I visited this location today to return the internet device I received as part of a promotion when I upgraded my very old plan about six months ago at a different store. Robert was absolutely amazing and extremely helpful. He explained that I needed to contact T-Mobile directly to cancel the internet service, but he went ahead and processed the return of the internet device for me. He was professional, knowledgeable, and made the process much easier. Unfortunately, my experience with Jennifer, the manager, was the complete opposite. She was rude and lacked basic customer service skills. She came over to discuss canceling the service and insisted that there had never been a promotion involving the internet. She started to argue with me as if she was trying to prove a point. I was very nice to her. I politely interrupted her and said that I wasn't interested in going back and forth. I was simply explaining what I had been told when I upgraded my service. Robert's customer service was outstanding, and he deserves recognition for how he treated me. If it wasn't for Jennifer I would have given the store a 5 because of Robert. Jennifer, however, made what should have been a simple interaction unnecessarily unpleasant. read more

This T-Mobile doesn't have a huge parking lot but was really happy with the customer service! Our name got lost in the queue the first time but as soon as we mentioned it, they put us at the top of the queue to get helped! I pretty much knew the phone I wanted so the process was pretty easy, but I did run into a little hiccup and they said come back and I'll help you right away, which he did!! Unfortunately they didn't have the phone with the storage I wanted in store, but they ordered it for me to be shipped to my house. There's no other way to put this, Anthony aka "Antho" provides EXCEPTIONAL service! I was on the prowl for a new carrier since AT&T let us down for far too long. I made multiple trips over the course of a few weeks to different carriers. It came down to Verizon and T Mobile. I've had both in the past, wayyyy back in the day. The quality of reception, customer service and deals have only gotten better with time. Anthony made us feel comfortable because despite my 53 clarifying questions he was "cool as a cucumber", NOT annoyed even once and extremely patient. Antho quickly understood our needs as a family and my personal need for thorough answers, he builds rapport, quickly, he's honest and gave straight forward information. This is the best way to be a sales rep You- believe- me, I was Director of Sales Development for over 6 years, the BEST WAY to be a sales rep is to communicate clear and straight forwardly as this quality makes one trustworthy. Naturally when he suggested ways for the family to save money I was easily receptive, because he's not the type of rep to have you caught up in the clause due to his negligence, rather no fluff, no frills no super sales pitch! It was just about seeing if they offer product and services that fulfill customer need! Checking on my phone in Hawthorne, Los Angeles, California... A few friends have been urging me to get a new phone. For some reason, they think that my One Plus (android) is acting up. Since I had some time, I went to inquire at the nearest location. It had a free shared parking lot. Yay! I entered the nicely air conditioned shop and asked, "What kind of free phone can I get?" Apparently, there's no free phones. The young man pointed out the least expensive phone: T-Mobile REVVL for $199.99 Hmmm... I asked if there were any employees who were Yelpers... None. Some had Yelp accounts, but they didn't know too much about the Yelp app. I showed them how I can't view check-in comments. No one could help. They asked if I had updated my phone - yes, I did. They think that it's a software problem. Ok. When I get home, I'll ask about changing to an iPhone because those phones don't seem to be having this problem. read more

I like this location because it's right by my house. I went here to change the name on my account the woman who helped me out was super nice but I guess on her end she wasn't able to cha he the name. That's cool, she did tell me she would put a note stating I brought all the necessary paper work , etc. then she instructed me to call customer service they will see the note and make the change. WRONG!!! I called customer service and they told me they don't have the ability to do it... it was so annoying and a higher inconvenience. Customer service rep called this store location and basically the manager said "oh tell her to come back we can fix it" So annoying having to drive back n forth! When I came back I spoke with the manager and with the original woman who helped me.. she showed him evidence that she wasn't able to make the change. The manager went to his office and he was able to correct it. (It probably was something that needed to be done by a manager anyway) I am giving the store 4 stars. I was mad and frustrated but NOT with the store or the team members who were assisting at this location...I was mad at T-MOBILE as a business.. The team at this location deserve the 4 stars. They helped me the best they could and I appreciate that.. the originally woman who helped me didn't have to put a note .. she could have said sorry I can't help you and sent me on my way.. but she did as much as she could to help and that's what matters read more

0 stars. Multiple times I have driven here to inquire about my phone and the associated plan (which is too expensive and part of the problem, but that's another issue). Twice I have been turned away because my current driver's license does not match the name associated on the account. Once though I happened to remember to bring the one document that I was able to find with the outdated last name and, while they were able to look into my account, all they did was attempt an upsell. They still did not change my name in store, always referring me to phone-based customer service. Well, as it turns out, after speaking with T-mobile customer service via phone, the only way to change my name is to do this IN STORE! Words can't even express the frustration felt to go to a location multiple times and receive inaccurate information with no attempt from the representatives to even try to help with my situation. Even if it's inconvenient, y'all, drive elsewhere. The customer service at this location has left me more frustrated than I ever get for anything besides traffic. read more
