By this point it was August, everything was paid for, and we were getting married 9/15/2023. We were both completely panicked as i spent a lot of money booking this honeymoon for us. We were introduced to Josh through a friend and he couldn't have been more amazing. I gave him details and documents showing this was paid by me so my husband could continue paying his restitution but time was of the essence. josh was able to get us into see a judge and plead our case a week before the wedding. He presented him with all details and we were granted a travel permit. We will forever be grateful to Josh as he was able to allow us to celebrate our marriage on a honeymoon. At first I thought that it was a mere clerical error and I could represent myself. Well, I was wrong; and got a notice of determination that the audit find my company liable for $375,000 plus costs! I was dumbfounded and defeated with nowhere to turn. I began to look and search and somehow managed to find Nate Kelly. After approximately four weeks of his representation, we reached a final agreement by which the amount was reduced to $60,000, with a multi-year payment plan that made it allowed company to survive. Nate Kelly literally saved my company and saved me from having to terminate the company I started 42 years ago and nursed like a child during its growth and development over these past 40+ years.
