I went here because it was recommended, but the owner was so passive aggressive. My computer had random episodes where it would go so dim I couldn't see anything or it would not turn on for days at a time. When the owner open my computer it suddenly turned on. He asked me if the brightness was all the way down before, and if I held the button for 30 seconds. Yes. I did. he said "well, I can't fix something that isn't broken." I have been going to PC Parlor for the past several years for almost all my computer related issues. Anything that I haven't been able to fix/ diagnose myself (as someone who is kind of techy) I hand over my computer to them, they can have it fixed in a day - or less! I recently Took in my computer, as it wasn't starting, and they recommended get a UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) and my problem was solved. I wasn't charged anything!
