This place is extremely good and very skilled. I dropped of my office Brother printer that had been giving me problems for months. Before I brought it in I tried to troubleshoot it myself for weeks. Once I brought it in they recognized the problem and fixed it within 24 hours. Working perfect since. Next I had an office Xerox that stopped working. I would like to recommend and commend the outstanding Warranty Service that I received from Steve and his entire staff at Total Office Support. Steve, Jonathan, and Jose were spectacular. I had just purchased a new Brother HLL-6400DWT Printer from a vendor named California Displays. I received the product new on June 5th, 2020 and about 1 week later, I had an issue arise where I was getting wrinkles on my legal sized printed paper. I immediately called Total Office Support and spoke to Jonathan and Jose. They gave me an option; you can return it to the original seller and just get a new one since it is only 1 week old or we can place it under the Brother warranty and get it fixed for you right away. I advised Jonathan and Jose that I need the printer right away and that returning and getting a new one again would probably take another 2 weeks, so I just wanted to get it repaired under the Brother Warranty. Jonathan further explained that Brother had issued an updated Fuser unit for this particular model just recently and that Brother was aware of the issue and issued a Service bulletin to all Authorized Brother Service Centers and he shared that he had the new updated one in stock! Fabulous. Jose, the technician got it all completed within 4 hours! I am an extremely busy Loan Signing Agent and I rely on my printer for my business. I had my Samsung copier cleaned and adjusted. Unfortunately the technician accidentally dented one of the toner drums. He said it was his fault and he would replace it. When he came back to replace the drum that he dented he stated it would be an additional $70. I will never use these guys again. read more

What can I say about this company that has not already been said? Well, for starters let me just say I would just go here for the customer service to start with. Nothing like walking through a door and finding many happy faces, and those happy faces belong to people that actually listen to you and have a sense of humor and appreciate your business. I found this little gem based on yelp reviews and am so happy that this was the business that I chose to patronize and I have now had 3 different situations with 3 different products handled. I have brought in two laptops and one seagate drive. Two pooped out on me and Steve was able to attain all the information off of said electronic devices and the other laptop just needed some malware wiped off of it. Today I just dropped off another item for them to look at. This place is not only affordable they are very efficient and know their stuff. This is a place you can trust to fix it and not take advantage of you. Let me put it this way I would drive out of my way to take my electronics to be looked at here. Once you find a place this good you will not do business anywhere else and if you do attempt to find another place you will hold them to this business as the standard and I have a feeling other places will fall short EVERY TIME! We have been using Total Office Support for what seems like forever now, in actuality its been a little over 2 years, but what I like the most about them is their customer service. I have taken a couple of my "smaller" office printers to them to get serviced, and was so impressed with the, "ya, we can take care of this for you" attitude, we decided to have them come look at our larger office copier. They gave me a great price for "regular" service, and we've been with them ever since. On more than one occasion we've had our printer jam or fail in the middle of a HUGE project, and the team at Total Office has come through with flying colors to repair the machine as fast as humanly possible! I am extremely pleased with the service and technical expertise that this company exhibits. Earlier this year, I had my old Samsung Laser Printer overhauled and I have never has any problems with it except to add paper. The overhaul price was very affordable. Today, I went back to buy a Brother Toner Cartridge for main printer. Kim, the office person, researched the availability and prices, once I provided the model number. Kim then selected the lowest price for best performing toner based on experience. I was then provided with a demonstration on the proper way to install the toner. I got a demonstration. I have to start off by saying that I hardly ever write a review (good or bad). I felt compelled to write this one because Steve and his crew are THAT good! I started working with them about 4 years ago when I was hired at the place I work at, and everything has been going smoothly since. We are a small company (that is luckily a few doors down from their office) that needs tech support intermittently and Total Office Support is VERY responsive to our needs. They have helped our office with very difficult networking issues, all the way down to the simplest outlook workarounds and printer needs. They have even helped individual employees with their own personal laptop issues as well and have always charged VERY reasonable prices. I find it very frustrating that in today's world it is very difficult to find any service that is competent, prompt, courteous, honest - you get the picture. Well, we have all been very impressed with Total Office Support. They are all of the above and more. As long as they are around, my company will go to no one else. When we walk into their office, it's like we walked into a room full of our friends! They are quick on their feet, courteous, and provide excellent service. I can only speak for their printer ink. Do NOT buy the "compatible" ink cartridges!! They are crap. The first set I had pooped out after 5 copies. I returned them. Total Office support assured me that it was a fluke and talked me into exchanging them. The second set was even worse! At the end of the day, I had to visit their store 4 times and ended up with manufacturer's ink jets that weren't any cheaper than if I'd gone to Staples! In other words, a major hassle. Since the business owner actually CALLED me after I posted this review, I'll be more specific as to WHY I'm giving them 2 stars: Firstly, before I took my computer in I had an extensive phone conversation with the younger man that answers most of the phone calls- his name eludes me. I told him the situation with my computer, and I was told that my computer would be done in 24 hours since my procedure was relatively simple. Given the fact that I had called other places who made no such promises, I decided to take it to THEM, because I had a job interview (for a job that I really wanted) in two days and really needed my references and letters of recommendation. However, after I left I was told that indeed wasn't the case, and that the tech wasn't even going to be able to LOOK at it in 2 days. So, I had to go into my interview with NO documents that would have helped me get the job, and I had to sheepishly explain the situation to my prospective employer.....a fact that that I can't imagine made me look good. For me, this is HUGE. You don't tell someone that their issue will be taken care in 24 hours and then call them back, renege, and expect a glowing review, but apparently at Total Office Support, they do. I own my own business on the side, and I would NEVER, EVER make promises I can't keep and then expect the customer to be okay with that. Doing that just shows your arrogance and lack of professionalism. I picked them because of the promised 24 turnaround time, so not getting what I was promised is BIG. The technician, Steve, was rude......let me explain. While I had been forced to wait additional time with no explanation whatsoever, when he finally called me he told me he had run out of room for my data. Okay. While I was racking my brain trying to figure out how to best handle the situation without spending a great deal of money, he then says, "Well, the data WILL be on the drive so you can get it at a later time." What?! Why am I paying you if you're not going to do what I want?! What a ridiculous suggestion. He then tried to sell me an overpriced drive that I didn't want to buy because I was unemployed, and after that he was full of attitude....there is a lot of arrogance and ego there that made him unpleasant to deal with. However, to be fair, the other young man that answered the phone was always kind and courteous, even if he did keep be waiting all day before getting back to me. There you go Steve (and everyone else)- a full explanation of my experience. Like I said, it's very unprofessional to not do what you initially say you are going to do, especially without any explanation whatsoever. I won't be back. EVER. read more

5 or so years ago I had invested almost $1000 in a color printer that has had a good run. Recently, it had a problem that according to the manufacturer's site equated to "significant repair needed." I found Total Office Support on Yelp and true to other reviews they were very professional. Points that I will add is they offer onsite services (which was nice as my printer is large and heavy) and they also were pretty creative. After quoting me an estimate for what we suspected was the issue (dead laser unit) another problem emerged and they found a very creative way around it. Total Office Support in Torrance CA are what I would call Special Forces for copiers as to knowing how they (should) interface properly with your computer. After several attempts with others, that identify themselves as self anointed genius's and or geeks (4 attempts in total); Total Office Support, specifically Steve, after a thorough investigation caused my Automatic Data Feed (ADF) function to work properly. This allows me to operate 3 like brother copiers and saves me from having to buy new one(s). I will remember to buy my ink from them in the future. We needed some standard maintenance done on a machine that my predecessor had not taken very good care of. They cleaned and put in a new maintenance kit for me in under an hour. He even took extra time to show me how to care for it better in the future, and specific things to look out for in our machine.
