I took them a iPhone X to fix broken screens and told my mother board needs to be replace so that "something else can work" and then screens would be replaced. They kept my phone for a bit longer then a month. Don't expect a call from them, they don't call you even when they say they will. I had a problem with my iPad suddenly disconnecting from my cellular data plan. It looked as if no SIM card was even installed. I've had this iPad for about three years so this was very random. I went to the Verizon store to get it fixed. The rep at verizon took up 30 minutes of our time without even fixing it. I could tell he had no idea what he was doing. Well look no further!
