Just dropped my iPhone 12 Pro Max to them that needs a battery replacement and I could immediately tell these guys were awesome. Apple made me wait around and wanted about what the phone is actually worth in terms of repair cost but Wireless Planet has your back. They showed me in real time what was going on too. read more

I can't say enough good things about the service at Wireless Planet. Chris, David, Nathan and the whole staff are always helpful and they go above and beyond to ensure we're happy with the friendly, knowledgable service they provide. We are a techie family (house full of teens with iPhones, laptops, computers and watches) and WP is our go to when something's not working. We're such regulars that they give us a 'family' discount (even if it's just to make us feel special). Thanks for the amazing service, guys! read more

Brought an iPhone in for repair because the ring/silent switch wasn't working. Got an appointment very easily and the work was done really quickly and professionally. Workers were super friendly and great at communicating what was the issue / solution. Will definitely be happy to go back to Wireless Planet next time I need any help with devices. Thanks! read more

Wireless Planet rocks! Thank you Chris for recovering the data on my iPhone that Apple said was unrepairable. This is the second iPhone that Wireless Planet has repaired for me. Both times Apple has said my only choice was to delete all data from phone. Fortunately, I did not and went straight to Wireless Planet. Thanks to their forensic and troubleshooting skills, I was able to recover precious data that I had failed to back up. I highly recommend Wireless Planet for all of your iPhone and computer repairs. They have succeeded and excelled where many others have failed. Save yourself a lot of time and trouble and go straight to Wireless Planet, you'll be glad you did! Thanks again, Chris! read more

LOVE this place! Great staff, honest advice, and wonderful service. I'll come here over APPLE any day for basic needs like battery replacement or cracked screen. read more

Wireless Planet is my go-to spot for electronic device repairs. Their staff is expertly knowledgeable and experienced. They have good prices and value for services. Whether its iOS or Android, they will take care of you. I've used other repair places in the area and was always disappointed. If you live in Redondo Beach or anywhere in the Beach Cities, they are easily accessible-just off of Aviation. They are highly recommended. While any of their staff can take care of you, Chris is someone who has always taken care of me. Call ahead or from your car as you head on over!! read more

My IPhone was in need of screen repairs a few times (once cracked on the outside and once on the inside). They were able to fit me in and repair it in a couple hours or less. Life savers! read more

I have always had very expensive and bad experiences with computer repair places but i went into this place expecting the same but it's truly great. They do what they can to assist you and update you through the process. I won't waste time going into detail but Chris was excellent at working on my computer and did it at a solid price. I would recommend for sure. read more

Very happy with the speed and quality of the service in replacing my iPhone 8 Plus screen. I recently cracked my phone's screen after dropping it on the street. I made an appointment on their website and came it. They explained the different services they offered depending on the severity of the damage but luckily I only needed to change the screen. After 45 minutes, the phone was ready and like new. The screen was bright and sharp and the touch responsive. I would highly recommend them! read more

Wireless Planet Rocks!! I am computer dummy and they are so nice and helpful fix things right away. Very reasonable pricing 10 STARS!!!

I had two very positive repair transactions with Wireless Planet over the last two months. They first replaced the screen and battery on my old-but-trusty MacBook Air from 2013. The repair went very well: the fees were reasonable, the staff was very easy to work with, and my laptop is working perfectly since I got it back. Wireless Planet then replaced the screen on my very old Apple Cinema Display from 2010--that's still a thing of beauty and I really wanted to keep it around. I was almost going to buy new display, but I took a shot with having the screen replaced, and after being repaired, it's as good as new. I'm really thankful for Wireless Planet's quick and competent service. read more

This place is stellar.... and so are the owners. Chris helped me to sync my mac laptop with my iPhone so they mirror one another. Plus they did lots of other things and the cost was very very reasonable. They're fast, trustworthy, friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable - just to name a few of their attributes. Use them, you won't regret it. Denny OK read more

Great service. I had an iPhone screen that was cracked. I made an appointment and although was late they were very courteous and quick. Came back 40 mins later and it was as though my screen was never cracked. Great work. Very reasonable. Will go back if I should need any help again. Thanks. read more

Wireless Planet - Mobile Phone Repair Near Me - Redondo Beach, California

Nice people, competent work, clear communicators, fair pricing, efficient turnaround time. A dream come true for folks who drop their phone and need a screen repaired. Easy going, too. When Chris was testing my phone's camera, it took his mug shot inadvertently. He didn't realize that it had. When I picked up my camera and showed him the unexpected photo, everyone in the store had a big belly laugh. PS I still love my "old" Galaxy S3. read more

Not sure what the store owner name is but he was very rude. All I asked on the phone is how much will it cost to replace my son's iPad mini battery. He was very disinterested in answering. Anyways after he gave me the quote, I asked him if there was any warranty for the battery just in case it stops working in a few weeks. At that point he just hung up the phone on me. It is very rude and arrogant to treat customers like that. The whole conversation didn't last more that two minutes. I have no idea why there are so many good reviews. Good work should be preceded by good attitude and customer service. During the covid times as a customer, I would prefer that store owners show a little patience on the phone in answering questions, so that we don't spend too much time inside the store or at the counter risking an infection. With his attitude, he definitely lost me as a customer which does not make any business sense. As for my kid he got a new iPad. I felt it was important to share the experience so store owners who really value customer service and care about the customers should be getting our business during these difficult times. Thanks! read more

I have used them almost exclusively for the last 8 years. My kids have broken screens, I've broken screens. Needless to say I've been a lot. They are friendly, fast, responsive and helpful. Most of all they are honest. Highly recommend them. read more

Had a severely cracked screen. They fixed my phone quickly and for a good price. I will come back in the future!

Customer Beware. If you have a newish Apple product I would seriously consider looking elsewhere for repair options. I took a 2018 iPad Pro in to replace a broken screen (not shattered) and when I got it back the Face ID no longer worked. The Face ID functioned flawlessly before I took it in (even with the screen crack.) I took it back and they tinkered with it for a few days and said there was nothing more they could do. They offered me a small refund (a fraction of the price I paid). I tried to save a few bucks by not taking it to an Apple Authorized Service Provider, something obviously went awry during the installation of the new screen, and now I am stuck with an iPad Pro without functioning Face ID and a lot less money in my pocket. If you have an iPhone 8 or below or an older iPad you should be fine. The workers are nice and courteous, and you can't beat the location if you live in North Redondo. However, if you have any Apple product with Face ID or other advanced tech, I would suggest you take it directly to Apple or at the very least an Apple Authorized Service Provider (which I believe Wireless Planet 310 is not.) The technology on these new Apple devices has seemingly gotten to the point where small operations like Wireless Planet 310 can no longer be guaranteed to fix one thing and not break another, nor can they be trusted to make it right if something does go wrong. Don't be foolish like me: Pay a little more once instead of having to pay a lot twice. read more

I cannot say enough good things about these guys. They are our go-to local shop for phone issues of any kind but they also service laptops and provide a variety of other services. Great place to get your screens fixed for a reasonable price! This morning I woke up to my iPhone 6, tragically on the floor and when I went to pick it up the screen had cracked. I went searching online for the best deal closest to me and found this place pop up with a website to make an online appointment! They had plenty of times available to go so I picked 5:30pm but later changed it to 5:00pm which was really easy to do through the website! When I went in, I was greeted with a friendly welcome and was offered 2 options: $39.95 for after market screen replacement or $69.95 for the iPhone screen replacement. Chris, one of the technicians, explained to me the difference and I ended up opting for the more expensive one based off his recommendation and from research I had done regarding both screen types. I came about 4:45pm and told them I would wait in my car and they said it would probably take 30 minutes to fix. Right on the dot, Sarah had come out to let me know my phone was ready to take home! Overall really great experience with friendly customer service and a cute dog to greet me :) would definitely go back again if I needed something repaired! read more

I recommend Wireless Planet withou reservation. It deserves as many stars as I can give plus all that have been inexplicably awarded to the Apple store in MB. i damaged the power input port on my iPad Pro. After a long wait on the phone and an even longer one at the Apple store, the "genius" examined it and did his best to remove the tiny metal fragment, but finally told us that because of the iPad's integral design, the only way to fix the port was in essence to replace the entire logic assembly at a cost of over $500 With the confidence of someone who has nothing to lose, I ignored Apple's warning against non-anointed repairers and went to the nearest shop, Wireless Planet. They fixed it in less time than we'd spent trying to get access to the Apple store "genius," and did it for significantly less than $100! Fast, skillful, and reasonably priced - based on my experience, you couldn't do better than Wireless Planet. read more

This is the spot for iPhone repair. I stumbled across it a couple of years ago and have gone to them 3 times now. Chris is the best! He fixed my phone the 1st time and I have requested him both times since (teenage son is rough on his phones). Fast, Friendly, and Honest, but most importantly he does a great job! I HATE paying to have phones fixed, but each time it was necessary and I felt like I walked away with a great deal! Highly Recommend Wireless Planet! read more

Did you crack your iPhone screen recently? This is a great, friendly place to take it. The thing I love about Wireless Planet is their honesty. I brought my son's iPad here because the home button wasn't working. They were very good about telling me that they could fix it, but that the screen might crack while they were trying to fix it, so the repair may cost more if that happened because it would need to be replaced. I really appreciated knowing the details so that we could decide what to do. In the end all was good, just the home button was fixed and we are off and running again. They have a small parking lot that was not ever full when I went here. Definitely a great resource for us in the South Bay! read more

These guys are getting 5 stars for customer service. I brought my iphone 7 in for a screen replacement. Later that night the touchscreen isn't working properly. I was out of town by that point and couldn't bring it back in for a week. When I finally did, they replaced the screen and the screensaver for no charge and said it was due to a faulty sensor. No hassle at all, and they couldn't have been nicer! read more

I've been coming to Wireless Planet for a few years now and never had an issue. I've brought my phone in for tech issues and have referred people over here primarily for Chris. He's very attentive and answers all your questions. However, recently I had an issue with my Mac and brought it in for service. When I picked it up, I asked David what was wrong with my laptop he rolled his eyes and gave me a vague answer. He was so rude. It upsets me bc this is a place that I've been loyal to and his customer service left me dissatisfied. I don't know how he is considered a manager. read more

You always hope to find services you can trust and it doesn't get any better for phone repair than Wireless Planet. I brought my iphone 6+ in because it was getting increasingly difficult to type and sometimes it seemed possessed by randomly typing numbers and showing different screens. Chris was able to determine that it was the digitizer, fixed it and I had it back within 2 hours. Now it works perfectly. I can't recommend this place any higher. 2pm, Saturday, Labor Day weekend, I shattered the screen on my brand new iphone7. Jumped in the car and went straight to wireless planet, after being referred to them years ago by the at & t store. As I was walking in, an employee was walking out the door and informed me they were closing up for the weekend. However, David asked what I needed and when I told him I needed a new screen, he took the phone and said come back in twenty minutes. He did a great job, fast and could not have been more accommodating. As mentioned in a prior review, he went out of his way to help in an emergency, even when he was trying to start his own holiday weekend. Only thing that disappointed me was the website says screen replacement is $109 and he informed that a new screen is actually $129, which is the same cost as the Apple Store. Absolutely recommend them. read more
