This place is amazing! Such fast, great service all the time! I've been coming here for a couple years now for any repairs needed on my cell phone, help with my screen covers, new chargers, phone cases etc. Awesome, friendly business, totally recommend this place! read more

Brought my iphone in for screen repair. He quoted a ridiculously low price and I said I'll be right back. After hitting the local ATM I returned and he immediately started. He offers OEM parts at double which I declined. His quoted price had ZERO hidden fees and included tax!!! He finished in less than the quoted 15 minutes while dealing with walk-in customers, answering the phone and maintaining excellent customer service. The lady seemed very nice as well. This is also a Spanish/English establishment if you're interested in that. These people are a small business to be proud to have in my community. I'll be back to support them. read more

I will definetly return without a doubt! They are cheaper than every other quote in the are too:) read more

I needed to use the services of Fast Cellular the other day to repair my cell phone. To my surprise they were able to repair my phone while I waited and at a very affordable price. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I would give 0 stars if I could, this place is HOT ASS. Their prices are cheap for a reason, there screens are cheap and don't last. They fucked up my whole phone and didn't offer to do anything about it. Don't waste your money here. read more

Great prices, great customer service. I took my iPhone 7 Plus to get my screen repaired and my phone now looks brand new.

Please don't visit this establishment!! My niece came to this location to fix a broken screen and they broke her speaker. They asked her to buy an additional premium screen knowing that it would not fix the speaker problem charging her an additional $80 for it. The speaker problem was not fixed and they asked for more money to fix the problem they caused! read more

Update on previous review, phone finally shut off and wouldn't turn back on after all the overheating problems. Took my phone to a different repair shop. Hardware was damaged, all internal parts were aftermarket including the failing battery that was constantly overheating my phone and failing to a hold a charge. I knew the first time i left that shop that my phone was noticeably heavier, they took my oem battery which was in perfect condition (iphone 12 not even a year old) and swapped with aftermarket cr*p for absolutely no reason aside from personal gain. They charged me close to 400$ for a screen repair and casing swap, just to return the phone back to me with a casing that couldn't even hold the screen in correctly and hardware that was either damaged or destined to fail. Luckily had warranty for my iphone and was able to swap for a new one at the Apple store. The repair shop and apple store both confirmed my suspicions about this sketchy place. Apple said that phone wasn't even an iphone anymore considering everything that makes it an iphone was swapped for cheap aftermarket stuff. Save yourself the trouble and don't go here. A screen repair will cost you as many OEM parts as they can get away with, without you noticing. read more

This place is horrible they tell you one price on the phone wait until you get there and raise the price and hope that you have no choice but to pay. Also the main guy has a stuck up vibe. read more

Great service fast reasonable my on/off button broke and I couldn't get it to turn on on my Samsung Note 3 I took it right in they took it to the back 10 minutes later my phone was working thanks guys. read more

I just want to start off by saying that this may be the most convenient place to have your phone fixed, I also want to add that he may be a low cost to fix your phone. However it is not the best choice I paid for a factory screen but it doesn't seem like this is any better than the aftermarket screen shortly after getting my phone fixed I was disturbed to find that the screen started to lift away from the phone, like completely lift up out of the face of the phone, not to mention glue coming through the ear speaker,&and a cloudy/ foggy Front camera. I am at my front screen was pretty messed up but I rather deal with a cracked screen than A phone that presses buttons by it self calls people by it self & freezes way too often. I have to rely on the talk to text feature more times than any just to send a text message or to type anything on my phone for that matter. Every 2 to 3 weeks I have at least 2 to 3 days of this mishap with my phone. Although these reviews are all answered by telling the customer that they have a 30 day warranty when you are in the store getting your phone fixed they tell you that you only have a seven day warranty and that is exactly what the receipt says so I have no idea where the 30 day warranty came from however my phone is worse than when I dropped it off aside from the screen being repaired. So if you're looking for low price this is the place ! But, if you want to be absolutely sure that it's going to be done correctly, just think twice. It definitely has to be a gamble to go here because I have three friends that have been there and 2 out of the 4 of us are experiencing issues with our phones. It took me a while to write the review, because I definitely do not like to leave dissatisfying reviews. I leave them when I have no choice. I don't want other people to go through this experience, without knowing that they are taking a gamble. Thanks Fast cellular, NO GUARANTEES‼ read more

** Keep this in mind, if you get your device worked on by a 3rd Party like this place and they are unable to repair or mess your device up even more, guess what??? You will not be able to get your phone fixed by the manufacturer or even get any help from your provider. Do yourself a favor and go to a Real Shop that offers real guarantee's and real customer service. Going to this place has been a nightmare... Learn from my mistake and go elsewhere.... Carlos responded and said he would take care of me, but that's all for show, they refused to offer any assistance while I was at their shop... *** STAY AWAY *** SCAM ALERT! Couple things here.. They quote you a price over the phone and email and when you get there it's a different price. In addition to that they tell you that they guarantee/warranty their work, THAT'S False! I got my iPad screen replaced. I picked it up right before closing and the store was super busy. Keep in mind this store is so sketchy that they lock u in. You have to be buzzed in and out. Anyways, I finally get assisted, the guy told me they warranty their work and said if I paid cash, they won't charge me tax, because they are shady like that, anyways I take my iPad and when I get home I peeled off the plastic film that was on my phone and noticed a huge crack on top that wasn't visible with the plastic film on it . I bring the iPad back to show him and they told me they can't help me because they don't know if I dropped it or not?! I paid over $100 for a repair and I bring back my iPad in less than 24 hours and all of a sudden he can't help me. He asked me why didn't I call? Well, they were closed when I got home and noticed it, and I have to work early the next day, I figured bringing it in would be the best thing to do. Besides, what would calling do when they can't see it the damage over the phone. This place is obviously a place to bring stolen phones to sell them or unlock them. Yes they may be cheaper than other places, but in the end you get what you pay for and I got jacked. Take it from me DO NO GIVE THESE GUYS YOUR BUSINESS. Pay a little extra and get quality service. They Lock the customers in the store and you can't get out unless they let you out, it's just a matter of time until these guys are locked up behind bars too.. SHADY SCAM ARTISTS! read more

If I could put no stars I would. So my boyfriends cousin told me to come to this place and said if I say Veronica referred me then I would only pay $40 for my cracked screen. I go and tell them that, and they told me it would be $70 so I said ok fine it's still cheaper than the mall. I ask how long will it take and they told me 20 minutes. I leave and come back in 15 minutes, I'm thinking ok I still have about 5-10 minutes to wait....nope! I waited 30 minutes! The guy finally comes back and gives me my phone, when I get home I realize I can't hear anything when someone's calling me AND my camera isn't calibrated correctly. So it was even more broken than when I ONLY had the cracked screen. I went to another place to see if they can calibrate it back, they told me yes and no charge. The guy that just fixed the calibration told me I'm missing two screws and the piece that holds the camera together is also broken. NEVER come to this place!! EVER!!!! Yes they have warranty but I shouldn't have to go back and wait another 30 minutes for them to "fix" my phone again! You should have it right the FIRST time and if you break something inside of it then at least replace it!! The guy at the mall who calibrated my phone's camera said it was completely messed up on the inside, these people are a scam! I should've seen the reviews before I came to this place. For $30 more somewhere else they would've done a way better job, I guess you get what you pay for. read more

When I presented my iPhone 8 for glass repair , I was asked if I wanted an original for 80 or a aftermarket for 50. I chose the original. Everything was OK until I realized that the camera was not working. SInce I had warranty I took it to Apple for repair. That's when I found out that the screen that was supposed to be original was also aftermarket with a few apple parts on it. Pls ease be aware. This store does not have OEM apple parts. The Screen did have apple Logos but was missing the Bar Code and had a drilled hole in the silver metal piece which is not on OEM parts read more

Been coming here for years with my family. Always great service and fast work. Highly recommend Carlos he is always helpful. I've got my screens fixed LCD. Port and back screen. Never had issues and they always have the best service. read more

Unknowledgable. Unfriendly. Overrated. I walked in here to a line full of people anxiously waiting for their devices; some being told to wait an hour longer than the wait time they were originally given or, like my friend, had to wait days after bringing in his laptop for a simple hard drive fix. Fortunately for me, I only had to deal with these guys for 2 days. Day One: An iPhone with a cracked screen that still turns on... this shouldn't be too hard for them to fix. I was told to come back in an hour and I returned to an iPhone with the same cracked screen and a reappearing Apple logo that won't allow my phone to turn on. I was being asked by a young lady, who appeared to be chuckling at my situation, if I took showers with my phone. I said no but was being told that my phone has internal water damage, preventing them from changing my screen. I've gotten my screen fixed successfully on a separate occasion before so I knew something wasn't right about this. When I came back in the next day to have them check to see why my phone wouldn't turn on, I had to wait over an hour for him to restore my iPhone (something I could have done at home in 5 minutes). When I saw that he had no line of customers to be occupied with I approached him and said that it shouldn't take more than an hour only to have him tell me that he was doing me a favor. On top of that he didn't offer any other solutions to a problem that they caused and said they were not responsible. So you unsuccessfully fix my screen, render my phone useless, don't offer anymore solutions, have me wait an hour and a half, and then tell me you're doing me a favor? That doesn't sound professional to me. When I asked him why would the software on my phone be damaged after an unsuccessful hardware fix, he told me "it happens a lot with iPhone 5S's". That's clearly not the case and I have never heard of any such issue with the 5S. These guys didn't take any responsibility for this and basically tried to wipe themselves clean of the situation. Now I have an iPhone that won't even turn on now and is stuck in safe mode. Thank you Slow Cellular! read more

Came in today to fix my screen. I had sent them a message and they said 70$ but when I got there they charged me $90 I restarted my phone and when it came back on I noticed the bottom of my screen was yellow with lines around it. I didnt want to come here because of all the bad reviews but decided to give it a chance anyway and I regret it. Go somewhere else!!! read more

Okay so my father have a verizon iphone4s which ended its contract four months. We asked verizon to give us the unlocking code but gave us a window of three to twelve months so he used it internationalky and worked well.when he got back they said we have to wait for the whole span of twelve months. We've been to eight stores, one can unlock it but we have to wait two weeks for the neter chip to arrive and costs 65 which is not bad but he needs the phone urgently so we stumbled to this store and found out that there is such thing as phone flashing which costs only 25 which will only convert verizon to page plus-same cdma network.so we got it flashed and so far the network is reliable just like they said it's the same coverage verizon has.....for thirty minutes we got my dad's phone for a Better plan and cheaper price read more

Horrible customer service I came here today to get my screen fixed I had to stand outside for a while after asking to come in finally a customer yelled at the employee to let me in after that they quoted me a price that was not listed on the site for repair on top of that I was told my led was broke and screen was cracked only to be told by another employee it was just the screen in the end was quoted the same price I would pay if I took the phone to Apple will not be doing business here read more

Quoted me one price over the phone so I drove all the way here and they tell me a different price in person . I smell SCAM!!!

I am extrmely disappointed with this service. They kept saying they would have the phone ready the next day, this carried on for a month. When I went for the phone on the last day they said the phone could not be fixed and I should just throw it away. Went to another phone shop and it took them one day to fix. Looks and works like brand new, never going back to this shop again. read more

I LOVE this place! I'm surprised by the negative reviews. I've been here 3 times and they always take care of me at a great price. First encounter was my husband dropping and shattering his screen. Then my phone was bent and had some speaker issues and they fixed it for a ridiculously cheap price. And this past week my son threw my phone, popping the corner out and and when I tried popping the corner back in, my screen ended up shattering and yet again they fixed it. They have the best prices in town! I called around and this place not only offers best prices but they take great care of you. BTW, we both have an iPhone 6. If you go on weekends you may have to wait longer. I've never had an issue here. Thank you Fast Cellular! read more

Fast Cellular - Got this fixed for only $75!! Really good deal - Mobile Phones Near Me - Hawthorne, California

This place is awesome! I don't usually review places but this place definitely deserves it. I took my iPhone 5s with battery issues and my iPhone 4 that had a completely black screen and had been sitting at home for over a year. Both phones were fixed in the promised time (less than one hour - during the Memorial Day weekend :-D ) at an extremely reasonable price. The customer service, price and actual work is beyond a doubt the best in the area ! (Trust me I've been to a few other places nearby) I'm referring everyone I know here from now on. The price was exactly what was asked, done in under an hour, and I walked away happy. Nice clean work. Cash only, but there's an atm up the street. My galaxy s6 screen was shattered BAD. I was totally scared it was unfixable. Their prices are amazing, too. I can't say enough good things. Neighborhood is a bit sketchy but people seemed friendly. Yay!
