This review is based on my quick stop to claim my T-Mobile Tuesday treat! What's there to say other than it was fast, easy, and staff were prepped for everyone coming here for the same reason I was here. I took more time parking the car and walking to the door! As with most T-Mobile, the entire area was clean and organized. All their products were displayed clearly. Also had friendly staff. Pretty convenient location - for me at least. They didn't have the upgrade I wanted(and was qualified for) and instead of trying to push some bad phone on me(like store at 20170 Hawthorn), they went online with me and helped me get what I wanted. T mobile worker blackmails and threatens customer with longer wait time. Attempts to intimidate customer. Attempts to restrict customers right to speak. Two female employees not helping any customers while there is a line talking to each other in the middle of the store . The two male workers were assisting customers. 12:00 pm November 5th. Complaint about a Hispanic women who worked here. Her name began with the letter M. About 5'7 200lbs she wore glasses. Hair was like a pony tail / bun. * extremely condescending tone when telling me there was a wait. * while speaking to another customer about the two employees not helping anyone while there's a line, I turn my head and realize she is staring directly at me as if she was trying to intimidate me. * she begins smiling and ignorantly telling me I can't speak about this topic * she was blackmailing me saying if I had an "attitude " she doesn't need to assist me( all while she initiated this conversation by staring at me and trying to control my freedom of speech) * she threatens me with a longer wait time because I told her I have the right to speak about whatever I'd like. I had a great visit at T-Mobile on Hawthorne Boulevard in El Segundo in the City Of Hawthorne. The reasoning of my visit was I had to replace my iPhone so I called T-Mobile customer service and they set up my visit. I went in a young lady, by the name of Karen serves me And a few other staff Michael and a gentleman by the name of Jonathan they were great. Great customer service Karen transferred all my information from my old iPhone to my new iPhone. Everything went smoothly and perfectly. The reason I'm writing this review is because I never like going into the phone places. They are usually very busy and out of control. This one was perfect. The samples workers is always popping with the samples, come there to get your breakfast in the morning your lunch come there for dinner go out fool get you a hotdog, a smoothie from the food court a large pizza at a low price $9.99. customer service ophthalmologist the pharmacy all the way to the membership and the tires. My phone was stolen and Julio was god sent. I was checked in quickly and not ignored . I had a high maintenance issue and they accommodated everything . The best part about my experience here is I didn't feel like I was bothering them at work. Good customer service is hard to come by now a days. Oh and when a new customer came in someone always apologized for stopping and nicely acknowledged the customer and told them they would be right with them. Which is AWESOME . Nothing worse than coming into a store and standing there not knowing if there's a list or am I supposed to ask or just wait. The worst is when an employee will look you in the eye and not say anything. They could at the least do the pointer finger sign that tells me I'll be with you in a minute . Anyway I've always dreaded going to t mobile because I'll get some 20 year old that looks at me like I'm an inconvenience and tell me there's nothing they can do. The Worst company... Every single employee I dealt with had different information completely incompetent (due to poor training). Every time I called I was transferred to somebody in the Philippines, and each person was going be able to help me- three days, hours spent that I'll never get back, four credit checks later- and nothing was resolved. Where do I begin. First and foremost I'm glad that despite the pandemic where many businesses are closed down - we are able to run into T-Mobile stores for in-person services. I realized how much I rely on my iPhone when it stopped working properly. A few calls to T-Mobile customer service experts was almost a waste of time. And as lengthy T-Mobile customer I was very disappointed. Decided to come into store because the original "solution" wasn't good enough for me. Michael (manager) went ahead made better suggestions to fix my issue. I had chance to get second opinion from Xavier at the store who simply took the time to understand my issue and make an even better suggestion that would see me walk out of the store with upgraded device. Xavier was courteous and professional - allowed me to enjoy the experience without any hassle or unnecessary purchases. I am much happier with T-Mobile after Xavier's friendly and knowledgeable service. Make sure to ask for Xavier when you're ready to buy, lease, upgrade. You may just pick some wise wisdom like I did.
