Everything printed came out pink and yellow. Signal was recommended by the Brother printer website for repairs and after reading great reviews, I contacted them. Their professionalism was remarkable because Damaris did not hesitate to recommend a competitor if I needed an immediate repair because their printer tech Rudy was out I'll. I preferred to wait 3 days and I'm so glad I did! Rudy came to my door to pick up at exactly the scheduled time, I got a call 2 days later with the entire prognosis as well as recommendations for a later maintenance (they did not push for any additional service). Upon delivery a day later, Rudy stayed to show me that everything worked and printed out the entire maintenance report. I highly recommend then for any of your computer needs.

You can trust them with your data AND your business. My System76 machine developed an issue in the LCD controller board out of warranty. Signal Electronics found an OEM part, ordered it, and installed in about 8 days between Christmas and the first days of January. When it turned out that the replacement part had a spec of dirt obscuring some pixels (which I thought were dead), they ordered a replacement free of charge. When the replacement was the wrong size (wrong part!), they sent it back and ordered from a new supplier. I picked up the machine today and the screen is PERFECT. So yeah -- if you need to fix your PC, Mac, or Linux machine -- these are the droids you're looking for :)

Do not go here for repairs at all!…read more I brought in my MacBook for a 600 dollar screen repair for the work on a machine that cost 800 dollars. They "fixed" it and within a month and a half I had dead pixels along with a weird artifact that came from the right side of the screen. The damage showed up well within the already very short 2 month warranty that they claimed they offered. (This warranty means very little) When I lightly brushed my screen (where the weird artifact was) with my finger thinking it might just be dirt on my screen, the screen suddenly popped and cracked. That's not a user error. That is a cheap, low quality replacement part that was improperly installed or defective. I took it back to computer palace and they claimed it was "user error". Instead of standing behind their work or the parts they choose to use, they ghastlit the customer. The warranty they claim to offer is a complete joke and them doing this repair with a cheap part and then not taking responsibility when that part ultimately fails is the strongest reason why you should not go here. Other repair shops offer much higher quality parts and do not offer fake warranties, spend your money somewhere else.

Our small law firm has an old Lenovo computer that we use only for billing with outdated software…read moreand we wanted to avoid having to purchase the newer expensive version. The hard drive was failing and an IT tech recommended having it "imaged," which would result in an exact duplicate that would not require any software reauthentication. He also recommended Tech Care as the folks to do it. They initially tried doing an automatic imaging, which didn't take, so they attempted to manually image it and were successful. The computer now has a more reliable SSD drive (no moving parts) and it indeed works exactly as it used to (only faster). Eddie informed me that the old drive had maybe one month left before it completely failed. LIFE SAVERS!!! Eddie, Abed, Josh and everyone else I spoke to are top-notch guys, and the price to repair was eminently reasonable. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!
