    Wait times at this store is longer than usual. The store wasn't as busy customer wise, but wait times at these stores have always been long so be patient. Apple products have been more reliable than their competitors. They have a huge selection of models and prices. The only problem I have with Apple products is that the iOS upgrade option is a maximum of nine years before you end up buying a new computer. PC laptops have long usability than Apple MacBooks.

    About five months ago my husband bought a new MacBook from Apple Del Amo, in the last month his charging cord stopped working. After trying and failing to figure out the problem at home. We went back to the store to see if they could fix it or if we would need to buy a new one. Once in the store we stood in line waiting to be helped. About a minute later someone came up to us and asked how they could assist. As we explained the situation, he pulled us aside to help. He informed us that we potentially had two options. 1) Wait for an appointment time to see if we had warranty coverage on the cord and see if they could give us a new one for free. 2) Buy a new cord for $50 and skip the wait. We decided to try the first option- see if we could replace it for free. Luckily for us, we only needed to wait 15 minutes for an appointment time. We were able to walk around the mall while we waited. Then made our way back to Apple when we got a text notification that someone was able to help us at their Genius Bar. After checking into our appointment with an employee at the front of the store, we sat at a table for no more than 5 minutes waiting. After about another 5-10 minutes we found out that the cord is in fact covered by the warranty and they even had one in stock! The whole experience was at most 45 minutes. I'm so grateful for everyone who helped us today. They gave us different options on how we wanted the experience to go and what would work best for us. I'm so impressed with how friendly and helpful everyone was at every step of our experience. As well as how quick the entire process took. Thank you Apple at Del Amo Mall!

    The Apple Store is located at del amo shopping center, and it's relatively small in scale. They seemed busy and understaffed, and no staff members ever offered help for anything. I probably would like visiting other stores instead.

    I ordered new phone cases online and had a choice of either picking them up or having them shipped. Since we already have our new phones, we wanted cases ASAP. The store closest to us in Manhattan Beach would have had both cases available in 4 days, or available for pickup the next day at this location. I didn't know that this new Apple Store opened recently. It is on the main level of the Del Amo Mall across the Tesla showroom. We stopped in this morning and were greeted promptly and our order was ready for us. This store is spacious and beautiful. There were a lot of helpful sales associates ready and willing to answer questions too.

    Finally an Apple Store in Torrance and close by. The new Apple Store recently opened at Del Amo Mall in Torrance it was long over due. The store is nicely decorated with all the new products and the tables with the products are basically the same as mostly all the Apple Stores. They had plenty of staff to help. Overall a nice Apple Store and staff. Will be back again.

    I arrived at Verizon today to let the Store Manager know about her employee who violated code of…read moreconduct and ethic policies by adding an unauthorized line and phone to my account back in December when I visited the store to upgrade my sons phone. I came across the discrepancy this month when I received my Verizon bill text and the bill was about $78 higher than normal. I tried explaining this action to the manager who I later found out her name was Glenda, but she took up for the EE saying maybe I didn't know what I wanted when I visited. So I asked her well my son has the upgrade but why do I show an ADDITIONAL LINE ON KY ACCOUNT FOR A GALAXY THAT WE HAVE NEVER SEEN OR POSSESSED. Glenda stated she would call Verizon support to see what she could do to help, but instead she sent the EE out to me. He sat down and started telling me "yea I'm not sure about all this ya telling my manager but let me explain what I did and how I did you a favor by adding an extra line to your account". I told the employee that you did something I didn't request or authorize and it's causing me an expense for something I clearly don't have because I don't do androids. So who has the Samsung and is using the phone ending in 9799 that's all I want to know. He couldn't answer me so I told him send your manager back because I didn't ask to speak with you I was instructed by corporate support not to speak to anyone but the manager. Glenda comes back validating the employees decision because she says how he did it saves me $5-$6 a month Then she says she can't return the phone to redo the process and promotion bcus the promotion ended and I would have to deal with having the Samsung 9799 line on the account even though I don't have the phone. Which now causes me the customer to be penalized because your employee made a decision to secure commission on a sale that shouldn't have been completed on my account She goes to the back area and converses with the employee Anthony. She comes back with the Verizon corporate support rep on the line. Verizon phone rep wanted to know where and what's goin on w the Galaxy showing for phone ending w 9799. Glenda says ya know this is my first interaction with the customer I don't know what happen to that phone. The rep says is your employee there right now because I want to know where that Samsung ending in 9799 is that she brought to my attention Anthony says that he created a device to give the BYOD promo and placed the Galaxy, on my account because he created a fake ID for the Galaxy. The rep asked him why did you do that when you were supposed to upgrade and attach the promo to the existing customer line she uploaded and what you did was wrong. Anthony got upset and told the rep I didn't do anything wrong and I've got customers then walked off leaving the rep on the speaker phone with me. The rep said yes you processed this wrong and added a line to the customers account and that's an issue. So per the representative I'm not ever getting the byod promo bcus Anthony attached the deal to a fake ID Galaxy phone and number ending in 9799. So now the manager wants me to pay for 3 phone lines and take the $20 monthly discount or return my sons upgraded phone , she will also remove the Galaxy extra line and not have any discounts connected to my account any longer. She told the rep she didn't need him any longer, she would let me decide what I wanted, she got up walked to the back and never returned. At 4:54 pm we start looking around for her, she never came back she just left us sitting at the table and my son n I walked out at 5:03 pm bcus no one ever returned to resolve the unethical behavior and issue they caused my account. The managers actions are a violation of code of conduct and ethics which is a direct reflection of why her employee Anthony felt justified to do what he did on my account in December. Every organization has policies and procedures, the employees acknowledge and sign when they are hired and are held to that but with Verizon, fraud and ethics violations seem to be acceptable. I will be finding another carrier and taking my business to them and ending my relationship with Verizon due to no ethics and no policy adherence

The agent was rude and dismissive and additionally, when I asked for assistance in placing the screen protector (which was also purchased at Verizon) she said, No. Don't look for customer service here. Verizon it's ALWAYS an issue with you. Losing devices, poor customer service. I do not recommend.

It was great paying a lower monthly invoice, some of the services like traveling overseas & local connectivity was downgraded. After 3 years, I'm back!! I visited the store in Winter 2024 to learn about recent promotions for phone & plan services. I was looking into the iPhone 16 Pro 256GB that cost $1,099; T-Mobile was running a promotion: $630 discount with trade-in on Go5G (via 24 monthly bill credits when you add a line on qualifying rate plan & trade-in); their background paperwork notes the transaction as Trade-In Value: $170, $630 over 24 months. When I was ready to transition, Elizabeth helped with carrier service transfer to T-Mobile & iPhone upgrade. I even received a couple of holiday glassware (though the design/inscription came off after several washings that I'm concerned if this is quality glassware). After purchasing the new iPhone 16 Pro, the data transfer was stuck; had to call store for assistance. Shawn was patient in walking me through the process (data transfer was estimated for 4 hours). Customer service & the cellular service for the most part was excellent; this would have been a 5-star review. Then why the low/unsatisfactory rating? After a couple of months into the new data plan, I noticed a major discrepancy in the trade-in credit; I was incorrectly charged with the payment & credit (refer to pic), I should receive a $26.67 monthly promotional credit & pay $19.17 monthly installment payment for the iPhone 16 Pro 256GB. I stopped by the store to inquire about this mistake, & they said the correction will be made once they receive the trade-in iPhone, which should have been received since it's been 2 months (02/19/25) after my purchase & plan upgrade. I just recently checked again & the error has not been corrected; I'm currently overcharged by $82.50. If this continues to the end of the 24 monthly billing cycle, I will be erroneously charged $180. Maybe it's not that much to some, but I was laid off a couple of months ago, so every cent is meaningful to our family. I am frustrated because T-Mobile assured me that the erroneous billing would be correct. \(`0´)/ It's been month & I don't like being swindled/taken advantage of. I plan to stop by the store again for a resolution & explanation to T-Mobile's error & the lack of action. Alex was very knowledgeable about every aspect of the transaction and knowledgeable about all aspects of every product offered by T-Mobile. On top of that he was friendly and very patient with my wife and I, answering all of our questions. One issue Alex patiently helped us with was that my wife and I had been sharing AppleIDs or a long time. He knowledgeably and patiently helped us to get a separate AppleID for my wife. That was above and beyond!! It was truly a pleasure interacting with Alex. He is the exemplifies excellent customer service, showing that he truly cares about his clients. Thank you very much Alex!!

Inefficient operations. When I walked in, there's no one acknowledging anyone and I didn't know who would be helping me. The black employee Cash was the only one seems like he's working. 3. Cash helped me with my cellular plan for my watch but it wasn't working properly (later I found out there's errors that needed to be troubleshooting). But as he was working with multiple groups of customers, I was there left along without any help for about an hour. 3. The BIGGEST issue that I had was with the white guy with larger physique, who claims his name was Michael. After 1 hour of waiting without any help from store employees, I asked for help and he reluctantly came over to help me. I was texting my husband at the time and in our text messages my husband mentioned that the employee there seems new and a bit clueless. Michael saw the message and told me that I am rude. And told me literally "you came here on Black Friday (mind you Michael, it was the weekend after that in case you have limited knowledge on that), what do you expect?". This was absolutely unacceptable behavior. It wasn't my fault to come in to a store that opened. And if you as an employee decide to work that day, you should treat people with basic respect and courtesy. 4. At the end, he kicked me out of the store. And based on all the reviews here, it felt like this store is very DISCRIMINATORY towards non-white customers. 5. Also, I specifically refused the ATT internet service at the store. But STILL received their equipment without any notice. All in all, it was an extremely horrible experience there. Please don't come to this store since they don't seem like to work at all.

Honestly couldn't believe how quick they were able to fix it, I was dealing with this issue for months and thought I would need to get a new phone, so so happy it's all good now. I appreciate that they were communicative and clear both about pricing and timing. I couldn't be happier with the service I received and would return if I need another repair. I'd trust these guys with all my electronics!!

Mr. Sardor, this was definitely the store I went to and speaking of, you're on the corner of Crenshaw and Artesia. There is no "report" because one was never done or was spoken about. And this "date base" of yours is non-existent, you guys didn't even ask for my name or anything beyond my phone number to call me when my phone was ready. Please don't make me a liar here by saying you have no such name on your "data base" and that it was another store that I'm speaking of. I will say this, it's possible that you don't purposely not fix the issue so that the customer can return. So maybe you just don't fix it correctly because of lack of knowledge, idk.... but what I do know is that it wasn't fixed correctly.
