If I can give it a zero stars I would. I brought my daughters phone in with broken screen and since then I have to come back three times with problems and it still has not been fixed. I paid for the screen and speaker to be fixed and speaker still doesn't work. The second time I took it in for them to fix the speaker issue then they broke the home button. Yesterday I took it in for home button issue and they still didn't fix it. I've waisted more time at this place than needed.The service is bad. I had previously referred a lot of people here because I have brought multiple phones to fix but lately they have been doing a crappy job. They don't care about customer satisfaction because I had already given them $80 and because they took my money they didn't care to fix they problems they caused. I went there to get my phone screen replaced when I went to connect to Wi-Fi my Wi-Fi button was completely grayed out. this was not an issue before I went to go get my cracked screen fixed. I went immediately back and told them what the issue was and they told me there was nothing that they could do about it. Went to the Apple store and they said that it had to do with a default in a screen repair. Without me even telling them what the issue was or the story behind what happened. Now I have to pay for a new phone because they can't connect to Wi-Fi and all they had to do was open the screen back up and just double check for me just to give me some reassurance but that never happened. I am very sad and disappointed that I have to pay for a new phone I should have just stayed with my cracked screen. Instead I paid over 100 bucks to get my phone in worse condition. I was trying to fix my phone and called on Monday to get the price and was told they don't have the parts for my phone and to come Wednesday. I went Wednesday and they told me they don't get their shipment til next Monday coming up. I even explain to them that I have a loaner phone and have to have it returned by next Friday. They reassured me the parts would be there on Monday when they get their shipment. I called Monday just to make sure (thank god I did and didn't waste my gas) and when I asked the lady, she act like she didn't know what I was talking about when I mentioned shipment and told me to call back at 3pm. Screen work perfect for 40 days after I started to have problems unlocking the screen and there's was no more warranty since they give 30 days. A friend of mine referred me to this place, and I almost wish he didn't. I brought my phone in for a cracked screen, thinking that would be simple, but apparently it's not. I dropped my phone off a couple weeks ago, at 9:30 am, and was told it would be ready at noon. Because I'm used to companies running late, I went back at 1:00pm, to allow them more time. When I picked up my phone, no one greeted me, which made me on alert. After waiting for almost an hour in the store, they present me with my phone. Angrily, I run out of the store, only to see there is bubbling under my screen. Beyond that, now my main button sticks when I press it, which it never did. I take the phone back a few days later, and the attendant recognizes me and says they cannot fix it that day, because they are waiting on a new machine. He asks that I come in the following Wednesday or any day after. That leads me to today! I drop my phone off at 9:30 am, again, and I was told my phone might take a while. I was very irritated with that comment, but I leave my phone there anyways. I call at 2:30, and they told me to call back in 30 minutes - why, I'm not sure. I call back in 45 minutes, to allow them more time, and the person answering the phone tells me they are currently working on my phone and need an additional 30 minutes. At this time, I'm fully aware they need more time, so I wait an hour before going back. Once I arrive, they take roughly 10 minutes to tell me they couldn't fix my phone today. The attendant tries to explain to me the machine that fixes the phones, broke on the phone prior to mine. Now, Im furious, I called twice and was told that my phone was currently being worked on, but I find it odd once I arrive, I am being told the machine broke on the device before mine. It's now 4:00pm and I still have the broken phone. Lastly, I left a contact number for them to call me if they ran into any issues, or to update me, but they never used it. When I asked the attendant why didn't they call me, as I have been waiting since 9:30 this morning, and he said, they forgot. This repair shop is a complete joke, I spoke with owner CARLOS 5 weeks ago, dropped my phone there after being repaired by them, which did not work. Its been 6 weeks and they say, hey WE DO NOT HAVE the the glass screen in black for my s7 galaxy, they want to give me a white one on a black phone. I have been there twice and have called once a week, they do not return calls, they do not give you a receipt take only cash. This is the worst service. Hello there let me get right to the point about this cell phone place. They give you cheap stuff and expect you to deal with it on your own. Also they say they have a warranty on iPhone chargers but they say it's only a week warranty then if it messes up then that's your problem it's on you. Also I bought a iPhone charger here and it still does not work to be honest. I would honestly say if you want proficient electronic service go to Best Buy or target for assistance. I don't trust the people who work here nor will I be going to this place ever again. Had to repair my galaxy s7 broken screen for 185$. After they "fixed" it, the phone started working very slow, battery dies after about 3 hours and the panel wasent placed correctly and ehen i came back they said that now the problem is the port (another 70$). I had my Samsung note 4 screen fixed here about two weeks and had them put a protective glass on it that I brought with me. Just took the glass off to see if the defect I was looking at was in the glass or in the screen. Of course it is in the screen and it was also broken that the bottom of the screen but my glass was finding that when I picked my phone up. I will never use this place again. Had to give one star for my post to be seen. As I said I just took the protector off today 7/5/16 and found the problems. Seen the screen issue but was not able to communicate with the older gentleman because I only speak English. I did have the tech come out to speak me and told him and another customer that was sitting there that it was a bad job when I seen the phone. I could not have cause the heat marks across the top of the screen that I am looking at with another Phone tech right now. If this is Carlos I was told you weren't there when I came in. If you were this tells me you don't stand behind the jobs you do or your to afaid to face customers yourself. By the the way protection screen was already on the phone when I came back to get it. I took in my S6, yes an S6 and it started to charged very slowly. The USB port was broken so they end up replacing it really quick but didn't fix the overall problem. Needed a new charging port in my iPhone 7+. Requested a quote through yelp and he responded quickly. So i tried the shop. Took about an hour and a half and the service went smoothly. He explained what was wrong with my phone and why a normal cleaning out of the port didn't work. Paid with my debit and my phone is charging normally again. Would definitely recommend. My screen was glitched and cracked on front and back and they fixed it for $145. It was a good deal until i walk out the store and the right side of the screen didn't work so i took it back and they fixed it. 3 days later the back of my phone shattered from being in my pocket. the whole back of the phone was coming off. I realized maybe 24 hours after i got it fixed that it put my phone into airplane mode by itself sometimes and would randomly freeze at any moment. It clicks random parts of the screen once in a while too. The screws on the bottom of my XS Max weren't even screwed in all the way so it ended up falling out and when I took off my case it would almost take the back of the phone off.
