To start the review, this place is great. I had a unique problem with my desktop caused by a power outage, two other local places near my house could not resolve so I emailed them some info and they had a solution for me. I brought in my machine, we worked through my issue and choice of fixes and they had me up and running much faster than I expected with everything working just as if nothing happened to my machine. I will 100 percent go to them for all future issues and they do remote services as well. I dealt directly with the owner and felt so confident he knew everything there is to know about computers and he delivered read more

There are very few reliable computer repair options in the Venice/Marina del Rey area. I was incredibly lucky to find Payam at PC Max Solutions when I had a major issue with a new computer and nearly lost tens of thousands of files. Not only did Payam recover and fix everything, but he also took the time to share practical tips on how to better organize my workflow so I can avoid issues like this in the future. He is an absolute professional -- knowledgeable, incredibly patient, and genuinely kind. He even provided additional guidance over the phone when I had follow-up questions. On top of all that, he's extremely fast and efficient. I can't recommend Payam and PC Max Solutions highly enough. If you need computer help, this is the place to go. read more

I had a great experience here and highly recommend them. I had big problems with my desktop computer and they got it all working wonderful again and the pricing was good and it was a quick turnaround time. Also a great thing about this place is that the beach is just a couple of blocks away and since we're all stressed out when our stuff breaks, it's great to take a relaxing stroll along the surf and relax for a while. He also has two friendly and nice dogs, and that always helps to alleviate tech stress too! read more

Honesty and Integrity! I went to PC Max expecting to replace my slightly cracked laptop touchscreen, but Payan, the proprietor, pointed out that the mouse, trackpad, and touch sensors were independent and disabled the touch screen saving me $450. He will be my PC service person forever! Six Stars. For more information, see his Website at PCMaxSolutions.com. read more

My Mac was repaired in about 2 hours. Very convenient and easy to deal with. I highly recommend this business.

Payam is the man! He was extremely responsive and very patient when dealing with my questions. I'm totally clueless about PC's and he explained the causes of the issues I was having. Unfortunately, I think I'm going to have to get a new PC - I appreciated his transparency that there wasn't much he could fix (high memory usage because I'm making it out and Microsoft doesn't allow for hardware upgrades on this laptop) as opposed to taking me over the coals for something that wouldn't actually be fixed. 100% recommend for anyone on the west side read more

This is actually a review from my 16 year old brother. I was having issues with my PSU in my pc and I assumed it was DOA. Payam quickly diagnosed my computer and found the problem and saved my PSU! He was extremely kind and was very honest about what he would charge. He offered me quality products such as the B550 F motherboard for an incredibly good price and the M2 SSD which is currently the fastest in the market. He did not force me to buy anything and did everything he could to assure me my needs were fully accommodated. For perspective, if I was to get my Pc fixed at a Pc company, it would've taken them several months to accomplish the tasks Payam did within a day! Payam is a diligent, tech-savvy genius who can get any tech job done. If you need someone to fix ur irreparable computer (unless it is water damaged), go to PC Max Solutions. Highly recommended and I would come back again. read more

Payam is different to almost all repair shops, he is competent and well priced and ultra profesional. I build my own computers and have done my whole life. Today I got stumped and didn't have a spare psu to test if that was the issue. Payam helped me out instantly and replaced psu after testing. I realized when I switched motherboards I didnt have any new thermal paste, so rang him up and Payam came over himself as I was busy in meetings and helped me out within his unit. Could not recommend more. read more

I had an old Microsoft tablet that crashed and my work HP laptop screen repaired by Payam. He did an amazing job, worked around my weird schedule and was super accommodating and friendly. Straightforward, efficient and kept me up to date with what he was working on, a timeline and flexible pickup window. He talks to you so you can understand, if you are like me, not tech savvy. My go to place from now on, though I hope to not need it anytime soon lol. read more

I had a great experience dealing with Payam. He was honest and fast. I will definitely call him if I have the need.

Payam was very helpful and super quick. My computer is definitely much faster now. I highly recommend!

From the perspective of a mom who watched her son modify a computer and end its usage (near death of a PC), Mr. Payam's service was amazing and timely. I truly appreciated all the 5-Star Reviews here which assured me that we were at the right place! He assessed the situation; offered solutions, and rebuilt my son's PC less than a day!! Sorry GeekSquad - we are so happy with his expertise here! He offered expeditious service, quality top grade components, and 360 full service to make sure the PC was performing top speed...and it's better quality than yesterday. Thanks again! read more

I am glad that I chose PC Max Solutions. I was desperate to get my mac fixed. Been to different technicians to checked my laptop but they were all about the fees/money. My laptop got fixed so fast, restored all my files to how it was, and upgraded my storage for a low price compared to other technicians around my area. It is all worth it! Will bring my other laptop and old iPad soon. The owner is very nice and respects his client's time. I recommend it to anyone. read more

I went to Payam with a new ATX PC build I had worked on for a while. Unfortunately there was an issue with the pc that made it restart at random times while rendering in Cinema4D with Redshift, I just could NOT figure it out myself. Payam went above and beyond with testing, running benchmarks, testing with replaced Motherboards, PSUs, CPUs etc -- really putting the pc to the test. We even did testing outside of the case, tried different wiring and more. He also was so kind to set up remote access, so I was able to run the tests from another laptop at home. But also very welcoming to have me over to chat on next steps and tests he wanted to try. After a lot of testing he found out that my CPU was faulty after he had tried rendering with a different CPU. and it worked flawless. I am so glad I went to Payam to help me with this challenge, I was at my last resort. I really appreciate his responsiveness and willingness to help. Honestly, I wanted to just give up on this PC but I'm super grateful for Payam's expertise and effort to help us out. Thank you Payam. 10/10 would recommend anyone with tech issues to go to PC Max Solutions! read more

Payam was super helpful, very quick, and easy to work with. He gave me a fair price and some additional consultation on my laptop repair - I had to wait a few days before my repair since Payam had to order the parts, but he kept me updated the entire time! Due to Covid, Payam and I met up outside of his place for me to drop off my laptop. He was kind, wore a mask, and we took a look at the laptop together before he took it in for repairs. Later that day, Payam gave me a call and let me come by to pick it up - where we gave it another look together and he gave me some tips on how to deal with problems common to my laptop model. Overall, awesome experience and awesome guy! Would definitely recommend. read more
