After the initial free quote, they built my computer based on recommended parts which he pretty much chose all himself based on what I told him I wanted to do. Best part, the amount I paid was the quoted amount they estimated. Took a few days to get all of the parts from the various online retailers, and less than 2 hours to put it all together. I was in awe, I thought it would have taken much longer to build a computer from store bought parts. After building the computer I have had him give me all sorts of advice on maintenance, security and even additional add-ons that aren't necessarily part of the computer, such as speakers.
A+ service, and reasonably priced. I've been to several "computer expert" shops and they all wanted to charge in the hundreds for any small service, and half the time they didn't even seem to know what they were talking about. Erkelenz Technology Services knows what they are doing, and really seem to love doing it. I will never go anywhere else for any computer needs as long as they are around. read more
