I have never wanted to give a business 0 stars, until now. I called on Saturday and let them know my Google Pixel 6 Pro screen needed to be replaced and asked if that was something they could do. I got my quote and was told my new screen would arrive Tuesday and they would be able to replace it. I went in to give them the deposit, only for them to call me later that day and say the quote they gave me was wrong. The new quote was 20% more and they would need an additional deposit. I decided to let this go since there were so many great reviews and mistakes happen. Tuesday comes and they let me know the new screen hadn't arrived and that it should be in Thursday. Fine, I already paid the deposit and it was only two days more. The screen arrives and I drop my phone off for the replacement. I was told I could come back in 2 hrs, which I did, but they needed an additional 30 mins. I waited in my car for 30 mins before the guy came out and said the new screen had a defect and he needed more time to work on it. He let me know that the defect may not be something he could fix, but by then, he had already opened my phone and messed it up. My only options were to let him keep working on it or leave with a phone worse off than what I left them with. So I hoped he could fix it, but he was unable to. They offered to reorder the part and to come back Tuesday, but I declined. I was willing to pay the more expensive quote because I appreciate great service, which all these reviews indidcated they had. But that didn't seem to be the case after all the hassle. My phone left Byte Me Wireless worse off than it arrived. I understand the defective screen and the late shipping was out of their control, but those issues combined with the wrong quote and the additional wait time made this a horrible experience. read more

DONT BE FOOLED BY THE LOW PRICE. THIS PLACE IS NOT GOOD. A few weeks ago I posted a review congratulating the place for a good job. I take my word back. Immediately after leaving the shop, my phone didn't work well. The screen was not sensitive to the touch and things kept on popping up. I took to get repaired again, and Byte me Repairs fixed t again. The phone was great for a couple of days, and then it stopped working again. My phone does not work well and the screen is still messed up. I drove all the way to the shop again , just to have service denied. I'm within the 30 days warranty, you guys did a bad job TWICE, and I'm to pay for it ? I walked into the shop just to be told that they couldn't help me. Honestly? Go someplace else. I have to give an excellent review to Byte Me. I went in because my iPhone's front camera was foggy and always blurred the photos, and I was worried they'd have to replace the camera or do other work that would take a long time and cost a lot. The woman took one look at the phone, peeled the protective cover off, and that was that. It was the cover the whole time and I was probably the biggest idiot in the world at that moment. I'm a technology professional and I hadn't realized that the phone screen had just shifted a bit over the lens. Boy was my face red. I received a coupon for $10 off a screen replacement of any apple product, and as it happened my daughter's iPad mini 3 needed a new digitizer, so I emailed them for a quote. I was specific in the email as to the model of iPad and even included photos of the damage. Someone emailed me back with a quote of $50, so with the coupon it should be $40. I take it in, and the guy behind the counter tells me it's $65 for an iPad mini 3, so with the coupon it would be $55. I tell him I was already quoted $50, and he says, "no it's $50 for a 1st or 2end gen, they didn't know the model number when they gave you the quote." I opened my email and showed him I had included the model number when I asked, and he calls the supervisor up and they agree to do it for $50, but won't accept my coupon, because I'm "already getting a discount" so it's still $10 more than I was quoted, but fine. I picked up the iPad a few days later and everything is working fine for the first few weeks, but about a month post-repair it starts having a few instances of "ghost touching." At first it was barely noticeable, by over time it gradually gets worse. We don't know what it could be, so over the next month, we tried wiping it and restoring everything to factory settings. We try cleaning the screen real well, we stopped using the cheap Bluetooth headphones from China. One day my husband is cleaning it under a brighter light than usual while the iPad is shit off, and he notices there are finger prints on the INSIDE of the screen. The only way they could have gotten there is when the iPad is repaired. So I email again, hey, you guys fixed our iPad a few months ago and now it isn't working right. We have all this ghost touching and there are fingerprints on the inside? Someone emails back, sorry, but it is "way past" the warranty period and they can't help me, but I can bring it back in for them to diagnose and pay for a new repair. I don't understand how, at the time of the email, which was less than 90 days for the repair, it could have been "way" past the warranty for a new digitizer, unless the warranty is only a couple of day, so I responded by asking them exactly how long the warranty period is and never received a response. The ghost touching has made the iPad unusable at this point, google tells me it is almost certainly either a defective digitizer, or simply that the digitizer wasn't properly insulated when installed (not exactly outside the realm of possibility, given the finger prints inside the screen), so either way I have to pay for an entirely new repair, and most likely pay for a new digitizer, but I will not be bringing it back here, since they avoid transparency about their warranty policies, clearly they aren't even all clear on their own pricing, and they were very quick to be unwilling to own up to the quality of their work. read more

The absolute best! I was greeted straight away by the owner, she is so sweet, wholesome, and helpful. I used to go to the swap meet but it got too sketchy, so I checked the reviews online and wanted to try this place out. I brought my partner's phone for water damage, the screen was completely black, and they were able to fix it, I think they changed out the screen and it was only $100 for the iPhone X. The owner gave me a business card with a 10% discount coupon on it. We waited less than 30 minutes and she gave us nice cold water bottles. I have never had hospitality like that, also it comes with a 1 month guarantee for any service. I am recommended everyone now. Also, she sells Avon on one section of the store and gave us little testers. Don't be fooled by the low prices and speedy repair times. Byte me uses very low quality accessories and parts which result in low quality repairs that don't last. The tempered glass ruined my wife's phone, both our screens had stress cracks within weeks, and the "Apple" brand ear buds were counterfeits which was very apparent the moment we took them out of the box...terrible audio quality and lose internal wiring. My phone even developed a flickering glitch the Genius Bar expert told me indicated damage to the mother board...(this one may be unrelated but the timing was odd considering the slapdash repair.) Completely unreliable!!! It is now 11am, no one is here for me to pick up my phone! However, they are supposed to open at 10am...no one is here!!
