I found myself in a situation in which I'd already filed the original provisional patent app with the USPTO and had let it expire by not converting it to non-provisional. This creates a beyond complicated situation and leaves one rather out in the cold and completely unprotected. Time to call an attorney. So I did. At first ring Rohit himself picked up the phone. He clarified that he doesn't offer a free consult yet offered to speak to me for 15 minutes which I graciously accepted. He was upfront and brutally honest and I appreciated the hell out of that.
