he didn't take the case was because the source of potential dangerous fume entering car or leak had not been discovered yet by the 3 Kia Dealerships. 1 Independent shop verified it though but couldn't figure out where it was located. Under the Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act (California Lemon Law): Kia does NOT have to successfully diagnose the problem for your claim to be valid. If they can't find or fix it after a reasonable number of attempts, that can still make the vehicle a lemon. California focuses on: Whether a defect exists that's covered under warranty Whether it substantially impairs use, value, or safety Whether Kia was given a reasonable number of repair attempts --not whether they figured out the root cause. What counts as a "reasonable number" in California? There's no strict universal number, but courts often use these guidelines: 2+ attempts if it's a serious safety issue (stalling, braking, etc.) 4+ attempts for non-safety issues 30+ total days in the shop for any warranty issue Even if every invoice says: "Could not duplicate" "No problem found" Those visits can still count. Why your situation can actually be strong Cases where dealers say "we can't find anything" often become good lemon law claims because: You consistently reported the same issue The manufacturer had multiple chances The problem was never fixed That legally looks like: They were unable to repair the vehicle--regardless of diagnosis I had a good case needless to say with TONS of documentation supporting it. What makes it worse is after a horrific situation occured the following day at the last dealership my car was at I called Deanna hysterical. I am disabled and also suffer from Autism so this break down was particulary awful. I needed kindness which Deanna provided. When William got on the phone he told me he still needed that problem found. That I cant sue people for being mean. And when I mentioned fraudulent documents being made from the dealership which falls under Common law fraud, state consumer protection acts, and specific regulations like the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) Used Car Rule he still showed no interest and in a stern voice told me to take my business elsewhere. Would not recommend. I have several other lawyers interested in helping me now. I even filed the Lemon Law letter all by myself when I was asking for help. Would not recommended. Deanna- go open your own Law Firm you will be highly successful. Stay compassionate!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I worked with Kristin on a solar panel sales issue that took advantage of a family member and could have been financially devastating. Kristin listened to my case and provided excellent guidance to me during the entire process. She answered calls & emails in a timely manner, provided thorough instructions and information to me, and provided strong legal support to resolve the issue. Kristin helped me navigate to a successful cancellation of the entire transaction. I was impressed with her knowledge and professionalism, and I would give 10 STARS if I could. I had never been involved in a legal matter before, but it's nice to know there are attorneys out there that care about their clients and work toward a outcome that is in the best interest of their client. They filed a lemon law complaint for a luxury appliance and were able to get me back my original payment + additional 35%. To be honest, I felt that the experience was quite enjoyable and it was a great learning opportunity.

He fought for me the whole way through and always made sure I understood what was happening. Big shoutout to Colleana Schuckahosee. She stayed on top of everything and kept me steady through the process. One thing I learned: when they ask you for something, do it. It really felt like teamwork, with Daniel leading the charge. I'm genuinely happy with how everything turned out, and I'm grateful I had Daniel representing me. Highly recommend.

While this firm is generally responsive via email (unlike some law firms), I found a few things about my interactions with them that were particularly off-putting: - The general organization was poor. They asked me to submit my documentation in chunks over time instead of all at once, unlike any other law firm that I have interacted with so far. They did not always store the documents I submitted into my file. - When I met with Feder most recently, he had not looked at my recent set of documentation submitted. He also confused me with a different case. We spent the entire meeting re-hashing things that were already discussed in a prior meeting. It was a total waste of time. - Part of my case is a potential class action under a fairly new employment law (from 2022). Feder appeared totally unaware of this law. This is concerning. - In general, Feder took a long time between interactions, and did not seem concerned about the urgency of my case. After a month, we had barely made any progress. I am glad that I am speaking with many attorneys, as this has made me much more educated about the processes involved and what to expect. I advise others to do the same. Based on my learnings, it does not seem to me that Daniel Feder would provide the most competent representation. Thankfully, I already have a few attorney engagement proposals in hand, and will likely seek a few more before making my representation decisions. Best of luck to all those wronged by their employers seeking justice and trying to navigate this confusing system!
