Subject: Request for Resolution Regarding Service and Account Issue Verizon Wireless Re: Complaint about Service and Return of Phone Number Dear Sir/Madam, I trust this letter finds you in good health. I am compelled to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received from your company and seek resolution. I visited the Verizon store at the intersection of Alameda and Florence Street 2106 E Florence Ave, Walnut Park, CA, 90255 in los Angeles, intending to try your services. I was interested in potentially moving my longstanding business line, a phone number I have had for 35 years, to your company. The representative assured me that I could test your services without any worries and should I not like the experience, I could easily cancel the test period and switch back. With this reassurance, I opened account number ************** and proceeded to test your service. However, after eight days, I decided not to continue with your service for various reasons. So, I requested and signed a cancellation agreement. To my surprise, I was billed $500 for this short test, despite being told the return would be straightforward. Nonetheless, I attempted to move my number to another provider, but I faced a hurdle due to incorrect account details provided by your representative. From this experience, I learned that number migration should occur before the disconnect from your service. This was never clarified by your staff. In an effort to reinstate the number, I was directed to clear another bill, which I paid $125 of because I urgently needed the return of my number. Regrettably, after making this payment, I received information that my number could not be recovered due to the elapsed time and because the line was no longer active. This was counter to previous advice. Now, I find my important business number, vital for my livelihood, withheld unnecessarily. I hope you understand the gravity of my situation and I am writing this with high hopes of reaching an amicable resolution. Please, feel free to contact me at if you wish to discuss this issue further. If I do not hear from you with a solution to this predicament by July 26, 2023, I will have no choice but to pursue further actions to safeguard my interests. This correspondance serves as my final effort to resolve this issue amicably. and remove this review, Thank you very much for your attention to this matter. I look forward to hearing from you soon. Sincerely, Iron Custom read more

DO NOT GO HERE. Go to a REAL Verizon store, however much further you must drive. GO TO A REAL VERIZON STORE. This store is filled with con artist and scammers. One of the employees here stole an "upgrade" from my business plan and gave it to her friend instead and put it under my plan without any type of consent or permission from me and charged it to my bill. THEIFS, LIARS AND BROKE SCAMMERS. And you can see the manager goes around clicking "Funny" on all the 1 star reviews because they know it's true. Bunch of clowns here. Take business elsewhere. THIS IS NOT A REAL VERIZON STORE. read more

I came in to see why my bill was so high. They sat down and broke down my bill and how it comes out to the steep amount of 180. They let me know I was financing expensive phones and paying for Insurence they helped me reduce the rate of my Insurence. And also got me set up with a new screen protector since mine kept on falling off. Very attentive to every persons needs. A very big change compared to the last time I was here. Just be a little patient because they will take care of small quick things such as bill pays first if your question takes a long time.
