I accidentally spilled flour all over my keyboard. Of course, I panicked and I immediately called Geek Force. Tyler answered the phone and right away said he can clean it that same day. I went in and I was out in literally 5 minutes. Best of all, Tyler used a special machine to blow out all particles in my keyboard free of charge!! Wow! Great customer service. Very nice guy. Go here for your laptop/computer needs. Will definitely return if I ever need help again! Thanks again! read more

These guys are awesome! Had a terrible virus on in my laptop. Was informed that laptop fixes are just a simple flat rate opposed to competitor's "by the hour" charges that potentially could be a ripoff. Tyler took care of my laptop and explained everything. Great service and they are so kind and friendly. It's like going to an I.T. friend to fix the computer. I can trust Geekforce with my computer service needs. Thanks guys! read more

I want to let everyone know how pleased I am with Vinod and Geek Force. I had a laptop, and it died. I needed data recovery. Before I went to Geek Force's store front, I visited and spoke to several other places. Some of the other places I visited, the staff was probably very smart, but they looked unkempt, and the workplace was disheveled. And the price range they quoted was high with no guarantees of what they might be able to accomplish. When I visited Geek Force's office, while modest, it was very neat and professional. Vinod is soft spoken, and is always dressed professionally. He quoted me a pricing that was very reasonable (compared to the others), and he managed my expectations of what he could -- or might not, be able to do. Bottom line: He recovered all my files..... Lesson learned: BACK UP YOUR DATA !!! read more

Vin and his team have helped us streamline our IT and have been fantastic to work with. We split our office into two different businesses and Geek Force was able to get us setup as an independent company, while overcoming the obstacles of current infrastructure. They are responsive and quick to resolve any issues that come up. They are also helpful in keeping us aware of necessary updates and threats. I highly recommend Geek Force! read more

Jomar and Vin are very professional. They are always available to troubleshoot any of our computers at our shop. They will even come out to our place of business, If necessary. I highly recommend them to anyone. read more

My company first started working with Geek Force USA after we were hacked (while with another IT company) which was a big ordeal! Geek Force USA has ensured that our files are secure so that we never have to worry about that happening again. Geek Force USA responds in a timely manner to whatever IT issues we are experiencing. They are always professional, kind, and respectful. They also make good recommendations for new hardware at a reasonable cost and make sure that we get all the updates so that we are well protected. They have also recommended other vendors in related spaces which is much appreciated. I would highly recommend Geek Force USA to any company looking for IT support. read more

Highly recommended on all levels!!! I came here to have them look at my T-430 Lenovo laptop after it went dead and wouldn't reboot. Robbie said he would look at it and call me back. He called me a few hours later and informed me that the mother board was gone and recommended that instead of replacing it I should recover the data and get a newer laptop. He didn't even charge me for the diagnostic. He even found me some good deals for newer model Lenovo's on Craigslist. I decided to pass on the hard drive extraction and data recovery until I have gotten another opinion. In any case I am glad I found Geek Force - I definitely plan to come back for any more computer related issues. They are professional, courteous, and definitely know what they are doing. Thanks Robbie. read more

I searched a few places that could help me with data recovery for my computer's hard drive and saw this location had some great reviews. And now I am more than happy to add to them because this place really lived up to their 5-star rating. I called the day before I went in and spoke with Tyler who was very helpful over the phone. He told me everything I would need to bring with me before I got there. The following day I went and visited this location and waited for about a minute as Tyler was finishing up with a previous guest. We then spoke about the problem with my computer and he offered his expert opinion of what the problem could be. After we chatted a bit he also gave me a breakdown of the cost and how long this process would be. I signed my computer in and was able to pick it up the following day! The whole process only took about 24 hours (I'm sure this is different per guest, but I was definitely satisfied with how long it took). Before I paid and picked up my computer, Tyler showed me the external hard drive my data was on and it was all there. Everything was great. I definitely appreciate the time it took to complete this whole process and the excellent customer service I received from Tyler. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing assistance with any and all things involving their computer. read more

Highly recommend. I've been here twice now for various problems with my laptop. I can't remember the name of the first guy I met, but today I met with Tyler. What I really appreciate about this place is how comfortable you feel! A few other reviewers mentioned how they felt like they were just talking to a friend. Same here. I am clueless with tech stuff, but they way they engage and explain things, you don't feel like you are talking to some "tech rep", but a friend. They throw in helpful info and resources and in my case, helped replace some missing screws in my laptop together- just as a service! Prices seem very reasonable and competitive as well. I am def making this my go-to for laptop and computer repairs. read more

Geek Force USA is terrific. I had an issue with my hard drive and they took care of it quickly and professionally. They researched options on how to handle my issue and offered great advice. I had a gaming PC that just stopped working. First I went to Staples and their tech guy said it was the power supply but he didn't have any parts. Then I looked on Yelp and found Geek Force. They scheduled me right away. Robbie explained they would diagnose the problem and call me the next day. He called as promised and as it turned out it was a bad RAM stick, not the power supply. Robbie added new RAM and got it back up and running. Great service, good prices and nice people! read more

I am HIGHLY IMPRESSED with the professionalism and the EXCEPTIONAL customer service this establishment offers. I called around for quotes to get a broken screen on my laptop replaced and Geek Force was one of the most honest and reasonable prices, I came across. Vinod replaced my laptop within 15 mins and he was very helpful answering my questions pertaining to other issues I had with my laptop. I will definitely recommend all my friends and co-workers to this establishment. I will certainly be a loyal customer for Vinod is very knowledgable and trustworthy. read more

I found Geek Force USA about a year ago. Since then, I have used Geek Force USA about 5 times now. Each time, the quality, cost, and the speed of the service is consistently great. I've used them for everything from setting up a brand new laptop ordered from Lenovo, to replacing a screen and keyboard on a different laptop, to even simply removing viruses and cleaning my computers. The best visit to date, was when I took my laptop to Geek Force after leaving Geek Squad at Best Buy. Best Buy had my computer for nearly 2 weeks! I was not happy with the level of service or repair to my computer at Best Buy, so I brought it to Geek Force to see if anything was overlooked. In just ONE DAY, they found the real issue, fixed my computer, and installed an incredible anti-virus software - the best I've ever used. I have had zero virus problems with the computer since. In short, if you are looking for honest and competent computer repair and very fair prices - this is the place. I will only use Geek Force USA to service my personal and my business computers. Simply a quality business. read more

I had two hard drives that I used as backups for my Mac. They stopped being accessible. They would not mount and so I couldn't access any files on the drives. Even after I got a new MacBook Pro I couldn't access the drives. Took it in to Geek Force and Kevin understood the problem right away. He offered a solution and possible outcomes - best case scenario to worst case. He was able to transfer ALL the files from the drives onto a new drive I had provided. He reformatted the old drives so they would function correctly. He kept me up to date with phone calls and I had the drives back in about 5 days. It would have been quicker but I had a lot of data to recover. I highly recommend them and I plan on going back for any problems with my Mac. CASH ONLY read more

I visited them on a Saturday and believe I met with the owner. He was friendly and helpful. I brought in my Macbook Air because I had stripped a couple of the screws while trying to remove the cover. The owner made a quick attempt at removing the stripped screws, and unable to do so, provided me with a fair quote on a more involved process to remove the screws. He also educated me on the challenges to replacing the keyboard on the Macbook Air, which I was unaware of. I'd rate them helpful and trustworthy. read more

I was having issues with my laptop keyboard functioning and originally went to Best Buy where they recommended me join a $200 geek squad protection plan for a year to do a diagnostic test on my laptop, which does not even cover the fix fee or whatever extra parts I needed. I found Geek Force USA on Yelp, and was so glad I went to them. Kevin and Vinod were very friendly, kept me updated on the status of the laptop, and gave me a reasonable price to fixing my laptop. It works great now and I do not have any more issues. I would definitely recommend this computer repair shop to others. They will give you a quote before you agree to proceed with fixing your device, so you do not feel pressured up front to pay a large amount. read more

Let me first say, these guys are the best! I use them for my work and personal computers. They are so helpful and knowledgeable and what I appreciate most is that they will explain it all to you so you understand what can and can't be done. My computers at work were slow, and I know nothing about virus software and how to properly back up my files. They came in, fixed whatever needed to be fixed, went the extra mile for a few things I didn't know I was missing (which was some protective software that was free) and helped me link my computers and back up my files on the cloud.
