    There's no other way to put this, Anthony aka "Antho" provides EXCEPTIONAL service! I was on the prowl for a new carrier since AT&T let us down for far too long. I made multiple trips over the course of a few weeks to different carriers. It came down to Verizon and T Mobile. I've had both in the past, wayyyy back in the day. The quality of reception, customer service and deals have only gotten better with time. Anthony made us feel comfortable because despite my 53 clarifying questions he was "cool as a cucumber", NOT annoyed even once and extremely patient. Antho quickly understood our needs as a family and my personal need for thorough answers, he builds rapport, quickly, he's honest and gave straight forward information. This is the best way to be a sales rep You- believe- me, I was Director of Sales Development for over 6 years, the BEST WAY to be a sales rep is to communicate clear and straight forwardly as this quality makes one trustworthy. Naturally when he suggested ways for the family to save money I was easily receptive, because he's not the type of rep to have you caught up in the clause due to his negligence, rather no fluff, no frills no super sales pitch! It was just about seeing if they offer product and services that fulfill customer need! Btw, I see great reviews for all of his peers too- so maybe it's just this location that has a great team or T mobiles HR and hiring manager really knows how to pick 'em! Kudos.

    Checking on my phone in Hawthorne, Los Angeles, California... A few friends have been urging me to get a new phone. For some reason, they think that my One Plus (android) is acting up. Since I had some time, I went to inquire at the nearest location. It had a free shared parking lot. Yay! I entered the nicely air conditioned shop and asked, "What kind of free phone can I get?" Apparently, there's no free phones. The young man pointed out the least expensive phone: T-Mobile REVVL for $199.99 Hmmm... I asked if there were any employees who were Yelpers... None. Some had Yelp accounts, but they didn't know too much about the Yelp app. I showed them how I can't view check-in comments. No one could help. They asked if I had updated my phone - yes, I did. They think that it's a software problem. Ok. When I get home, I'll ask about changing to an iPhone because those phones don't seem to be having this problem.

    Poor service and short staff the wait is too long!!! The staff say the wait is going to be 30mins but i waited 1hr and 30mins!

And I told him I have a Samsung S9+ Edge at home that may need a new screen I actually bought one on ebay that I showed him, he said its non original and he will put decent one in for 115$. Ok so I went home and came back about 1-2 weeks later with the phone.. Now watch this..HE is in the back, sends him 10yr old son to help me.. And i told him your dad initially helped me with this, I'm not sure if you will know what to do.. The kid did a good job helping me and I was thinking about giving the phone to swap out the screen but had a necessary question if the present screen can be fixed from the go as it had a small tiny crack in it.. Keep in mind while that was happening a customer walked in and the dad immediately came to assist him completely ignoring my set of questions that his son was struggling with as he didn't help me originally.. Now when I started asking my last question to his son if the screens can just be fixed on my s9 +.. The Dad looked over at me very ANGRILY AND SAID ; " HEY WHAT DO YOU NEED. ?!!??". I Was kind of embarrassed at the tone I was spoken in and in front of his young son wanted to be a bigger person and simply said.. Hey yeah I told your son he wasn't the one originally helping me and that's Fine..I will just go and maybe buy a s22 Ultra as it would be only 100$ more than my repair... I picked up my things and left..sincerely thanked the young kid who was just looking in confusion wondering if he could've helped more.. I feel SAD for the father as he completely acted IGNORANT and set wrong example for his son..yeah I will warn you before you give this guy any business to look at his conduct towards customers. No sincerity or professional mannerism.. I am looking for another Cell phone wireless store for my needs..

But in the years that we've gone here, I've never felt like I needed to leave a review either. However, today I did. Shout out to Arsen who made our family's experience at the store exceptional tonight. We came in to upgrade our ancient IPhones and initially, we thought he would be like the usual reps who get you the phone you want and then send you out the door a like you're just a number. But as we engaged him in conversation about our phone preferences, we found him to be very knowledgeable, helpful, funny, and transparent. Because of this, we decided that only three of us will stick with the IPhone and one gladly went back to an Android (Google Pixel 10). He answered our questions, laughed with us, and went the extra step to get us the phones right there and then rather than having us wait to get them shipped. He even helped setup the phone that I got. So while we spent a long time at the store , it was all worth it! He gets a five star from each of us. Thank you, Arsen. You may be one of the few reps here who leaves a good impression on your customers. Keep up the great work!

    I was looking for a location in the South Bay that could provide data recovery. I had an external…read morehard drive that wouldn't mount. So, I had numerous files on this drive that I wanted to recover. I bought a new drive to hold the files and took both the old drive and the new drive to Westcoast. I explained what I wanted and they provided a rough estimate of the cost that depended on how damaged the old drive was. They would look at the drive to see what the issue was and call me within 3 days. I got the call and luckily the old drive was still accessible so they would be able to transfer the files to the new drive. The cost was less that I expected. I had checked several businesses in the Los Angeles/Orange area and there services were a couple of hundred dollars more for basic data recovery. The new drive has the files and I am glad I found Westcoast. They also repair computers and mobile phones.

My MacBook Pro stopped working out of nowhere. I've had it since it first came out, about six years ago, and everything was on that computer. My businesses. My properties. Student and work-related information. Personal documents. Photos. Things I never backed up because I never imagined something like this would happen. When it stopped turning on, I tried everything. Different chargers. I went to multiple repair places. Geek Squad couldn't help. Apple couldn't help. I made several Apple appointments, walked in early, stayed late, and had multiple employees try. They were kind, but no one could get it to turn on. The light would come on and shut off. One Apple employee even described it as "CPR," like the computer was trying to come back to life but couldn't. Eventually, they told me the computer was basically done and advised me to focus on data recovery. I was devastated. To be completely honest, it caused so much stress that I had to talk through it in therapy. That computer held my life. That's when I found this data recovery company online and met Abraham. From the moment I spoke to him, he gave me something no one else did: hope, without false promises. He calmly explained different scenarios, walked me through possibilities, and told me to give him a few hours. I tried not to get my hopes up. A few hours later, Abraham called me. Not only did he explain what was happening, he texted me pictures of my actual files. When I saw those photos, my heart dropped. I cannot explain the relief. I don't think he truly understands what he did for me in that moment. Abraham didn't just recover my data he brought my computer back to life. On top of that, he advised me to get an external device to safely store everything moving forward. I went out, bought one, brought it back, and he helped me transfer everything. He truly worked with me every step of the way. He kept me updated throughout the entire process. He was patient, professional, honest, and genuinely caring. I never felt rushed, dismissed, or taken advantage of. I felt supported during one of the most stressful tech situations I've ever experienced. If you're reading this and you're stressed, scared, or think all hope is lost go to Abraham. Period. This man didn't just fix a computer. He restored peace of mind. Thank you, Abraham. I will never forget this! I'll be back for tomorrow iPad

Last year she bought an iPhone 16 and they were very helpful answering her questions. Last week it was an iPad with the A16 chip. She thought she was only going to check out the new models, but realized that they have the color she wanted and it would be relatively easy to operate. Generally we're able to get help very quickly. Sometimes there are long lines during the holidays with sales. One time, I ordered an iPhone in advance and picked it up here. I didn't even have to set an appointment to pick it up. I just went once I received the notice saying it had arrived. Yes, I had to wait a few minutes because there were lots of people picking things up. But once I got my phone, they were very helpful answering questions while I got acquainted with my new device. They've always been very helpful with their support, being able to gear it to my mom, who is, admittedly, not very technologically savvy. Every person has been very patient with her and we always leave satisfied. It's a bonus that Manhattan Village is a relatively nice mall. The other stores here are decent and there are some nice restaurants. There's even a little artificial grass park with a fountain where you'll see lots of families letting their kids play.

Honestly couldn't believe how quick they were able to fix it, I was dealing with this issue for months and thought I would need to get a new phone, so so happy it's all good now. I appreciate that they were communicative and clear both about pricing and timing. I couldn't be happier with the service I received and would return if I need another repair. I'd trust these guys with all my electronics!!

Mr. Sardor, this was definitely the store I went to and speaking of, you're on the corner of Crenshaw and Artesia. There is no "report" because one was never done or was spoken about. And this "date base" of yours is non-existent, you guys didn't even ask for my name or anything beyond my phone number to call me when my phone was ready. Please don't make me a liar here by saying you have no such name on your "data base" and that it was another store that I'm speaking of. I will say this, it's possible that you don't purposely not fix the issue so that the customer can return. So maybe you just don't fix it correctly because of lack of knowledge, idk.... but what I do know is that it wasn't fixed correctly.
