Came here to upgrade my phone, which turned out to be a way longer process than it should've been (because of me, not verizon's fault) but Julian was super patient through the entire process and very helpful. And during the time I was there, at least 3 old people came in with some very stupid questions and he was still very patient and nice while helping them. Couldn't be me. I'm updating my review as things drastically change when you have a problem and need a new phone...I had a problem with the phone shortly after I purchased I took the phone back within the 2 week time frame but was told how to trouble shoot but had the same issue and called the store back as soon as I got home. I was told by Shawn who spoke with Nauve who said to bring phone back and it would be replaced. Fast,forward now they want to give me a refurbished phone because I'm past the 14 day return period. Normally I hate having to physically go into a Verizon store anytime I need something done to my plan or to get a new phone. Ordering online is the way to go! But that being said, I had a really painless and easy experience at this store that is making me think now that it's actually easier (and quicker) to go in. The last few months I typically run out of data (I have 4 gigs), but thanks to my kid's Elmo videos running on youtube, plus all the work emailing I do throughout the day, I find myself with 0 data left, running on slowass backup mode, for usually the last 1-2 weeks left in my plan. And if you're someone who's constantly on your phone using data like I am, then you know how frustrating it can be to be stuck on back up mode where it takes forever just for a photo to load. I went in to the store to see what I could do to add data to my plan or change my existing plan, and the sales guy Dharmesh was so helpful! He took a look at my plan, and sold me on this new Hum device for your car that helps alert you when your car is having problems, as well as added a gig to my plan AND it took $5 off my monthly bill. WHAAAT?? Amazing. Just like everyone else, I hate getting conned into buying things that come with unnecessary price tags and increases, but man. What a deal. And I like that the Hum device now helps keep us in tune with our car as well. So all in all, a total win in my book. And it didn't take long for him to do either, which was great since I had my toddler with me. I'll definitely come here again, Dharmesh and this store were by far the best Verizon store I've ever gone to.. and I've gone to a lot. read more

This was the first time my wife and I came here given the positive reviews, however really felt the service was very unprofessional. We wanted to get a new iPhone X, but the store manager (Navine I believe his name was) was incredibly insistent on my wife changing her old grandfathered unlimited plan to a new plan. I understand that Verizon employees get incentives to encourage customers off the unlimited plan, but at least don't be so blatant and unprofessional about it. Then we wished to buy a new iPhone X 256 Gb for my wife. The manager told me that he didn't have it in stock and that no one carries the 256 in stock. Believing him, we decided to order it to get shipped. After having left, we decided to check another store, and lo and behold they have the 256gb in stock. We then called the first stores manager Nevine and when confronted with the previously false statement, he replied that he meant all of HIS stores didn't carry it, not that there weren't stores that carried the phone in the area. Definitely misleading. We then asked to cancel the order, but then he lied and said he could not do it from the store and that we would have to call Verizon customer service ourselves. We did, and when we talked to the rep, they told us this was not the case, and while we were on hold, called the store manager. The manager stated he would give us a call when it was cancelled, but after 10 minutes, he called us and said it was now too late for him to cancel from the store. We had literally been in his store only 30 minutes ago and now it's too late to cancel since it is in "shipping" status Now we have to wait for the iPhone X to arrive at his store before we can cancel. The manager stated that there would be no fee to cancel after it arrives. I hope this is true but am weary of trusting what he tells us at this point. Perfect store! The employees were hella helpful and acted as a team so well that I almost felt I was part of the Verizon team. Ever went into a store bummed you'll never find a phone like the old one you have and love? Verizon blew me out of the water with the LG Enact, which was exactly like my old phone I so very missed, and I was able to be out the door with a deal that felt like a steal. Ann-Kathryn and Mando were a solid team to a solid store - I was expecting disappointment in looking for a phone, but instead I was pleasantly surprised as I was guided directly to the answer of all my prayers - the LG Enact, a full physical qwerty keyboard. Horrible experience i buy a charger for my sister , i return it , they refused give me my money back , when i see the date , was wrong on the day i purchased plus has a name for a other employee than never seen when i buy it . For sure something is wrong and they hiding the correct date on the receipts so and that way they don't refund nothing to the clients , they told me he doesn't work here on may and for sure i make the purchase on may by the day of my receipt has the date of spring break and i was on vacation in puerto vallarta . Full disclosure, I work in marketing, which gives me both a critical eye and empathy for the brand. On to my review: I came back just over a year after my first trip to get another phone. Once again, I was treated to wonderful service with a team that was looking to provide all options. At the end of the day, I was given advice that benefits both me as a consumer and the company in retaining a customer. As a marketing professional, I understand the needs of a brand to want to up sell the customer, but I felt like I was given an option rather than being pushed into a corner to purchase every add on. I had upgraded my phone at another store. Sadly, they didn't back up my phone and I lost a lot of contacts. I went to the store where Navin Sami is the manager. He assured me that no one on his crew would ever have done that. They did everything they could to help me. But sadly, the other store wiped my phone and shipped it out. I also did not get the protective shield but was told I could get that at any other store. That turned out not to be true, but Navin accommodated that. And, since the other place was remiss and forgot to give me the cloth cleaner, Navin threw that in too. I won't go to any other Verizon store now. Thank you Navin and team. read more

Single worst customer service experience I've had in a very long time. Ordered new iPhone for curbside pickup at the Redondo Go Wireless. When I arrived, I was told the phone was sold. No explanation, no apologies. Called Verizon and was told that I can't re-order until Go Wireless cancels my unfulfilled order. I called Go Wireless and manager says she will cancel and call back to confirm. 3 hours pass, and I called back. Manager says she is busy with other customers and has no regard that she is preventing me from initiating a new purchase. Manager decides she does not want to discuss any further, and hangs up on me. I am now on hold with corporate office for Go Wireless to, hopefully, cancel the order. Whoever runs this store is a disaster. read more

The guys there: store manager, Navin, asst manager,Oscar, Sean and the new guy Dharsh were AMAZING!! On 5/15/18, My husband and I went in to upgrade 2 phones. We left with 3 phones, the HUM device for our car and much more. The store atmosphere and customer service was stellar. Oscar offered us cold waters while we waited. We were made aware of any and all charges before purchases were made by Navin We did not feel pressured in any way. Don't buy your phones here!!! Starting off I had Verizon Corporate mess up my card info on a preordered phone so I either had the option to reorder and wait another 2 weeks or go into a store because the day before started releasing them. I called multiple Verizon stores to get the phone until I came across this one. I called in for the new phone to see if they had it in stock and they told me they had one left so I put it on hold, left my work, and was there in 10 minutes. The first two workers were very nice and helped me a lot and got the phone out and ready but then the fat bald idiot came out and told me that there was a promotion and I had to spend an additional $150 in accessories to be able to get this phone after I already spoke with someone on the phone and put it on hold and this was never mentioned. Anyways right after he told me that I had to spend more money he just walked away and left me there for about 30 more minutes of not buying the phone to just leave empty handed. So now he get a one star review. If I could I'd give him zero stars but I guess this will do. As a internet sales manager for a way bigger corporation I also want to let who ever is reading this that you are NEVER obligated to purchase item you don't want. I mean I do this all day and he must have thought I was as stupid as him to fall for his terrible offer. I mean he didn't even have a sales pitch! Bro I hope this gets you fired. We walked in hoping to have them look at an iPhone. Nobody greeted us on our way in nor asked what we needed. After going up to the desk to ask a quick question, the woman behind the counter was extremely rude and did not help. After 40 minutes of waiting, they told us they were unable to help. Krysnie (the store manager) helped us, and she was organized, quick and really thorough - we had a lot of questions and needed to make a lot of changes to our plan but we were out in no time at all. Essentially, we transferred ownership of our existing plan, signed up for a new plan, got new iPhones, upgraded everything, etc ... and it was so quick! Don't ever buy anything here !!! I came to purchase an item and ended up having to return it. Apparently there is a code that needs to be entered in the system in order to process a return that only the district manager can provide. The sales person had to text him and wait until he responded. I was told one customer had to wait 45 minutes before the district manager responded. Unbelievable. You don't run a business by making your customer wait around in order to get a code from an individual that is not even at the store and making the customer wait around for almost an hour. read more

He was so helpful and showed me his personal phones to help me get a real feel of the devices. He spent a lot of time going over my needs and then saved me 30.00 per month after reviewing my contract! With the saving I then bought the 8 per month insurance from them so I still came out ahead! I must say I really liked Dustin because he was very helpful and is a great spirited guy. I would go back to this store anytime simply because of him! Best experience I've ever had!!! I lost my iPhone 6 and called to see if I had an upgrade or what I could do to NOT be without a phone, Jonathan helped me out and had all my info right away. He let me know my account had an upgrade so I went in during my lunch break and Jonathan already had everything ready to go! I was out of there in no time (at least that's how it felt). I didn't realize this verizon was here until today when I was picking up some beer from Total Wine, which is located right next door. Stopped in to pay my bill quickly and was greeted as soon as I walked in. I expected to wait a while before being helped but the staff was cool enough to find out what I needed and took my payment while they were working on other customers. The girl noticed my Otterbox on my phone was busted and informed me of the warranty that Otterbox offers and actually did the claim to get a new case for me! The staff was very down to earth and extremely knowledgeable. I expected them to try to hustle me into a new case, which they did offer to hook up, but informed me of the warranty offer as well. I plan on skipping out on the long ass lines and cattle-herding mentality of the corporate store down the street and going to this store next month to get my upgrade. read more
